中国地区产业结构形态变迁态势及其内生动因

对产业集群演变与成因的深入分析需进一步引入地区产业结构变迁理论,融合新结构经济学中地区比较优势产业演进与新经济地理学中有关理论,构建产业结构形态变迁与内生动力驱动关系的理论框架。采用2005-2014年中国279个地级市数据,从消费结构、要素禀赋、对外贸易与技术进步四个方面实证分析我国产业结构形态变迁与内生动力的关系。研究显示:内生动力驱动现阶段我国各地区产业结构形态整体上呈集聚态势;门槛效应检验表明不同阈值区间的内生动力对产业结构形态变迁的作用存在差异;低水平区间内的技术进步促进地区产业多样性,高水平区间内则转变为促进集聚态势;对外贸易改善对集聚态势有持续性的促进作用;劳动力质量提升、资本深化驱动产业结构形态趋于多样性态势。资本深化与消费结构水平较低是制约我国现阶段地区产业结构形态高级化的"短板"。

分析各地区所处的工业化阶段及其产业结构特征是研究运输需求规模与结构的前提,也是进一步研究空间运输联 系的基础。我们在作运输需求预测时,必须充分考虑地区特点,了解产业特性,这样才能为合理制定运输规划提供参考依据。

藏族地区产业发展的适应性研究

产业结构形态是复合生态系统内诸要素相互形塑的过程和结果。藏民族聚居的青藏高原,在长期演变中,形塑产业结构形态的因素由“二维”(地理环境、社会文化)增长为“四维”(地理环境、社会文化、市场导向、政府引领);产业结构形态演变轨迹是农牧互补—隐性的农业革命—净土健康产业。适应性是考察产业结构形态演变的重要视角,核心内容是地理适应性、社会文化适应性、市场适应性,适应过程是顺应与转换的结合。历史上的农牧互补显现了地理环境和社会文化的契合,凸显了农牧民的生存性智慧。如今发展的净土健康产业,是政府引领下走向产业发展的三高区间,呈现出“以绿色为底色”的地理适应、集体再组织化的社会文化适应、农文旅一体化的市场适应。净土健康产业发展是在顺应中转换,是深刻的“产业变革”,也是农牧民的“劳动革命”。

The basic theory of industrial ecological economics

There is a great difference between the new type industrialization road in China and the road of industrialization first, then informatization and at last ecologization in western developed countries. Industrial eco-economics is one of the critical branches of eco-economics. It is a subject of objective law of structural upgrading, functional optimization and highly efficient running of industrial eco-economic system, which is combined with industrial economic system and eco-system under the condition of intellectual economy and circular economy combinations. Meanwhile, it is a relatively weak subject in the research field of eco-economics in China for the time being. Taking the practice road of new type industrialization needs the guidance of industrial eco-economics. The modern industrial eco-economics in the 21st century must be adapted to the need of new type road of industrialization in China. The paper analyzes the status quo of research and the main contents of industrial eco-economics and tries to study some key theories of the branch subject.

Integration of industry cooperation development research in Bohai Economic Rim

Integrated development of industrial cooperation is the core content in the Bohai economic rim.Industrial structure convergence of Bohai economic rim mainly exist in macro three industries while it rarely exist in the manufacturing industry and other internal meso level. Learning from changing tendency, industrial structure convergence in the five provinces and municipality in the Bohai Economic Rim tend to be increasingly intense. For integration of industry cooperation development in Bohai Economic Rim, it is faced with massive separation, industrial development convergence and is restricted by institutional and ideological barriers. As strategic choice based on interest tending, integration of industry cooperation development in Bohai Economic Rim should be further integrated on development concept of industrial transformation to promote institutional system of the integration of industrial development and optimize the industrial layout and division system of Bohai economic rim.
