超声乳化白内障摘除联合房角分离治疗急性或亚急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的疗效

目的研究超声乳化白内障摘除联合房角分离治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果。方法在我院2020年1~12月间接收的急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者中选择50例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。给予对照组超声乳化白内障摘除术联合小梁切除术治疗;给予观察组超声乳化白内障摘除联合房角分离术治疗。比较两组患者的视力水平、眼压水平、房角开放程度、前房深度改善情况及并发症发生情况。结果术后1周时,观察组与对照组的视力水平以及眼压水平对比均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月时,观察组的眼压略低于对照组,视力水平略高于对照组,二者比较不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的房角开放程度、前房深度明显高于对照组,并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,且对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性或亚急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者而言,白内障手术联合房角分离术或小梁切除术均能有效缓解眼压,但白内障手术联合房角分离术在急性或亚急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障治疗中效果更好。
