播期与施氮量互作对甜菜光合特性及氮素利用效率的影响

为探明播期与施氮量互作对甜菜光合特性、氮素利用效率及产量的影响,设3个播期:4月14日(早播)、4月21日(适播)和4月28日(晚播),4个施氮量:纯氮0 kg·hm^(-2)、120 kg·hm^(-2)、150 kg·hm^(-2)及180 kg·hm^(-2)。结... 为探明播期与施氮量互作对甜菜光合特性、氮素利用效率及产量的影响,设3个播期:4月14日(早播)、4月21日(适播)和4月28日(晚播),4个施氮量:纯氮0 kg·hm^(-2)、120 kg·hm^(-2)、150 kg·hm^(-2)及180 kg·hm^(-2)。结果表明,播期和施氮量对甜菜光合特性影响的互作效应显著,同一施氮量下,不同播期之间光合作用指标及氮素利用效率差异显著,早播较适播与晚播更有利于提高甜菜叶绿体色素含量、净光合速率、RuBP羧化酶活性、光系统Ⅱ最大光能转换效率、实际光化学量子产量、光化学淬灭系数、光保护能力、氮素利用效率,降低胞间CO_(2)浓度。同一播期中,随施氮量的提高,相关指标及产质量变化不同,早播条件下,随着施氮量的提高,甜菜光合特性、产量、产糖量、氮素利用效率也随之提高,施氮量为180 kg·hm^(-2)时,产量和产糖量分别为67055.33 kg·hm^(-2)和11780.83 kg·hm^(-2),氮肥利用率、氮肥农学利用率分别为43.88%和80.45%,显著高于其他处理(P<0.05);适播和晚播条件下,施氮量分别超过150 kg·hm^(-2)和120 kg·hm^(-2)时,不利于提高甜菜光合特性、氮素利用效率。综上,播期与施氮量互作通过改善甜菜光合特性及提高氮素利用效率来影响产量,不同播期适宜的施氮量不同,在本试验条件下,早播且施氮量为180kg·hm^(-2)更利于提高甜菜光合特性及氮素利用效率,可获得更高的产质量,若播期后移,则可适当减少施氮量,以达到减氮增产的效果。 展开更多

【目的】探明夏玉米籽粒灌浆、冠层结构及产质量对播期与密度互作效应的响应规律,以期为豫南生态区玉米生产上适宜播期与密度的确定提供技术和理论支撑。【方法】设播期与密度2个因素,采用裂区试验设计方法,研究5月25日(S_(1))、6月10日... 【目的】探明夏玉米籽粒灌浆、冠层结构及产质量对播期与密度互作效应的响应规律,以期为豫南生态区玉米生产上适宜播期与密度的确定提供技术和理论支撑。【方法】设播期与密度2个因素,采用裂区试验设计方法,研究5月25日(S_(1))、6月10日(S_(2))、6月25日(S_(3))3个播期和6.75万株/hm^(2)(D_(1))、7.50万株/hm^(2)(D_(2))、8.25万株/hm^(2)(D_(3))3个密度及播期与密度互作效应对夏玉米籽粒灌浆、冠层结构及产质量的影响。【结果】S_(1) D_(1)籽粒干物质积累量最大,S_(2) D_(1)平均灌浆速率最高;吐丝期S_(2) D_(2)叶面积指数最高,显著高于除S_(2) D_(3)、S_(3) D_(2)和S_(3) D_(3)外的其余处理,呈高效的冠层结构;S_(1) D_(1)穗部及底部叶片能够接收更多光能,有益于玉米籽粒充实灌浆,播种越晚、密度越高,越不利于粗淀粉、粗蛋白质及粗脂肪在玉米籽粒中的积累,适期播种与低密度互作能够提高玉米的品质;播期与密度互作显著影响行粒数、秃尖长和百粒质量,对穗长、穗粗和穗行数的影响不显著;S_(2) D_(2)产量最高,达9625.5 kg/hm^(2),较S_(3) D_(1)提高22.40%,播期与密度互作不同处理对产量的影响依次为S_(2) D_(2)>S_(2) D_(3)>S_(1) D_(2)>S_(2) D_(1)>S_(1) D_(3)>S_(3) D_(2)>S_(3) D_(3)>S_(1) D_(1)>S_(3) D_(1),相同播期下随密度的增大产量呈先升后降趋势,相同密度下随播期的延迟产量也呈相同的变化趋势。【结论】6月10日播种,密度为7.50万株/hm^(2)的群体分布更趋合理,有利于穗行数、行粒数和百粒质量协同发挥作用,其产量最高,达9625.5 kg/hm^(2)。 展开更多

In the era of network live broadcasting for everyone,the development of live broadcasting platforms is also more intelligent and diversified.However,in the face of a large group of elderly users,the interface interaction design mode used is still mainly based on the interaction mode for young groups,and is not designed for elderly users.Therefore,a design method for optimizing the interaction interface of live broadcasting platform for elderly users was proposed in this study.Firstly,the case study method and Delphi expert survey method were used to determine the design needs of elderly users and the design mode was analysed.Secondly,the orthogonal design principle was used to design a test sample of the interactive interface of live broadcasting platform applicable for the elderly users,and then a user evaluation system was established to calculate the weights of the design elements using hierarchical analysis,and then the predictive relationship between the design mode of the interactive interface of live broadcasting platform and the elderly users was established by Quantitative Theory I.Finally,Genetic Algorithm was applied to generate the optimized design scheme.The results showed that the design method based on the Genetic Algorithm and the combination of Quantitative Theory can scientifically and effectively optimize the design of the interactive interface of the live broadcasting platform for the elderly users,and improve the experience of the elderly users. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to explore the optimal density and nitrogen rate of no-tilling and direct sowing rapeseeds in Chengdu plain. [Methods] Effects of in- teraction between density and nitrogen rate on the growth and yield of direct sowing rapeseed under no-tillage condition were investigated with Chuanyou 58 as materials and a split-plot experiment adopted. [Results] In Chengdu Plain, the yields of rape- seed changed from increasing to decreasing with increase of density and nitrogen rate. Both of density and nitrogen rate had significant effects on growth and yield of rapeseed and the latter overweighed in the effect. In addition, interaction of the two had negative effects on rapeseed yield. The yield of rapeseeds achieved the highest at 3 395.25 kg/hm^2 with interaction of density at 30.00×10^4 plant/hm^2 and nitrogen rate at 180.00 kg/hm^2; the theoretical maximal yield was 3 403.41 kg/hm^2 with interaction of density at 40.80×10^4 plants/hm^2 and nitrogen rate at 198.90 kg/hm^2. [Conclusion] In Chengdu Plain, the optimal density and nitrogen rate are 30.00×10^4-45.00×10^4 plant/hm^2 and 180.00-198.90 kg/hm^2, respectively. 展开更多

Dynamic load balancing based on restricted multicast tree in triplet-based hierarchical interconnection network

To solve the load balancing problem in a triplet-based hierarchical interconnection network(THIN) system, a dynamic load balancing (DLB)algorithm--THINDLBA, which adopts multicast tree (MT)technology to improve the efficiency of interchanging load information, is presented. To support the algorithm, a complete set of DLB messages and a schema of maintaining DLB information in each processing node are designed. The load migration request messages from the heavily loaded node (HLN)are spread along an MT whose root is the HLN. And the lightly loaded nodes(LLNs) covered by the MT are the candidate destinations of load migration; the load information interchanged between the LLNs and the HLN can be transmitted along the MT. So the HLN can migrate excess loads out as many as possible during a one time execution of the THINDLBA, and its load state can be improved as quickly as possible. To avoid wrongly transmitted or redundant DLB messages due to MT overlapping, the MT construction is restricted in the design of the THINDLBA. Through experiments, the effectiveness of four DLB algorithms are compared, and the results show that the THINDLBA can effectively decrease the time costs of THIN systems in dealing with large scale computeintensive tasks more than others. 展开更多

An improved internetworking approach is proposed to enhance the Internet connectivity which is deteriorated due to unidirectional links and blind rebroadcasting of gateway discovery packets for mobile ad hoc networks. The hybrid gateway discovery scheme that combined the advantages of a proactive and reactive gateway discovery approach is used to achieve high connectivity while keeping overhead costs low. By exchanging ad hoc on-demand distance vector (AODV) hello packet which includes additional fields named symmetric neighbor list and asymmetric neighbor list, unidirectional links are removed from route computation and broadcast storm can also be relieved simultaneously. Performance results using ns-2 simulations, under varying numbers of unidirectional links and node speeds, show that this improved Internet connectivity approach can provide better performance than others. 展开更多

In this study, we examine the hydrodynamic characteristics of three rows of vertical slotted wall breakwaters in which the front and middle walls are permeable and partially immersed in a water channel of constant depth, whereas the third wall is impermeable. The wave–structure interaction and flow behavior of this type of breakwater arrangement are complicated and must be analyzed before breakwaters can be appropriately designed. To study the hydrodynamic breakwater performance, we developed a mathematical model based on the eigenfunction expansion method and a least squares technique for predicting wave interaction with three rows of vertical slotted wall breakwaters. We theoretically examined the wave transmission, reflection, energy loss, wave runup, and wave force under normal regular waves. Comparisons with experimental measurements show that the mathematical model results adequately reproduce most of the important features. The results of this investigation provide a better understanding of the hydrodynamic performance of triple-row vertical slotted wall breakwaters. 展开更多

The interaction of two coherent counter propagating TE (transverse-electric) and TM (transverse-magnetic) electromagnetic waves with different initial phases in the absorbing plate placed in the regular ideal waveguide is considered. The losses of energy of TE and TM waves in the absorbing plate are calculated. Some features of tunnel interference in the absorbing plate in the waveguide are revealed. It is shown that the losses of energy strongly depend on the various parameters describing the interaction of the counter propagating waves. Definitely choosing the parameters we can control the electromagnetic processes in this case. 展开更多

Avoidance of potentially harmful food cannot be socially transmitted between rats

The social transmission of food preferences (STFP) is a behavioural task of olfactory memory, in which an observer rat learns safe food odours from a demonstrator rat, and shows preference for this odour in a subsequent choice test. However, previous studies have failed to detect the transmission of information about food study, we tested how demonstrators' health affects the exchange of of potential danger and food aversion using STFP test. In this odour information and whether observers can learn danger information from an unhealthy demonstrator. As expected, the observer rat formed an odour preference after interacting with a demonstrator rat that had just eaten food containing a new odour, however, odour preference rather than aversion was also formed after interacting with a demonstrator rat injected with LiC1 (used to induce gastric malaise). Furthermore, anaesthetized demonstrator rats and half-anaesthetized demonstrator rats, which showed obvious motor deficits suggesting an unhealthy state, also socially transmitted food preferences to observers. These results suggest that the social transmission of food preferences task is independent of a demonstrators' health, and that information about dangerous foods cannot be transmitted using this behavioural task. 展开更多

In this paper, four recent advances and achievements of China in agricultural insect research, namely, on the genome of silkworm (Bombyx mori Linnaeus), on the geographical differentiation and regional migration of cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner)), on the standardized monitoring techniques for safety of honey bee (Apis mellifera Linnaeus) products, and on the virus transmission property of small brown planthopper (Laodelphax striatellus (Fallén)) as well as the interactions between vector and rice stripe virus (RSV), were reported. All of these researches are very important for controlling agricultural insect pests and the diseases they transmit, accelerating the molecular biological research of silkworm, and promoting the international trade of honey bee products.
