独立高校表演专业《镜头前表演》课程实训教学改革探索——由学生作业微电影《昨日公园》的拍摄谈起

自从高校扩招以来,艺考大军也成为每年的一道风景线。据不完全统计,全国开设表演专业的高校有一百多所,每年大量的表演专业毕业生怀揣着梦想加入"北漂""横漂"的队伍。纵观近年的影视作品以及各大影视奖项的颁奖礼,却出现了老一辈撑场面,新人断层的尴尬场面,这暴露出影视市场人才缺乏的现状。看市场,反思高校人才培养模式的问题。《镜头前表演》实训教学总体还是沿袭同类院校的传统方法,对实践、实训教学缺少真枪实弹的演练,大大影响了学生的市场竞争力和专业生命。

An Investigation of Confucian Heuristic Teaching Elicitation Teaching Theory Theory and Socrates

Confucianism （especially its teaching theory） is the core of Chinese traditional culture with Confucius as its representative. It has played an indispensable role in the development of Chinese culture. It is the spiritual pillar of Chinese sustainable development. There are no others that can compare with its teaching method and art. The famous ＂heuristic teaching theory＂ is one of its greatest inventions. But many people think that it is Socrates invention. In fact, Socrates ＂elicitation teaching theory＂ was invented far later than that of Confucius. This paper aims at investigating of these two theories.

A Case Study of an Experienced University EFL Teacher’s Use of POA Teaching Materials

Although research on teaching materials use has important implications for materials development,little literature examines how teachers actually use materials in the classroom.The present study,taking the theoretical framework for using and evaluating Production-Oriented Approach(POA)teaching materials(Wen,2017),explores the procedure and the rationale of an experienced Chinese university EFL teacher’s use of POA teaching materials.Multiple methods were employed in data collection,including classroom observations,teacher interviews,the teacher’s lesson plans,and PowerPoints,as well as students’written and oral products.Data analysis showed that the teacher followed a three-phase process of materials use.Before class,teaching objectives were set,materials were selected,adapted,and then transformed into teaching activities.During class,the teaching activities were implemented with the materials.After class,the effectiveness of using the materials was assessed.The study revealed that the teacher played an active role in practicing the essential POA principles of“productive-objectives-determined”and“input-in-service-to-output”in the entire process of material use.

An Integrated Model of Teaching Theory and Action Research in POA-based Textbook Writing

Teaching theories provide important guidance for language teaching materials development,but there is little research on how textbook writers apply teaching theories in the actual writing process.This study analyzes the process of compiling iEnglish,a series of textbooks based on the Production-Oriented Approach(POA)and proposes an Integrated Model of Teaching Theory and Action Research for textbook writing.By elaborating the roles of teaching theory and action research at different stages of textbook writing and the interaction between theory and practice during the process,the study concludes that the Integrated Model can promote both textbook improvement and theory refinement.

Instruction of Nominalization by Applying Enabling of POA

It is noticeable that the academic papers written by Chinese English learners are lacking in academic features largely due to their poor ability to use nominalization.Therefore,the instruction of nominalization in an academic English writing course is badly needed.The author conducted onesemester-long instruction of nominalization to 90 non-English majors under the guidance of the production-oriented approach(POA).This research demonstrated how to apply POA,specifically,the enabling procedure to the teaching of nominalization.By triangulating the data of students’interviews,learning journals and written output,and the data of 4 teachers’class observations and interviews,this study found that the accurate application of the three criteria of effective enabling contributed to the improvement of the quantity and quality of nominalization in academic writing.

Research on the Curriculum System Construction Plan for Animation Design and Production of Specialty in High Vocational Colleges

In this paper, we conduct research on curriculum system construction plan for animation design and production of specialty in high vocational colleges. With the development of animation industry in our country, the existing higher vocational anime education already cannot satisfy the needs of the enterprises. Anime professional teaching reform is imminent. This article stands on the basis of existing animation specialty teaching reform, the analysis summarizes common problems, and proposes the corresponding solution hope to make their efforts to the development of animation education. We insist on teachers in the teaching process, and in the case of the classroom into more comprehensive knowledge, to improve the students＇ technology at the same time, more to improve students＇ comprehensive qualities to look for the better education performance.

Design and Application of Integrated Teaching System of Animation

The animation industry is a comprehensive art, and the development is very rapid in recent years, and many excellent domestic animation works are moved on the screen, winning support among the people. Looking to the future, the animation industry has a very great development potential. The animation major is considered as an emerging major in some colleges, and its teaching methods are still in the exploring stage. And the emerging industry has a great demand for animation talent, thus, the teaching methods of animation major need to be reformed to adapt to the constant market demand. This paper proposes an integrated teaching system of animation to solve the contradiction between market demand and traditional animation teaching mode, making analysis and researches of the kind of integrated teaching system, which is briefly described.

The Development Strategy Based on 4Ps Theory of Continuing Education in Universities

From the perspective of marketing theory and the premise of SWOT theory analysis,this paper puts forward the basic strategies of developing continuing education based on 4Ps theory in universities.Combined with the educational products in the field of management and public administration in the market economy,this paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the development of continuing education in universities.From the four aspects of product,price,place and promotion,we summarize the concrete measure which may provide the reference to develop continuing education.

The Industrial Heritage and the New Architecture： Teaching, Researching, Designing the Place Identity

The new architecture may provide unusual opportunities for the abandoned areas involved by former industrial processes, both in the city centers and in the landscape. In fact, it may create new centralities and give new collective function for deprived areas. The case study of the architectural and educational project for a new museum park devoted to the technique and the science in the Apennine＇ s landscape near Parma （Italy） may give an interesting point of view about the role of the teaching and the research of the architecture in the former industrial heritage, and to avoid the abandonment and the pauperization of the territory around.

Design and production of the network courses based on the database technology

Online teaching is an effective means and the inevitable trend of the development of modern education, its shared educational resources, to expand the scale of education to improve educational efficiency; build a lifelong education system plays an important role. In this paper, by analyzing the common feature of database system and network courses, it proposes a network-based database technology curriculum design and fabrication methods and principles, to make the curriculum from web centric processing teaching content production to around a shared database of teaching resource center changes.

Production-Oriented Approach to Reading： Writing-Oriented Reading Instruction

WORI is the Production-Oriented Approach to reading in the TEFL context of China. It is intended to enhance English learners＇ proficiency in writing and reading. By asking questions to draw learners＇ attention to the professional writers＇ choices concerning organization, development, style, and diction, teachers explicitly guide learners to observe, analyze, study, apperceive, so as to learn about their writing thinking and strategies. By designing a variety of reading-to-write tasks, teachers endeavour to activate learners＇ writing thinking developed in writing-oriented reading activities to have such writing thinking fixed in mind and internalized. The WORI also fosters English learners＇ autonomy of sustaining development in reading, writing, as well as their English learning.

New Existentialism： The Literary inetto as a Reemerging Prototype in Twenty-First Century Cinema

The new prototype of the inetto, a helpless and impassive character, makes his first appearance near the end of the nineteenth century in Italian literature, continues to gain strength and status throughout the twentieth-century artistic climate （through the existentialist philosophy of Sartre and Camus） and reemerges in contemporary cinema. The present study examines whether there is a gradual exacerbation or overcoming of this psychological disorder across the centuries in the novels and films investigated. Specifically, I offer a comparative analysis of Svevo＇s character Emilio Brentani in Senilitd （1898） and Giuseppe Piceioni＇s Guido in Giulia non esce la sera （Giulia Does Not Date at Night） （2009）. This study will also draw unusual parallels between Schopenhauer, Svevo＇s existentialist philosophy and contemporary cinema.

Optimal asset allocation strategies of university endowment funds

Optimal asset allocation for university endowment funds is very important in USA. The management of endowment funds is challenging due to the need of finding out the balance between providing adequate and stable spending for beneficiaries and growth of the portfolio. In this paper, the author address these allocation constraints in a dynamic framework, in which minimum subsistence levels are introduced in the objective function and derive explicit formulas for the optimal portfolio strategy.

The Theory and Practice of Research-and-Discussion Teaching --Taking the Animation Teaching as an Example

Along with the support policy for the development of domestic animation by State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of The People＇s Republic of China and local governments, the domestic animation industry has wide development prospects. According to statistics, there are more than 500 colleges and universities opening animation specialty and more than thousands of universities having related courses. But in recent years, there has been a contradictory phenomenon. On one hand, it is really hard for large numbers of graduates to find jobs related to animation. On the other hand, it is difficult for domestic animation enterprises to recruit outstanding animation talents. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the animation education in colleges and universities can not satisfy the demand from market and can not meet the requirements of the animation industry development in china.So we have the necessity to discuss the suitable education mode for animation development.

The Construction of the Major Clusters in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Industrial Cluster

The development of industrial cluster plays a significant influence on the major construction of higher vocational colleges. In this paper, in combination with the practice of Jiangyin Polytechnic College, the interaction relationship between the construction of the major clusters in higher vocational colleges and the development of the regional industry clusters is analyzed, and then the significance and idea of constructing the maior clusters are introduced from the perspective of industrial cluster.

An Advanced Teaching Lab for the Setting up of an Islanded Production Unit

The present paper addresses an advanced teaching lab consisting of setting up an islanded production unit. This teaching lab takes place in the very last semester at master level for students in electrical engineering with energy specialization. The purpose of this teaching lab is to combine knowledge learned in different areas such as power electronics, control, electrical machines and networks, and make use of all of them in practice. The present paper describes in detail the different steps followed by the student to set up an islanded production unit.

The Task-Based Approach： Noticing and Attention Management Tasks to Enhance Written Production

The paper reports the results of a field study which was carried out at the Language Centre of the University of Naples and originated in the observation that learning the Italian language was not perceived by ab initio students as connected to their personal and academic experiences. The claim of this research is that a procedural syllabus based on texts and tasks facilitates both the acquisition of Italian as a foreign language and the integration of language and content. Each text proposed to the learners was accompanied and enhanced by pre-, while-, and production-tasks. A particular emphasis was assigned to noticing and attention management tasks in the pre and while phase Production tasks in a later phase favoured interlanguage development by combining representational structures with controlled attention. The method of the study was a combination of qualitative and quantitative approach at any stage. Measures for written production during the course and to assess final exams were： Holistic Rating （fluency and creativity）, Accuracy Ratios （intelligibility index and error index）, and Complexity Ratios （dependent and coordinate clauses per t-units ratio and re-elaboration of a model or text type）. At the final exams, Texts and tasks learners outperformed non-texts and tasks learners. In conclusion, an input related to personal and/or academic interests, to be processed through tasks, allowed learners a rapid interlanguage change and development
