[Objective] The mating genotype was studied and compared with esterase isozyme of Ganoderma lucidum populations between groups in order to clarify their differences in genetic relationship analysis. [Method] OWE-SOJ technique was applied to identify standard mating types and determinate mating genotype between groups of monokaryons isolates from 24 G. lucidum stains. Genetic relationships were analyzed by combined group mating genotype determination with esterase isozyme assay. [Result] All strains of G. lucidum could be divided into 7 large groups of the mating genotype. Four alleles of A factor, four alleles of B factor and one mixed alleles of A factor were found in this study. Distorted segregation ratio among monokaryon mycelia of G. lucidum had been observed in four kinds of mat- ing types to some extent. Twenty-eight different types of enzyme bands were determined in esterase isozyme test, Twenty-four strains of G. lucidum could be divided into 9 large groups through the cluster analysis when the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.73214. Comparing the results of mating genotype analysis and esterase isozyme analysis, it showed great similarity. [Conclusion] Mating genotype analysis could be used as an important supplementary method for strain identification and genetic diversity research. 展开更多

Energy regeneration during braking is an important technique for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) to improve their fuel economy and extend their driving range. Due to the effect of regenerative braking torque which is added by electric motor, the braking torque distribution between front and rear axles should be changed and the control logic of anti-lock braking system (ABS) ought to be adjusted according to the regenerative braking torque. This paper put forward a braking control strategy for hybrid electric vehicle; the control strategy is implemented with eight DOFs (Degree-of-Freedom) nonlinear vehicle forward simulation model which is built under the environment of Matlab/Simulink. Based on target wheel slip ratio, a fuzzy logic approach was applied to maintain the optimal target slip ratio so that best compromise between hydraulic torque and regenerative torque can be obtained for the vehicle. 展开更多

The experimental results show that number of tangles of interlaced yarn changes little with air pressure from 0.2 MPa to 0.5 MPa, and the number of tangles has a maximum value with yarn speed changing. For two yarn directions of entering and leaving yarn guide of interalcer, the yarn speed for the maximum number of tangles is 400 m/rain and 600 m/rain, respectively. Small H-beams such as the No.14-20 I-steel can be inserted into soil-cement retaining walls to form small H-beam soil-cement compound walls, functioning both as a retaining wall and a cutoff wall for braced structure excavations. Being different from the mixed soil-cement wall (SMW), the interaction between soil-cement and small H-steel is very good. We have carried out a series of bending experiments on small H-beams in soil-cement model compound beams to study the mechanism of interactions. The results show that the interaction between H-beams and soil-cement is very good, whether the H-beam is single or double. Joint forms of double H-beams at one end have little effect on both the contribution coefficient and on ultimate deflection before cracking. But after cracking, the joint forms greatly affect the contribution coefficient. We conclude that the rigid joint girder for double H-beams is a better choice in oractice. 展开更多

In some of these mystery or detective stories especially featuring the well-known sleuth Sherlock Holmes, Doyle tended to integrate an early subject's experience of shrunken space and reduced time into an unknown fear by delineating his characters who perceive horror and nervousness while facing or riding on a railway transportation, including mainly the steam railway in mysterious tales like "The Lost Special" and "The Man with the Watches" as well as in detective stories like "The Adventure of the Engineer's Thumb", "The Adventure of Bruce-Partington Plan", "Valley of Fear" and several others. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the operating statusof flae hydrogenation heat exchanger. To improve flae method for evaluating the operating status of hydrogenation heat ex-chmagers by using flae traditional method, flais paper proposes a new method for evaluating the operation of hydrogenationheat exchangers based on big data. To address flae noisy data common in flae industry, this paper proposes an automatednoisy interval detection algorithm. To deal with flae problem that the sensor parameters have voluminous and mtrelateddimensions, flais paper proposes a key parameter detection algorithm based on flae Pearson correlation coefficient. Finally,this paper presents a system-based health scoring algorithm based on PCA (Principal Component Analysis) to assist site op-erators in assessing the healfla of hydrogenation heat exchangers.
