An analytic model of evolutionary game of continuous dynamic knowledge interaction behavior is founded based on the structure of the evolutionary game chain. Possible evolution trends of the model are discussed. Finally, evolutionary stable strategies (ESSs) of knowledge transactions among individual agents in the knowledge network are identified by simulation data. The heterosis protects the genetic diversity and makes the population owning a stronger self-control and evolution potential by improving the hetemzygote's fithess so as not to wash out different types of genes. The results showed that the selection duration of double cross was one year shorter than that of triple cross. The F1 generations of single cross hybrids of double cross showed higher breeding value, and the multiple cross-ing timing of triple cross was more flexible. In the paper, rice yield, economic traits, quality indicators and rice blast-resistance identification results of these 15 hybrid combinations were described and analyzed. Results show that Chuanxiangyou37 and Tianlongyou540 have relatively high amylose content, good yielding ability, high resistance and appropriate growth period, which are new hybrid rice varieties with organic combination of high amylase content, high gel consistency, high yield, stable yield and wide adaptability. Therefore, Chuanxiangyou37 and Tianlongyou540 are recommended as the main combination for rice production.展开更多

The main characteristics and the classifications of P2P systems are discussed. Considering the requirements of P2P application modeling and referring to the component-based modeling thought, a description method based on communicating sequential processes (CSP)is proposed for the P2P network models. By using a CSP process group, this method can describe the dynamic interactive relationship which focuses on multiparty concurrent interaction of P2P systems more advantageously and accurately. The application of nondeterministic semantemes of CSP in describing the interactive relationship of P2P networks is discussed. The advantages and description abilities of the proposed method are demonstrated through the modeling of a new P2P media-on-demand system.展开更多
PSⅡ photochemistry and xanthophyll cycle during photoinhibition (exposed to strong light of 2 000 μmol photons·m -2 ·s -1 ) and the subsequent restoration were compared between two superhigh_yi...PSⅡ photochemistry and xanthophyll cycle during photoinhibition (exposed to strong light of 2 000 μmol photons·m -2 ·s -1 ) and the subsequent restoration were compared between two superhigh_yield rice hybrids (Liangyoupeijiu and Hua_an 3, the newly developed rice hybrids from two parental lines) and the traditional rice hybrid Shanyou 63 developed from three parental lines. The results showed that the maximal efficiency of PSⅡ photochemistry ( Fv/Fm ), the efficiency of excitation energy capture by open PSⅡ centers ( Fv′/Fm′ ), and the yield of PSⅡ electron transport ( Φ PSⅡ ) of the three rice hybrids decreased during photoinhibition. However, a greater decrease in Fv/Fm , Fv′/Fm′ , and Φ PSⅡ was observed in Shanyou 63 than in Liangyoupeijiu and Hua_an 3. At the same time, the components of xanthophyll cycle, antherxanthin (A) and zeathanxin (Z) increased rapidly while violaxanthin (V) decreased considerably. Both the rate of accumulation and the amount of A and Z in the two superhigh_yield rice hybrids were higher than that in Shanyou 63. The de_epoxidation state (DES) of xanthophyll cycle increased rapidly with the fast accumulation of A and Z, and reached the maximal level after first 30 min during photoinhibition. Of the three hybrids, the increasing rate of DES in Liangyoupeijiu and Hua_an 3 was higher than that in Shanyou 63. After photoinhibition treatment, the plant materials were transferred to a dim light (70 μmol photons·m -2 ·s -1 ) for restoration. During restoration, both chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and xanthophyll cycle relaxed gradually, but the rate and level of restoration in the two superhigh_yield rice hybrids were higher than those in Shanyou 63. Our results suggest that Liangyoupeijiu and Hua_an 3 had higher resistance to photoinhibition and higher capacity of non_radiative energy dissipation associated with xanthophyll cycle, as well as higher rate of restoration after photoinhibition, than Shanyou 63 when subjected to strong light.展开更多

We cultured and sampled the animals at different developmental stages (eggs and larvae), and used in-situ hybridization and northern blotting to document the spatial and temporal changes in AmphiCaM expression. The alimentary tract dominates the development from the late neurula stage to the adult stage. AmphiCaM expression increased significantly in the alimentary tract during the late neurula stage and remained elevated in the adults. Our results indicate that AmphiCaM is involved in the differentiation of the alimentary tract in amphioxus; and furthermore, provide an insight into the change in function of CaM genes during evolution.展开更多
Power-line interference is one of the most common noises in magnetotelluric(MT)data.It usually causes distortion at the fundamental frequency and its odd harmonics,and may also affect other frequency bands.Although tr...Power-line interference is one of the most common noises in magnetotelluric(MT)data.It usually causes distortion at the fundamental frequency and its odd harmonics,and may also affect other frequency bands.Although trap circuits are designed to suppress such noise in most of the modern acquisition devices,strong interferences are still found in MT data,and the power-line interference will fluctuate with the changing of load current.The fixed trap circuits often fail to deal with it.This paper proposes an alternative scheme for power-line interference removal based on frequency-domain sparse decomposition.Firstly,the fast Fourier transform of the acquired MT signal is performed.Subsequently,a redundant dictionary is designed to match with the power-line interference which is insensitive to the useful signal.Power-line interference is separated by using the dictionary and a signal reconstruction algorithm of compressive sensing called improved orthogonal matching pursuit(IOMP).Finally,the frequency domain data are switched back to the time domain by the inverse fast Fourier transform.Simulation experiments and real data examples from Lu-Zong ore district illustrate that this scheme can effectively suppress the power-line interference and significantly improve data quality.Compared with time domain sparse decomposition,this scheme takes less time consumption and acquires better results.展开更多

In this paper, we propose a fully homomorphic encryption scheme based on LWE, which has better key size. Our main contributions are: (1) According to the binary-LWE recently, we choose secret key from binary set and modify the basic encryption scheme proposed in Linder and Peikert in 2010. We propose a fully homomorphic encryption scheme based on the new basic encryption scheme. We analyze the correctness and give the proof of the security of our scheme. The public key, evaluation keys and tensored ciphertext have better size in our scheme. (2) Estimating parameters for fully homomorphic encryption scheme is an important work. We estimate the concert parameters for our scheme. We compare these parameters between our scheme and Bral2 scheme. Our scheme have public key and private key that smaller by a factor of about logq than in Bral2 scheme. Tensored ciphertext in our scheme is smaller by a factor of about log2q than in Bral2 scheme. Key switching matrix in our scheme is smaller by a factor of about log3q than in Bra12 scheme.展开更多
In order to meet the needs of collaborative decision making,considering the different demands of air traffic control units,airlines,airports and passengers in various traffic scenarios,the joint scheduling problem of ...In order to meet the needs of collaborative decision making,considering the different demands of air traffic control units,airlines,airports and passengers in various traffic scenarios,the joint scheduling problem of arrival and departure flights is studied systematically.According to the matching degree of capacity and flow,it is determined that the traffic state of arrival/departure operation in a certain period is peak or off-peak.The demands of all parties in each traffic state are analyzed,and the mathematical models of arrival/departure flight scheduling in each traffic state are established.Aiming at the four kinds of joint operation traffic scenarios of arrival and departure,the corresponding bi-level programming models for joint scheduling of arrival and departure flights are established,respectively,and the elitism genetic algorithm is designed to solve the models.The results show that:Compared with the first-come-firstserved method,in the scenarios of arrival peak&departure off-peak and arrival peak&departure peak,the departure flight equilibrium satisfaction is improved,and the runway occupation time of departure flight flow is reduced by 38.8%.In the scenarios of arrival off-peak&departure off-peak and departure peak&arrival off-peak,the arrival flight equilibrium delay time is significantly reduced,the departure flight equilibrium satisfaction is improved by 77.6%,and the runway occupation time of departure flight flow is reduced by 46.6%.Compared with other four kinds of strategies,the optimal scheduling method can better balance fairness and efficiency,so the scheduling results are more reasonable.展开更多
Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)was introduced as a novel traffic device to collect road traffic information and its cruise route planning problem was considered.Firstly,a multi-objective optimization model was proposed a...Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)was introduced as a novel traffic device to collect road traffic information and its cruise route planning problem was considered.Firstly,a multi-objective optimization model was proposed aiming at minimizing the total cruise distance and the number of UAVs used,which used UAV maximum cruise distance,the number of UAVs available and time window of each monitored target as constraints.Then,a novel multi-objective evolutionary algorithm was proposed.Next,a case study with three time window scenarios was implemented.The results show that both the total cruise distance and the number of UAVs used continue to increase with the time window constraint becoming narrower.Compared with the initial optimal solutions,the optimal total cruise distance and the number of UAVs used fall by an average of 30.93% and 31.74%,respectively.Finally,some concerns using UAV to collect road traffic information were discussed.展开更多

A new meta-heuristic approach is proposed in this paper based on a new composite dispatching rule to tackle the aircraft landing problem(ALP).First,the ALP is modeled as a machine scheduling problem with the objective...A new meta-heuristic approach is proposed in this paper based on a new composite dispatching rule to tackle the aircraft landing problem(ALP).First,the ALP is modeled as a machine scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing the total penalty,i.e.,total weighted earliness plus total weighted tardiness.Second,a composite dispatching rule,minimized penalty with due dates and set-ups(MPDS),is presented to determine the landing sequence.Then,an efficient heuristic approach is proposed to solve the problem by integrating the MPDS rule and CPLEX solver.In the first stage,the landing sequence is established based on the proposed MPDS rule.In the second stage,landing time is optimized using CPLEX solver.Next,a new meta-heuristic strategy is introduced into the heuristic approach by conducting the local search from the potential landing sequences,which are generated by the proposed MPDS rule.Finally,the performance of the proposed approach is evaluated using a set of benchmark instances taken from the OR library.The results demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed approaches.展开更多

In this paper, we describe several ex- citing technology directions associated with future optical transport networks. We review the status of 100G, which is now commercially available and entering volume deployments, and its applications in China. Beyond 100G is considered as the primary technology for the expansion of both channel and fiber capacity in tile near term, and several enabling techniques are introduced. Then, key technologies, prod- ucts, and future evolutionary options of Optical Transport Networks (OTNs) are extensively discussed. Compared to fixed bandwidth and coarse granularity of current WDM network, a flexible grid architecture is a desirable evolu- tion trend, and key technologies and challenges are described. Finally, we illustrate the multi-dimension convergences in terms of IP and optical, Packet OTN (P-OTN), as well as Electronic Integrated Circuits (EICs) and Photonic Integrated Cimuits (PICs). Objectively, a complex interactive coercing relationship exists between urbanization and eco-environment, and the research of this relationship is primarily divided into three schools, i.e., interactive coercion theor...Objectively, a complex interactive coercing relationship exists between urbanization and eco-environment, and the research of this relationship is primarily divided into three schools, i.e., interactive coercion theory, interactive promotion theory and coupling symbiosis theory. Harmonizing the relationship between urbanization and eco-environment is not only an important proposition for the national development plan but also the only way to promote healthy urbanization. Based on an analysis of urbanization process and its relationship with the eco-environment, this article analyzes interactive coercing effects between urbanization and eco-environment from three perspectives of population urbanization, economic urbanization and spatial urbanization, respectively, and analyzes risk effects of the interactive coercion. Further, it shows six basic laws followed by interactive coercion between urbanization and eco-environment, namely, coupling fission law, dynamic hierarchy law, stochastic fluctuation law, non-linear synergetic law, threshold value law and forewarning law, and divides the interactive coercing process into five stages, namely, low-level coordinate, antagonistic, break-in, ameliorative and high-grade coordinate. Based on the geometric derivation, the interactive coercing relationship between urbanization and eco-environment is judged to be non-linear and it can be explained by a double-exponential function formed by the combination of power and exponential functions. Then, the evolutionary types of the interactive coercing relationship are divided into nine ones: rudimentary coordinating, ecology-dominated, synchronal coordinating, urbanization lagging, stepwise break-in, exorbitant urbanization, fragile ecology, rudimentary break-in and unsustainable types. Finally, based on an interactive coercion model, the degree of interactive coercion can be examined, and then, an evolutionary cycle can be divided into four phases, namely rudimentary symbiosis, harmonious development, utmost increasing and spiral type rising. The study results offer a scientific decision-making of healthy urbanization for achieving the goal of eco-environment protection and promoting urbanization.展开更多

文摘Fully homomorphic encryption is faced with two problems now. One is candidate fully homomorphic encryption schemes are few. Another is that the efficiency of fully homomorphic encryption is a big question. In this paper, we propose a fully homomorphic encryption scheme based on LWE, which has better key size. Our main contributions are: (1) According to the binary-LWE recently, we choose secret key from binary set and modify the basic encryption scheme proposed in Linder and Peikert in 2010. We propose a fully homomorphic encryption scheme based on the new basic encryption scheme. We analyze the correctness and give the proof of the security of our scheme. The public key, evaluation keys and tensored ciphertext have better size in our scheme. (2) Estimating parameters for fully homomorphic encryption scheme is an important work. We estimate the concert parameters for our scheme. We compare these parameters between our scheme and Bral2 scheme. Our scheme have public key and private key that smaller by a factor of about logq than in Bral2 scheme. Tensored ciphertext in our scheme is smaller by a factor of about log2q than in Bral2 scheme. Key switching matrix in our scheme is smaller by a factor of about log3q than in Bra12 scheme.

文摘In order to meet the needs of collaborative decision making,considering the different demands of air traffic control units,airlines,airports and passengers in various traffic scenarios,the joint scheduling problem of arrival and departure flights is studied systematically.According to the matching degree of capacity and flow,it is determined that the traffic state of arrival/departure operation in a certain period is peak or off-peak.The demands of all parties in each traffic state are analyzed,and the mathematical models of arrival/departure flight scheduling in each traffic state are established.Aiming at the four kinds of joint operation traffic scenarios of arrival and departure,the corresponding bi-level programming models for joint scheduling of arrival and departure flights are established,respectively,and the elitism genetic algorithm is designed to solve the models.The results show that:Compared with the first-come-firstserved method,in the scenarios of arrival peak&departure off-peak and arrival peak&departure peak,the departure flight equilibrium satisfaction is improved,and the runway occupation time of departure flight flow is reduced by 38.8%.In the scenarios of arrival off-peak&departure off-peak and departure peak&arrival off-peak,the arrival flight equilibrium delay time is significantly reduced,the departure flight equilibrium satisfaction is improved by 77.6%,and the runway occupation time of departure flight flow is reduced by 46.6%.Compared with other four kinds of strategies,the optimal scheduling method can better balance fairness and efficiency,so the scheduling results are more reasonable.

文摘Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)was introduced as a novel traffic device to collect road traffic information and its cruise route planning problem was considered.Firstly,a multi-objective optimization model was proposed aiming at minimizing the total cruise distance and the number of UAVs used,which used UAV maximum cruise distance,the number of UAVs available and time window of each monitored target as constraints.Then,a novel multi-objective evolutionary algorithm was proposed.Next,a case study with three time window scenarios was implemented.The results show that both the total cruise distance and the number of UAVs used continue to increase with the time window constraint becoming narrower.Compared with the initial optimal solutions,the optimal total cruise distance and the number of UAVs used fall by an average of 30.93% and 31.74%,respectively.Finally,some concerns using UAV to collect road traffic information were discussed.
文摘Hybrid zone is a very critical concept within the evolutionary biology, because it would offer us a better insight to understand the evolutionary role of gene flow and hybridization based on the cline model. This minireview presents an expatiation of history perspectives and research developments upon basic concepts including hybrid zones, hybridization, hybrid and its the genetic cline model. Moreover, by figuring out the existing problem around the hybrids within conservative theory and practices, it suggests that the theory of hybrid zone be introduced into conservation biology and it would be provide a broader and more open theoretical background for conservative research and practices.

文摘A new meta-heuristic approach is proposed in this paper based on a new composite dispatching rule to tackle the aircraft landing problem(ALP).First,the ALP is modeled as a machine scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing the total penalty,i.e.,total weighted earliness plus total weighted tardiness.Second,a composite dispatching rule,minimized penalty with due dates and set-ups(MPDS),is presented to determine the landing sequence.Then,an efficient heuristic approach is proposed to solve the problem by integrating the MPDS rule and CPLEX solver.In the first stage,the landing sequence is established based on the proposed MPDS rule.In the second stage,landing time is optimized using CPLEX solver.Next,a new meta-heuristic strategy is introduced into the heuristic approach by conducting the local search from the potential landing sequences,which are generated by the proposed MPDS rule.Finally,the performance of the proposed approach is evaluated using a set of benchmark instances taken from the OR library.The results demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed approaches.

文摘Driven by an ever-increasing num- ber of new services and applications, transport networks have been undergoing significant changes. In this paper, we describe several ex- citing technology directions associated with future optical transport networks. We review the status of 100G, which is now commercially available and entering volume deployments, and its applications in China. Beyond 100G is considered as the primary technology for the expansion of both channel and fiber capacity in tile near term, and several enabling techniques are introduced. Then, key technologies, prod- ucts, and future evolutionary options of Optical Transport Networks (OTNs) are extensively discussed. Compared to fixed bandwidth and coarse granularity of current WDM network, a flexible grid architecture is a desirable evolu- tion trend, and key technologies and challenges are described. Finally, we illustrate the multi-dimension convergences in terms of IP and optical, Packet OTN (P-OTN), as well as Electronic Integrated Circuits (EICs) and Photonic Integrated Cimuits (PICs). Transport networks are therefore in the process of be- coming more broadband, robust, flexible, cost-effective and lower-power-consumptive.

文摘Objectively, a complex interactive coercing relationship exists between urbanization and eco-environment, and the research of this relationship is primarily divided into three schools, i.e., interactive coercion theory, interactive promotion theory and coupling symbiosis theory. Harmonizing the relationship between urbanization and eco-environment is not only an important proposition for the national development plan but also the only way to promote healthy urbanization. Based on an analysis of urbanization process and its relationship with the eco-environment, this article analyzes interactive coercing effects between urbanization and eco-environment from three perspectives of population urbanization, economic urbanization and spatial urbanization, respectively, and analyzes risk effects of the interactive coercion. Further, it shows six basic laws followed by interactive coercion between urbanization and eco-environment, namely, coupling fission law, dynamic hierarchy law, stochastic fluctuation law, non-linear synergetic law, threshold value law and forewarning law, and divides the interactive coercing process into five stages, namely, low-level coordinate, antagonistic, break-in, ameliorative and high-grade coordinate. Based on the geometric derivation, the interactive coercing relationship between urbanization and eco-environment is judged to be non-linear and it can be explained by a double-exponential function formed by the combination of power and exponential functions. Then, the evolutionary types of the interactive coercing relationship are divided into nine ones: rudimentary coordinating, ecology-dominated, synchronal coordinating, urbanization lagging, stepwise break-in, exorbitant urbanization, fragile ecology, rudimentary break-in and unsustainable types. Finally, based on an interactive coercion model, the degree of interactive coercion can be examined, and then, an evolutionary cycle can be divided into four phases, namely rudimentary symbiosis, harmonious development, utmost increasing and spiral type rising. The study results offer a scientific decision-making of healthy urbanization for achieving the goal of eco-environment protection and promoting urbanization.
