农产品质量安全与其产地环境安全密切相关,目前农产品的产地安全管理存在信息资源分散、格式不统一、共享程度低等问题。在综合分析农产品产地安全管理决策需求的基础上,基于云计算中软件即服务的理念,通过集成应用云计算、地理信息系统... 农产品质量安全与其产地环境安全密切相关,目前农产品的产地安全管理存在信息资源分散、格式不统一、共享程度低等问题。在综合分析农产品产地安全管理决策需求的基础上,基于云计算中软件即服务的理念,通过集成应用云计算、地理信息系统(geographic information system,简称GIS)、Web Service等技术,搭建基于Spring MVC、Spring、Hibernate、Maven的系统开发框架,设计并实现一种基于云架构的农产品产地安全管理决策平台。该平台基于浏览器/服务器模式(browser/server,简称B/S模式)设计,包含采样管理、污染源管理、统计分析、决策支持等功能模块,可通过Web Service接口与外部系统设备(智能手机、平板电脑等)进行数据交换,实现农产品产地安全数据的统一管理与快速汇总、信息可视化展示、管理决策支持等。该决策平台可用于省(市、区)、地市、县(市、区)等监管部门的农产品产地安全监测和管理,有利于提高农产品产地安全管理决策水平。 展开更多

农产品产地环境安全作为农产品生产过程管理的基础和终端农产品消费安全的首要关口,是农产品数量与质量安全的重要保障。本研究基于PSR概念模型构建农产品产地环境安全评价指标体系,采用熵值法、综合指数法、模糊算法和障碍因素诊断模型... 农产品产地环境安全作为农产品生产过程管理的基础和终端农产品消费安全的首要关口,是农产品数量与质量安全的重要保障。本研究基于PSR概念模型构建农产品产地环境安全评价指标体系,采用熵值法、综合指数法、模糊算法和障碍因素诊断模型对2010—2016年成都市农产品产地环境安全水平进行评价,识别其安全等级和主要障碍因素。结果表明:(1)受压力、状态和响应指标的综合影响,2010—2016年成都市农产品产地环境安全水平总体不高且具有明显的波动性,该期间压力安全指数、状态安全指数和响应安全指数与综合指数变化态势相似;(2)2010—2016年成都市农产品产地环境安全等级总体趋向提升,但也存在变动,2010、2015年处于不安全等级,2011—2014年处于较不安全等级,2016年处于较安全等级;(3)2010—2016年成都市农产品产地环境安全的主要障碍因素是农药使用强度、农地畜禽粪便负荷、工业二氧化硫排放污染压力、城镇化率、酸雨频率、空气质量状况、环保支出占比,尤其是2014年以后,农药使用强度、城镇化率、空气质量状况、环保支出占比的障碍影响凸显;主要障碍维度是压力障碍度和状态障碍度,并且压力障碍度从2014年开始有所增大,状态障碍度从2014年开始逐渐减小。 展开更多

To solve the contradiction between supply and demand of land, the con- struction of land resource security guarantee system is an important part to coordi- nate the economic development and cultivated land protection in the core grain pro- duction region. Based on the deep analysis on the land resources characteristics and problems using the combined method of literature review method with qualita- tive and quantitative analysis, we constructed the land resource security system for different categories according to the land use principles of optimization, intensivism, improvement, and overall planning, and proposed the corresponding supporting mea- sures. The results showed that controlling the new increase, promoting the reclama- tion and improvement of land are the basis for land resource security, clearing the idle, improving the utilization rate of stock are the core of the efficient use of land resources, and establishing a unified urban and rural construction land market is the key to promoting the economical and intensive utilization of land resources, provid- ing scientific basis for the sustainable utilization of land resources in the core grain production regions. 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to understand and grasp the soil heavy metal pollution status of agricultural habitat environment in Xi'an City. [Method] The soil heavy metal pollution status of pollution-free agricultural products-producing areas in 9 counties (districts) of Xi'an City was investigated. A total of 609 soil samples were collected, and their Cd, Hg, As, Pb and Cr contents were determined. In addition, the heavy metal pollution status of the collected soil samples was evaluated by Nemerow index method. [Result] The pollution in Baqiao, Chang'an; Gaoling, Lan- tian, Lintong and Yanliang was of grade I, belonging to clean level; the pollution in Hu County, Weiyang and Zhouzhi was of grade II, near the warning line, belong to relatively clean level. There was no large-area soil heavy metal pollution overall. The investigated areas could be used as production bases of pollution-free agricultural products and even high-quality agricultural products. However, the heavy met- als contents in some individual areas exceeded relevant soil environmental quality standards, and they should be avoided or forbidden during regional planning and selection of production area. [Conclusion] Soil heavy metal pollution of agricultural habitat environment in Xi'an City is generally at good status. This article is a part of a descriptive survey which aims to characterize, classify, and compare the household production in the Municipality of Itapuranga, State of Goias, Brazil, considering the access to the National Program for Strengthening Family Agriculture (PRONAF) and its respective differentiation between beneficiary and non-beneficiary groups by the program. It applied the technique of group comparison analysis and frequency inquiry, taking into consideration several variables. Information about the origin, distribution and total income, food safety, land property, production diversification, expenditures and participation in social organizations were collected. The sample consisted of 70 producers, the calculation sample was defined by determined value at the confidence level of 90% whereas the sampling error of 7%. The results allowed describing, classifying, characterizing, and comparing the socio-economic and productive profile of farmers from that area and their access to PRONAF. 展开更多

Based on the experience of emergency operation on earthquake and flooding in local and foreign countries, the secondary disasters of fire, damage of critical infrastructure usually harmed lives or disturbed living condition. In order to safeguard people's lives and property safety, Taoyuan City Government, except for elementary public facilities, added standardized disaster prevention parks and detention ponds in the zone-expropriation project at Chunglu area. The zone-expropriation project at Chunglu, Taoyuan is designed for 487,600 residents in 2021. The area of public facilities of park, school, road and green land is 50.7 ha, 41.88% of total development area of 122.06 ha, in which, the capacity of disaster prevention parks at Chunglu area is designed for 3,164 refugee in 7.54 ha. An underground storage construction, withstand 7-magnitude earthquake, could supply the amount of water consumption of 3 L daily per person, lasting at least four weeks. The capacity of two detention ponds is 87,800 m3. During normal times, the disaster prevention park and detention ponds can be used as a recreational space for residents. When a disaster occurs, shelters are set up in the parks to accommodate residents to protect lives and property. And, detention ponds could adjust outflow discharge into neighborhood drainage system to mitigate disaster happening. Because the construction of standardized disaster prevention park with climate change needs much more land area, the acquisition of private land area is very difficult either general acquisition or zone expropriation in urban area. During each stage of zone expropriation, the support of landlord and Mayor Wu is very important. By means of public participation, information meeting was held hundreds times and revised content according to landlord's positive opinion. Moreover, the design idea and content was discussed with consultant-company mutually from time to time. Though Ghana's crop yield growth rate was at 17%, 5% of every 1.2 million Ghanaians have insufficient and limited access to nutritious food. Climate change and climate variability have enormously affected the state of agricultural productivity and hence could result in food insecurity. As many ongoing projects use Boolean suitability analysis, land use planning, management recommendations sores, it still remains inadequate to support rural resource poor farmers. This then, is affecting livelihood and agricultural productivity. In this paper, a geostatistical quantitative method to support a geographic information system (GIS) based on multi-criteria decision support system (GMCDSS) for an enhanced land suitability assessment (LSA) and landuse planning (LP) was devised. Project findings indicated that, recommended farm inputs could be estimated and applied accordingly at farm plot levels Soil amendment indicators (e.g., 1.0 t/ha lime + 1.0 t/ha gypsum was estimated for liming) was quantified and currently, farmers can save money in soil fertility management. It has shown that, instead of applying 5.0 t/ha poultry manure (PM) or five bags of N-P-K fertilizer (rate of 15: 15: 15 N-P2O5-K2O/ha) + two bags of sulphate of ammonia (SA), a farmer may apply 2.0 t/ha PM + two bags 15:15:15 N-P2O5-K2O/ha + one bag of SA. GMCDSS assessment has proved to be fundamental in: (1) urban planning; (2) ensuring food security; (3) poverty reduction and interventions to the effects of climate change and climate variability. 展开更多
