Due to population aging, AF is a growing epidemic and its importance will continue to increase in the next decades. Although the prevalence of AF is high in advanced age, the number of subjects with predisposing factors for AF is even higher. Most of these factors increase the risk of atrial fibro- sis, an important component of atrial arrhythmia mecha- nisms. In fact, the new techniques to detect atrial fibrosis are showing the strong association between atrial fibrosis and AF risk. Since the city of Chongqing became a municipality on 14th March, 1997, the structure of Chongqing population has undergone tremendous changes. Especially the young, born after the 1980s, will play an important part in the future housing market. So it seems quite urgem to effectively satisfy the housing needs of young people. Massive research and practices indicate that the housing industrialization conserves the environment, improves quality and reduces cost of housing and is among the most effective ways to boost sustainable development of housing industry. The main objective of the paper is to discuss how to meet the growing housing demands of the young and concludes that housing with recreation, sports and other ancillary facilities will be better fit to the young to rent or to own. Furthermore, an analysis of the Chongqing housing market potential of young people's wish to rent or to purchase satisfactory housing demonstrates that some real estate investors may be failing to exploit serious opportunities that could arise from providing service to the young. And this case study of meeting the changing housing needs of the young may help accelerate the process of housing industrialization in Chongqing as well as providing a useful study concerning housing industry. 展开更多

It is the "stabilizer" of social and economic development and the "buffer" of reform. It is of great significance and function to the construction of economic development, social progrcss and harmonious society. However, due to many factors, the operation of the social health insurance fund is facing greater risk. Although the balance is rich, but the general talk about the "balance", inevitably fall into the "too optimistic, ignore the risk" of the errors, the current basic medical insurance system, compared with working employees, retirement elderly people do not pay, personal accounts into more, The overall proportion of individual funds to pay lower policy concessions. Although there is a large amount of surplus in the annual health insurance fund, a large part of the balance is due to the relatively young age structure of the insured population and the low consumption of health insurance funds. With the increasing level of the aging of the insured population, the ratio of on-the-job and the backward is gradually reduced, the effect of these preferential policies will continue to enlarge, making the total fund expenditure increased significantly. Therefore, it is an important task to reform the basic medical insurance system in China to strengthen the research on risk control in the medical insurance fund of urban workers, to prevent and control the risks faced by the fund and to ensure the safety of the fund. 展开更多

We propose an efficient numerical method for two population models, based on the nonstandard finite difference (NSFD) schemes and composition methods with complex time steps. The NSFD scheme is able to give positive numerical solutions that satisfy the conservation law, which is a key property for biological population models. The accuracy is improved by using the composition methods with complex time steps. Numerical tests on the plankton nutrient model and whooping cough model are presented to show the efficiency and advantage of the proposed numerical method. 展开更多
