云南省农产品流通业绿色发展效率测度及影响因素研究

研究利用超效率SBM模型在测度2011—2020年云南省农产品流通业绿色发展效率水平基础上,采用核密度估计呈现云南省农产品流通业绿色发展效率的时空演变特征,并利用Tobit模型分析了云南省农产品流通业绿色发展效率的影响因素。研究发现:从整体上看,云南省农产品流通业绿色发展效率处于中等水平;从空间特征上看,效率等级分布呈现东高西低的空间格局,不同等级效率水平差异显著;从动态演进上看,云南农产品流通业绿色发展效率两极分化现象逐渐减弱。产业结构、对外开放水平、农村物流基础设施、电商水平对云南省农产品流通业绿色发展效率提升具有显著的促进作用,而农村污染程度对云南省农产品流通业绿色发展效率提升有阻碍作用。文章据此提出优化云南农产品流通业绿色发展结构,进一步推进云南高水平对外开放,加快云南农产品流通业基础设施建设,以电子商务发展促使云南农产品流通业提质增效,持续推进农产品流通业绿色高质量发展建议。

临县马铃薯产业发展及种薯繁育调查研究

马铃薯是临县一大主导产业,临县农委从2012年开始承担了优良品种繁育试验示范研究。笔者针对2012年—2014年种薯繁育及马铃薯产业发展的相互作用进行了调查研究,为今后全国推广脱毒种薯,发展马铃薯产业,增加农民收入提供技术支撑。

Three Major Effects and Guarantee System for Quality Management of Edible Mushroom Products

In order to provide consumers with more safe and edible fungus products and to create a faithful social environment of food quality, the edible fungus products quality safety events, as well as their evoked factors and effects on edible fungus industry were discussed in depth in this paper. The performance of edible fungus products quality management is a comprehensive reflection of technical effect, control effect and implementation effect. Among them, the implementation effect is the most important, which refers to the actual implementation effect of quality and safety rules by practitioners of edible fungus industry. Thus, the initiative implementation effect in quality management will be improved, and a quality assurance system in which practitioners are volunteered to participate and implement initiatively the quality standards and regulations so as to provide safe and high-quality products will be established, thereby achieving the best actual implementation effect in quality management.

Solubility Behaviour of Cellulose in a Sodium Hydrate/Urea/Thiourea Aqueous Solvent

Cellulose pulps were directly dissolved in a green solvent of sodium hydrate/urea/thiourea/water with different composition for the purpose to prepare new regenerated cellulose fibers or films. The results showed that the highest solubility of cellulose in the solvent with the composition of 8/8/6.5/77.5. The results revealed that the pulp feeding sequence, stirring rate, pre-treatment of pulp and pulp size affected the cellulose concentration in the green solvent. Accordingly, the more effective dissolution method was proposed in order to get higher concentration of cellulose. Furthermore, the properties of solution prepared by different kinds of pulps in the solvent were investigated by ARES rheometer. Rheologieal analyses indicated that all cellulose aqueous solutions in their high concentration were pseudoplastic fluids and sensitive to temperature and tended to transform to gel when temperature increased.

Strategic group theory： A customer-oriented view

Barney and Hoskisson （1990） argue that the strategic group research has neither established the existence of strategic groups, nor their relationship to firm performance. The primary reason behind the unsatisfactory results is the lack of a theoretical framework： what strategic variables to include in the analysis and their relative importance; the definition of an industry, and how to make competitive strategy operational. First, the author presents a customer-oriented theory of management which submits that, like Procter and Gamble, understanding customers should be the primary focus of a business. Second, the author proposes an integrated approach to competitive strategy. Because customer-perceived quality is far more critical to long-term success than any other factor, it should be the centerpiece of competitive strategy. The author suggests that competitive strategy should be divided in two interdependent dimensions： external and internal. It is the external strategy that should be considered the primary dimension because it reflects the customers＇ perspective, and provides a sense of direction regarding how the internal resources should be used. Next, the author presents an operational framework of competitive strategy which proposes that the best route to market share leadership in consumer markets is competing in the mid-price segment, offering superior quality compared to competition at a somewhat higher price： （1） to maintain an image of quality, and （2） to ensure that the strategy is profitable and sustainable. Finally, the author offers a framework of business or industry definition that extends Abell＇s （1980） three dimensions to seven. He suggests that an integrated approach to market segmentation provides the foundation for conducting strategic group analysis in consumer markets. So, in strategic group research, we need a bottom-up approach that begins with a product-market segment. In each product market, real competition occurs at the brand level. This is the ground where actual competitive wars are fought, and this is where the rich dynamics of competition often come to light.

China's Agricultural Development: Structural Contradictions and Policy Transition

The primary contradiction facing China's agricultural development has shifted from the previous undersupply to structural contradictions. This paper dissects these structural contradictions in terms of sectoral structure, product structure, organizational structure, technical structure, trade structure and spatial structure. Since reform and opening-up in 1978, China has followed a growth-oriented agricultural policy to ensure steady yield increase. Indeed, this policy has effectively increased the output of agricultural produce, safeguarded national food security, and enhanced agricultural production capabilities. However, China's agriculture is yet to become internationally competitive, increase efficiency and farmers' income, and improve the quality and safety of agricultural produce. As China's agricultural development enters into a new stage of comprehensive transition and upgrade, it is essential for China's agricultural policy to shift from the progrowth policy characterized by the dependence on chemical fertilizers and pesticides to an efficiency and quality-oriented policy that pursues green agriculture.

Application of New Polymeric Additive in Detergent for Automatic Dishwasher

This paper described a new type of multifunctional polymer Noverite^(TM) AD810's calcium ion chelating performance, tinted glass soaking test and its application in containing chlorine or enzyme automatic dishwashing detergent gel and powder. Results showed Noverite^(TM) AD810 has good performance in the final formulation on chelation, anti-filming, and anti-spotting, as well as to prevent the growth of scale crystals.

Palm Oil: Introduction, Applications and the Current Problems

Palm oil, with the unique properties that encourage its use in a wide range of end products, is worldwide used in many industrial fields. This article demonstrated the introduction and applications of palm oil, specially presented the current problems with regards to the palm oil supply chain. Expectation for the solutions was also discussed.

Investments of Milk Processing Capacities from Romania, through the Funds Provided by the ＂NPRD 2014-2020＂

In this paper, an analysis of the possibilities of development of milk processing activity was made, using as financing source the public funds provided by the Common Agricultural Policy and the distribution of the investments in Romania. All the EU member states gain 99.6 billion through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, the period 2014-2020, of which Romania has received the total of 8.128 billion euros. Through the 2014-2020 National Rural Development Program （NRDP 2014-2020）, sub-measure 4.2 ＂Support for investment in processing/marketing of agricultural products＂ （2014）, Romania is falling Regulation （EC） 1305/2013 in measure 4 ＂Investments in physical assets＂ （2013） and contributes to increasing the value added of products on local markets and inter-professional organizations, the establishment and development of small businesses and job creation. Until now, in the milk processing sector, investments of 93,918,043 euros were made, about 50% （47,667.41 euros） of which from public funds.

This paper takes Shaoshan as the object of analysis, from the ecological level of Shaoshan red tourism souvenirs, the production process and manufacturing process, theme selector, quality and functional design, market operation, recycling of resources and ecological consumption behavior etc. It analyzes the existing problems of the ecological development of Shaoshan red tourism souvenirs, on this basis, it puts forward measures and suggestions of promoting the ecological development of Shaoshan red tourism souvenirs.

An Introduction to the Standardization of China Oral Care Products (Toothpaste) Industry

Oral care products industry is an important part of the daily chemical products industry, which includes toothpaste, toothbrushes and gargle, etc. In 2010, the National Oral Care Products Standardization Technical Committee was founded along with three subcommittees. The period of ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ is not only an important period for the development of oral cleansing products industry, but also the critical time to promote the strategy of fully promotion on the industry standardization. The oral cleansing products standard includes three products： oral care products, oral care appliances and the raw material of oral care products. Toothpaste, as an important product of the oral care products, the earliest toothpaste standard in China can be traced back to 1956, and it became the first national toothpaste draft standard until 1987： GB 8372-1987 ＂Toothpaste＂. The standard was officially approved to be carried out on March 1, 1988. The technical index of GB 8372-2008 includes： net content, quality of toothpaste, pH vaule, stability, superhard particle, soluble and free fluoride, total fluoride, arsenic, mercury, etc.

Comparative Study on the Domestic and Abroad Patent Application about Liquid Laundry

In this paper, a comparison on the domestic and abroad patent application about liquid laundry was provided which related to the patent application number and the change trend, the patent protection subject, patent strategy, and the patent application writing style. Especially, the applications from the domestic and abroad important applicants were analyzed. Based on the analysis mentioned above, this paper also provided the reference and recommendations from the patent view for practitioners of technology field.

China’s Imports Technology Structure and Its Relationship with Trade Partners:1995-2011

This paper uses the latest data to analyze the historical patterns and the current situation of the technology structure of China＇ commodities imports, the structure of China＇s commodities imports from 19 countries and regions, and China＇s interdependent relationship with its trade partners on the basis of studying 230 kinds of manufactured products categorized by their technological intensity. The results show that during the period of 1995-2011, the share of low technology （low-tech） products and medium technology （medium-tech） products declined,＂ the share of primary products, resource- based products, and high technology （high-tech） products increased; high-tech products had taken the largest share, bypassing low-tech and medium-tech products, as early as 2000; different types of countries exported different kinds of commodities to China and had different positions in China＇s imports; China had relatively high interdependent relations with Japan, South Korea and China＇s Taiwan; China had relatively low interdependent relations with the United States, Germany, France and the Netherlands; China＇s import dependence on major developing countries and emerging developing countries was less than these countries＇ export dependence on China; China was the leading export destination for major developing countries and emerging developing countries. Generally speaking, the development of China＇s import trade is inclusive, and China shares its growth with other countries. It not only promotes developing countries＇exports but also enhances developed countries＇ exports.

Journalism Teacher Assessment of Education Inhibitors

Combining,, cultural-historical theory＇ of human development with research pinpointing education inhibitors, a survey was developed to investigate how journalism teachers evaluated the effects of five education inhibitors on their students＇ learning. The list of inhibitors included electronic gadgets, lack of nutrition, parental education levels, family support levels, and racial subcultures. Results showed that use of electronic gadgets and lack of parental edxlcation were perceived as having the most negative influence on learning, while students＂ subcultures were perceived as having the smallest effect. Respondents also knew the least about their students＇ nutritional intake. Further, school size and student socio-economic status seem to play some role in teacher awareness of education inhibitors, and this is an important finding. It shows that while increasing teacher awareness of various education inhibitors, demographic factors also must be considered when targeting specific inhibitors.

Can Industrial By-products Be Used as Tools in Sustainable Agriculture？

The goal of our study is to present results about the effects of selected industrial wastes-sewage sludge, lime sludge, compost-on the physiological parameters of plants. Maize seedlings （Zea mays L cvs. Norma SC） were used in soil plant （rhizobox） and nutrient solution plant system. The filtrates of the examined materials were used in the nutrient solution and the raw materials in the soil. Dry matter accumulation of shoots and roots, relative chlorophyll contents and the contents of some elements were measured in the plants grown on the nutrient solution. The examined materials contain some useful elements for plants e.g. Cu, Fe, K, and Mg and plenty of toxic metals e.g. AI, Cr. Root growth in the rhizoboxes was monitored, as well as that of roots in the experiment using soil. This type of growth was more intensive with the use of lime sludge than with of sewage sludge. On the other hand, the results were better at the sewage sludge than the lime sludge on the nutrient solution.

Scandinavian design, with simple but not easy product appearance and shape, perfect man-machine interface, and very humane exotic customs, has led the global design industry trend, touching consumers＇ hearts all over the world since several decades of years ago. Dematerialization factors bound in Nordic-design are the root cause of the classic achievements. Dematerialization fully contains human touch, human factors. This is focusing on people-oriented design concepts, reflecting the best harmonious development of the modern world＇s ideas and themes. This article mainly takes Scandinavian-product design as an example-furniture and industrial design, and makes further exploration and research of dematerialization factors contained by products.
