生产扩展线是在生产要素价格不变的情况下,企业扩大生产规模所引起的生产要素最优组合均衡点变动的轨迹,文章在Cobb-Dauglas生产函数的基础上,推导出扩展线的参数方程,并得到成本支出与产量之间的一个函数关系,用以分析规模报酬的情况。

针对乌龙泉矿生产现状和生产能力的决策需求,采用回归分析方法对该矿近10年的生产成本和产量统计数据进行拟合分析,确定矿山成本-产量函数表达式,进而基于资源价值最大化原则建立乌龙泉矿生产能力规划模型,探寻该矿0^+43 m开采范围内矿... 针对乌龙泉矿生产现状和生产能力的决策需求,采用回归分析方法对该矿近10年的生产成本和产量统计数据进行拟合分析,确定矿山成本-产量函数表达式,进而基于资源价值最大化原则建立乌龙泉矿生产能力规划模型,探寻该矿0^+43 m开采范围内矿产资源开采量的变化规律,客观地反映了该矿矿体赋存条件差异和开采技术条件差异对生产能力决策的影响,减少了模型参数确定的主观随意性。结合矿山现有设备配置及使用情况,遵循设备投资投入最小原则,确定该矿0^+43 m开采范围内的生产能力方案为:第1阶段(第1~15年)生产能力为240×104t/a;第2阶段(第16~30年)生产能力为350×104t/a。 展开更多

In terms of tandem cold mill productivity and product quality, a multi-objective optimization model of rolling schedule based on cost fimction was proposed to determine the stand reductions, inter-stand tensions and rolling speeds for a specified product. The proposed schedule optimization model consists of several single cost fi.mctions, which take rolling force, motor power, inter-stand tension and stand reduction into consideration. The cost function, which can evaluate how far the rolling parameters are from the ideal values, was minimized using the Nelder-Mead simplex method. The proposed rolling schedule optimization method has been applied successfully to the 5-stand tandem cold mill in Tangsteel, and the results from a case study show that the proposed method is superior to those based on empirical formulae. 展开更多

This paper presents a threshold-free maximum a posteriori (MAP) super resolution (SR) algorithm to reconstruct high resolution (HR) images with sharp edges. The joint distribution of directional edge images is modeled as a multidimensional Lorentzian (MDL) function and regarded as a new image prior. This model makes full use of gradient information to restrict the solution space and yields an edge-preserving SR algorithm. The Lorentzian parameters in the cost function are replaced with a tunable variable, and graduated nonconvexity (GNC) optimization is used to guarantee that the proposed multidimensional Lorentzian SR (MDLSR) algorithm converges to the global minimum. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the MDLSR algorithm as well as its superiority over conventional SR methods. 展开更多
