In the llth Five-Year Plan period, China entered the intermediate stage of industrialization and crossed the threshold to become a middle-income country. China's current industrial structure, therefore, which is still characteristic of early-stage industrialization, must transition to support intermediate and advanced industrialization. Although resource constraints will pose certain hurdles for this transition, the pressure of these constraints will ultimately serve to catalyze, rather than impede, sustainable industrial growth. Furthermore, industrial transition and upgrade will mean not only changes for the nation's industrial structure as a whole but also rethinking the strategic possibilities and direction of industry at the enterprise level. The key to success rests on China's ability to improve indigenous development and boost competitive advantage in international markets through the use of new, advanced technologies.展开更多

Research on industrial transformation is essentially an exploration of the origin of industry and the values of industrial development. Industry offers the impetus for human development and contributes to social welfare. Industrial transformation is a simultaneous representation of the innovative and revolutionary nature of industry. Currently, industrialization is far from being complete in China and most regions of China have yet to develop a strong social foundation of modern industrial civilization. China still has large gaps with the standards of developed industrial powers. In addition to the lack of a solid industrial, technological foundation, China's industrial transformation and upgrade are confronted by the negative inclination towards excessive "instrumental rationalism". An obsession with speed, quantity, capital appreciation, and the single-minded pursuit of profitability have constrained the real values of industry. China' s current industrial transformation essentially requires a readjustment of the relationship between instrumental utility and real values and calls for a release of the innovative capabilities of industry. Currently, one of the most imperative, strategic tasks for China is to continue strengthening its industry. In-depth integration between industrialization and IT application will bring China' s industrial civilization to a new level.展开更多

And it' s also the key to enhance China's independent innovation capability and international competitiveness. Whether it is from the industrial development of the law or its own development experience of emerging industries, the development of new industries are heavily influenced by national policy, national policy to some extent can be seen as strategic emerging industry development the decisive factor. The article evaluates the effects that the policies to what extent promotes the development of strategic emerging industry in Shanghai.展开更多

The engineering management major construction and the oriented real estate industry, especially for the large and medium-sized backbone enterprises in civil engineering construction and the real estate enterprises train innovative, applied and compound of high-level engineering technology and the management talent. Entrepreneurship education student entrepreneurial ability is to make the students have successful entrepreneurial innovation ability, the development ability, organization and the core management ability, interpersonal communication and cooperation ability, comprehensive ability. Student entrepreneurial ability of high and low depends largely on the amount of corresponding knowledge in practice. Clusters efficiently pool and distribute elements of production, and provide better division among small specialized firms in given local regions. Economic agglomerations are the typical spatial structures of clusters. Clusters drive forward industrialization, and this path of industrialization in China is similar to the industrialization wave based on industrial districts( IDs or clusters) with concentrations of SMEs that started in west European countries, particularly in Italy and Germany, since the 1960s. However, in contrast to developed EU countries, Chinese clusters are mainly concentrations of labor-intensive and low-tech industries, without independent intellectual property fights or leading brands. China's industrial clusters' capaciW for innovation is rather weak. Chinese clusters participate in the international trade and world division of production from the node of processing, stopping at the lower end of Global Value Chain of industrial production. By reviewing Zhejiang clusters, this study examines the innovation capacity of Chinese clusters in the process of development and industrialization, so as to provide advice on the future development of Chinese clusters.展开更多
