目的:探究酒精摄入与外伤风险之间的关系。方法:对年龄≥18岁,受伤时间至急诊时在6h以内,且为首次治疗的患者493例,采用美国国立卫生研究院(National Institute of Health,NIH)统一提供的操作手册对患者的外伤类型、是否故意伤害、外伤...目的:探究酒精摄入与外伤风险之间的关系。方法:对年龄≥18岁,受伤时间至急诊时在6h以内,且为首次治疗的患者493例,采用美国国立卫生研究院(National Institute of Health,NIH)统一提供的操作手册对患者的外伤类型、是否故意伤害、外伤前是否醉酒、外伤前饮酒量、饮酒后距离外伤的时间、过去一年饮酒情况等内容进行调查,采用现状调查及病例交叉分析方法,研究饮酒与外伤之间的关系。结果:受伤前6h饮酒者的外伤风险高于伤前未饮酒者(OR=1.75,95%CI:1.06~2.87);受伤前6h饮酒大于9个标准杯者的外伤风险远高于伤前未饮酒者(OR=13.0,95%CI:3.90~43.0),受伤前6h饮酒者遭受故意伤害风险高于伤前未饮酒者(OR=7.50,95%CI:1.94~28.0);与遭受非故意伤害者相比,遭受故意伤害者特征为男性、学历偏低、醉酒、酒精测试阳性者居多,并且故意伤害多发生于饮酒后1h之内。与遭受非故意伤害者相比,遭受故意伤害者在过去一年中的饮酒频率较高。结论:饮酒会增加外伤发生及遭受故意伤害的风险,需要控制不良饮酒行为,减少外伤风险的发生。展开更多

Li- cense plate location b...A real-time vehicle tracking method is proposed for trattlC monitoring system at roau mte^cc- tions, and the vehicle tracking module consists of an initialization stage and a tracking stage. Li- cense plate location based on edge density and color analysis is used to detect the license plate re- gion for tracking initialization. In the tracking stage, covariance matching is employed to track the license plate. Genetic algorithm is used to reduce the computational cost. Real-time image tracking of multi-lane vehicles is achieved. In the experiment, test videos are recorded in advance by record- ers of actual E-police systems erage false detection rate and at several different city intersections. In the tracking module, the av- missed plates rate are 1.19%, and 1.72%, respectively.展开更多
The single cylinder and multi-cylinder pumping dynamics model of a swash plate piston pump were improved.Particular attention has been paid to the design influences of key parts of the valve plate such as relief groov...The single cylinder and multi-cylinder pumping dynamics model of a swash plate piston pump were improved.Particular attention has been paid to the design influences of key parts of the valve plate such as relief groove,pre-compression/ expansion and fluid inertia effect of the unsteady flow.Some important parameters,such as the discharge area,discharge coefficient,fluid bulk modulus,were especially analyzed using numerical methods or by experiment-based estimation.Consequently,the mathematical results of pressure pulsation and flow ripple agree well with experimental results from the test-rig of the flow ripple.Therefore,the cross angle and the pre-compression angle of the valve plate was optimized,based on the pumping dynamics model.Considering both the flow ripple and the cylinder pressure of the pump,the cross angle is set to be 2.2° to 2.7° with a pre-compression angle of 1.7° to 2.2°,so the pumping dynamics character can obtain the best result.展开更多
