我国人口受教育状况的发展与启示——基于1982—2020年全国人口普查公报数据的思考

以1982—2020年间历次人口普查公报数据为基础,分析了我国人口受教育状况的发展特征与趋势,讨论了教育发展相关问题。研究发现,在规模、结构和人均受教育年限上,我国人口受教育状况持续改善;人口受教育水平仍呈现为“东强西弱”的基本格局,其中大学教育人口比例的区域差异正在快速扩大;支撑未来发展的人口禀赋条件存在区域不平衡。教育资源分配应当综合考虑人口受教育结构梯度合理性、教育质量提升、区域均衡性、城乡公平性等问题,发挥教育资源配置的人口聚集引导作用,积极促成人口合理布局。
