The numerical and experimental investigations of forging process of a hollow part are important in industrial point of view. This study has been focused on the development of a 3D elastic-plastic FEM (finite element model) of hot forging to evaluate the forming process of hollow parts. The validity of this method was verified through a laboratory experiment using aluminum alloy (AA6351) with medium geometric complexity. The distributions of effective strain, temperature, metal flow and strength were analyzed for two different initial workpieces (tubular and cylindrical). It was observed that both initial workpieces can be used to produce the final hollow part using the numerical simulation model. The results showed that the numerical analyses predict, filling cavity, calculated strength, work temperature and material flow were in agreement with the experimental results. However, some problems such as air trapping in the die causing incomplete filling could not be predicted and this problem was resolved experimentally by drilling small holes for air release in the dies.展开更多

P. corylophilum showed the best production in medium containing wheat bran, agro-industrial residue, without additives (egg albumin or casein), in which peptidase activity reached 520 U mL^-1 and the enzyme displayed the optimum activity between pH range from 7 to 8 and 60 ℃. It also showed high stability in wide pH range and temperature until 45 ℃ for 60 min of incubation. On the other hand, P. waksmanii, the best production was noted in a medium containing wheat bran (95%) and casein (5%), reaching 545 U mL^-1, with proteolytic optimum activity at pH 7.5 and 55 ℃. The enzyme was mainly stable in pH range from 8 to 9 and at temperatures until 45 ℃ for 60 rain of incubation. The peptidases secreted by both fungi were inhibited in the presence of phenylmethane sulfonyl fluoride, showing that they belong to the subclass of serine peptidases.展开更多

Since the thermoelectric modules are able to convert a temperature gradient directly into electricity and still occupy a small space, and have no vibration or noise during operation. Furthermore, the cogeneration using thermoelectric modules is totally clean and reuses part of the residual thermal energy to generate power, or improve the overall yield of the process and avoid the emission of gases to the environment. Therefore, this research contributes to the development of a green energy to numerical modeling for the design and dimensioning of micro-sources of electric power generation from performance curves and predetermined temperature gradients industrial processes. The result is an effective methodology for the design and conditioning the voltage level and power of micro allowing the size of the electrical quickly and securely for many industrial applications, varying the types of modules used area, voltage and power generated.展开更多
