目的分析门诊西药房在药学服务等方面出现的问题,并探讨微机网络在门诊药学服务中的应用效果和治疗效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,以2015年1—12月该院西药房实施微机网络化管理前的患者及工作人员作为对照组,另以2016年1—12月西药... 目的分析门诊西药房在药学服务等方面出现的问题,并探讨微机网络在门诊药学服务中的应用效果和治疗效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,以2015年1—12月该院西药房实施微机网络化管理前的患者及工作人员作为对照组,另以2016年1—12月西药房实施微机网络化管理之后患者及工作人员作为观察组。分析两组在医学服务方面的表现,包括:患者取药的时间和正确率;分析两组在发放药品时产生的错误数量和错误类型,对比分析两组的不同。结果实施微机网络管理后的药品分发明细更加清晰化;经过微机网络管理化实施后的观察组,在发放错误药品数量上明显低于对照组,其中,剂型是产生错误发放的主要问题。结论在医院的西药房工作中,加入微机网络的实施能够有效改进药学服务中的不足,减少发放错误药品的次数,提高治疗效果。 展开更多

Effect of Apis mellifera on community composition of local pollinator bees and their pollination network in Qinling Mountains and surrounding areas

The Qinling Mountains, known for their rich vegetation and diverse pollinating insects, have seen a significant decline in bee species richness and abundance over recent decades, largely due to the introduction and spread of Apis mellifera. This decline has caused cascading effects on the region's community structure and ecosystem stability. To improve the protection of native bees in the natural and agricultural landscape of the Qinling Mountains and its surrounding areas, we investigated 33 sampling sites within three habitats: forest, forest-agriculture ecotones, and farmland. Using a generalized linear mixing model, t-test, and other data analysis methods, we explored the impact of Apis mellifera on local pollinator bee richness, abundance, and the pollination network in different habitats in these regional areas. The results show that(1)Apis mellifera significantly negatively affects the abundance and richness of wild pollinator bees,while Apis cerana abundance is also affected by beekeeping conditions.(2)There are significant negative effects of Apis mellifera on the community structure of pollinator bees in the Qinling Mountains and its surrounding areas: the Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Pielou evenness index, and Margalef richness index of bee communities at sites with Apis mellifera influence were significantly lower than those at sites without Apis mellifera influence.(3)The underlying driver of this effect is the monopolization of flowering resources by Apis mellifera. This species tends to visit flowering plants with large nectar sources, which constitute a significant portion of the local plant community. By maintaining a dominant role in the bee-plant pollination network, Apis mellifera competitively displaces native pollinator bees, reducing their access to floral resources. This ultimately leads to a reduction in local bee-plant interactions, decreasing the complexity and stability of the pollination network. These findings highlight the need for targeted conservation efforts to protect native pollinator species and maintain the ecological balance in the Qinling Mountains. 展开更多

The impact of risk correlation on firm's investments in information system security is studied by using quantification models combining the ideas of the risk management theory and the game theory. The equilibrium levels of self-protection and insurance coverage under the non- cooperative condition are compared with socially optimal solutions, and the associated coordination mechanisms are proposed. The results show that self-protection investment increases in response to an increase in potential loss when the interdependent risk is small; the interdependent risk of security investments often induce firms to underinvest in security relative to the socially efficient level by ignoring marginal external costs or benefits conferred on others. A subsidy on self-protection investment from the government can help coordinate a firm's risk management decision and, thereby, improve individual security level and overall social welfare. 展开更多

In low-temperature processes, there are interactions between heat exchanger network(HEN) and refrigeration system. The modification on HEN of the chilling train for increasing energy recovery does not always coordinate with the minimum shaft work consumption of the corresponding refrigeration system. In this paper, a systematic approach for optimizing low-temperature system is presented through mathematical method and exergy analysis. The possibility of "pockets", which appears as right nose section in the grand composite curve(EGCC) of the process, is first optimized. The EGCC with the pockets cutting down is designed as a separate part. A case study is used to illustrate the application of the approach for a HEN of a chilling train with propylene and ethylene refrigerant system in an ethylene production process. 展开更多

Social Networks and Citizen Participation in the Collaborative Community Policing ——A Case Study of S Community in Beijing 被引量:1

Understanding the relational structure of collaborative community policing is necessary to pinpoint the pattern of interactions among key actors involved in community policing and improve the effectiveness of network governance. Based on 234 surveys of citizens of S Community in Beijing from April 2017 to May 2017, this paper empirically examines the characteristics of formal network and informal network of citizen participation in the collaborative community policing. Beijing is widely known for its active involvement of neighborhood volunteers in different types of community policing. We focused on four different types of interpersonal work relationships in this study: workflow, problem solving, mentoring and friendship, among resident committees, neighborhood administrative offices, media, police station, business security personnel, neighborhood volunteers, and security activists. The nature of relationships between individuals in networks can be treated as from instrumental ties to expressive ties. Expressive ties cover relationships that involve the exchange of friendship, trust, and socio-emotional support. We extended this intra-organizational insight into a community policing inter-organizational context. The collaborative network showed the trend of the distributed network. The clustering analysis showed that in the workflow network, we should make thll use of the close interaction between the citizens and activists in the community. Meanwhile, in the problem-solving network, mentoring network and friendship network, interactions between citizens and neighborhood committee are weak. 展开更多

The interaction energy of two molecules system plays a critical role in analyzing the interacting effect in molecular dynamic simulation.Since the limitation of quantum mechanics calculating resources,the interaction energy based on quantum mechanics can not be merged into molecular dynamic simulation for a long time scale.A deep learning framework,deep tensor neural network,is applied to predict the interaction energy of three organic related systems within the quantum mechanics level of accuracy.The geometric structure and atomic types of molecular conformation,as the data descriptors,are applied as the network inputs to predict the interaction energy in the system.The neural network is trained with the hierarchically generated conformations data set.The complex tensor hidden layers are simplified and trained in the optimization process.The predicted results of different molecular sys tems indica te that deep t ensor neural net work is capable to predic t the interaction energy with 1 kcal/mol of the mean absolute error in a relatively short time.The prediction highly improves the efficiency of interaction energy calculation.The whole proposed framework provides new insights to introducing deep learning technology into the interaction energy calculation. 展开更多

Compared with the previous schemes, this scheme is more efficient, since three or four-dimensional quantum states can be transferred with a single step and information interchange of three-dimensional quantum states can be realized, which is a significant improvement. It is based on the resonant interaction of a three-mode cavity field with an atom. As a consequence, the interaction time is shortened greatly. To explore the molecular mechanism of Ind-igo Naturalis in intervening chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML) under the guidance of protein-protein interaction network, the molecular docking technique and in vitro cell experiment were chosen. CML-related genes were obtained from the online mendelian inheritance in man database (OMIM), then String 10. 0 was used for text mining and constructing the CML protein-protein interaction network. The interaction data were input in Cytoscape 3. 4. 0 software. Plug-in CentiScaPe 2. 1 was used for implement topology analysis. Small active substances of Indigo Naturalis were obtained from a third-party database, which were optimized by Chemoffice 8. 0 and Sybyl 8. 1, then small molecular ligand library was obtained. The molecular docking was carried out by Surflex-Dock module, the key target was received after scoring. Protein-protein interaction network of CML was constructed, which was consisted of 425 nodes ( proteins) and 2 799 sides ( interactions). The key gene J.AK2 was got. CML is a polygenic disease and JAK2 is likely to be a key node. 展开更多

Based on the working principle and the damping characteristic of hydraulic shock absorber, a fluid structure interaction method was presented, which was used to analyze the microcosmic and high-frequency processing mechanism of fluid structure interaction between circulation valve and liquid of hydraulic shock absorber. The fluid mesh distortion was controlled by the CEL language, and the fluid struc^tre interaction mathematical model was established. The finite element model was established by ANSYS CFX software and was analyzed by dynamic mesh technique. The local sensitive computational area was meshed by prismatic grid, which could reduce the negative volume problem during the simulation. The circulation valve and liquid of hydraulic shock absorber were simulated and analyzed under the condition of sinusoidal inlet velocity loads. Flow characteristic and dynamics characteristic were obtained. The pressure distribution and the displacement of circulation value were obtained, and the acceleration curve of circulation valve was simulated and analyzed. The conformity of the final simulation results with the experimental datum indicates that this method is accurate and reliable to analyze the dynamics characteristic between circulation valve and liquid of hydraulic shock absorber, which can provide a theoretical foundation for optimizing hydraulic shock absorber in the future. 展开更多

Role based access control is introduced for security concerns. Compared with conventional webs,links in the blogosphere are more abundant and conversations between bloggers are more fre-quent. This paper proposes a method of ranking bloggers based on link analysis,which can exemplify the characteristics of blogs,and reduce the influence of link spamming. This method can also bring convenience to users to read blogs,and it can supply a new methodology for information retrieval in the blogosphere. To ensure the reliability of the ranking results,some evaluation indicators of the im-portant bloggers are proposed,and the grading results of bloggers using the proposed method is compared with that using other indicators. We investigate the evolutionary prisoner's dilemma game in structured populations by introducing dimers, which are defined as that two players in each dimer always hold a same strategy. We find that influences of dimets on cooperation depend on the type of dimers and the population structure. For those dimers in which players interact with each other, the cooperation level increases with the number of dimers though the cooperation improvement level depends on the type of network structures. On the other hand, the dimers, in which there are not mutual interactions, will not do any good to the cooperation level in a single community, but interestingly, will improve the cooperation level in a population with two communities. We explore the relationship between dimers and self-interactions and find that the effects of dimers are similar to that of self-interactions. Also, we find that the dimers, which are established over two communities in a multi-community network, act as one type of interaction through which information between communities is communicated by the requirement that two players in a dimer hold a same strategy. 展开更多

In order to find good advisers for every user, a matchmaker's reliability mode based on the algorithm deriving from Hits is constructed, and it is applied in the proposed World Wide Web (WWW) collaborative recommendation system. The innovations actually diffuse among social network nowadays.Individual heterogeneity,interactions between individuals and network topology influence a lot.We established a "double threshold" modified model and took the number of neighbors,neighbors' adoption and the cost-benefit parameters as crucial influencing factors.The diffusion of DaLingTong(CDMA450)products in MeiShan city of SiChuan province during 2004 to 2007 has been used to verity the model on Matlab.The validation results fit the actual diffusion pattern of DaLingTong(CDMA450) products very well.The results indicate that there exists a "tipping point(threshold)" in the process of innovation diffusion.If the initial adoption quantity is larger than the tipping point,then the product will spread to a large portion of people,otherwise is will collapse to zero.The model can effectively predict the diffusion of new products,and can influence the diffusion process by changing the value of the parameters. 展开更多

This paper investigates the dynamic evolution with limited learning information on a small-world network.In the system, the information among the interaction players is not very lucid, and the players are not allowed to inspectthe profit collected by its neighbors, thus the focal player cannot choose randomly a neighbor or the wealthiest one andcompare its payoff to copy its strategy.It is assumed that the information acquainted by the player declines in theform of the exponential with the geographical distance between the players, and a parameter V is introduced to denotethe inspect-ability about the players.It is found that under the hospitable conditions, cooperation increases with therandomness and is inhibited by the large connectivity for the prisoner's dilemma; however, cooperation is maximal atthe moderate rewiring probability and is chaos with the connectivity for the snowdrift game.For the two games, theacuminous sight is in favor of the cooperation under the hospitable conditions; whereas, the myopic eyes are advantageousto cooperation and cooperation increases with the randomness under the hostile condition. 展开更多

In order to solve these problems, according to the interaction of physical objects in IoT, this paper presents a growing social network model of physical objects and researches the attachment mecha- nism of the model that includes three modes, physical distance, social distance and preference. Through the simulation realizations of the model, the characteristics (e. g. degree distribution, com- munity structure) of social network are analyzed.
