There have been a lot of studies related to determinant factors of IJV performance. However, there are very few studies focusing on the measurement of I Jr performance. Especially, researchers have ignored how foreign parent firms really choose their measures in the evaluation of their IJV performance. This research investigates determinant factors of performance measures of 1JVs. Determinant factors of IJV performance measures include motives for establishment, establishment mode, location of IJVs, distribution of ownership in IJVs, cultural background of parent firms, and trust between partners, IJV life stages, parent firms' international experience, and relatedness of the IJVs to their parents. Performance measures are divided into financial measures and non-financial measures. The paper shows how different determinant factors are expected to lead foreign parent firms preferring one kind of measure over the other.展开更多

However, there were some researchers focusing on these promotion mechanisms and then they got different outcomes. This paper achieves the goal for exploring the influence factors of officials' promotion by using OLS empirical test. From collecting the data of Chinese local officials and cities' economic conditions, we find that economic performances and political relationships can have a significant effect on officials' promotion, but financial performances cannot have this effect. And the experiences and lesson of this research have some reference for exploration of Chinese local officials' promotion incentive.展开更多

This paper mainly studies the present enterprise, the real role of middle managers, and their performance status, and middle managers in the performance of the existing problems and the analysis of the present situation of the listed in the reason, and put forward relevant countermeasures according to the actual situation. The results show that the middle managers performance evaluation become a mere formality, most managers see performance appraisal as a burden and form; Middle managers set of assessment index and the use of problems; The right job analysis is the key to design middle managers performance evaluation indicators; In the proper selection of performance indicators is significant for middle managers to improve performance; Performance indicators weights allocation to improve the teaching quality of middle managers performance influence; Design middle tube is the main body of performance appraisal index of middle performance increase.展开更多
Heavy-duty legged robots have been regarded as one of the important developments in the field of legged robots because of their high payload-total mass ratio,terrain adaptability,and multitasking.The problems associat...Heavy-duty legged robots have been regarded as one of the important developments in the field of legged robots because of their high payload-total mass ratio,terrain adaptability,and multitasking.The problems associated with the development and use of heavy-duty legged robots have motivated researchers to conduct many important studies,covering topics related to the mechanical structure,force distribution,control strategy,energy efficiency,etc.Overall,heavy-duty legged robots have three main characteristics:greater body masses,larger body sizes,and higher payload-total mass ratios.Thus,various heavy-duty legged robots and their performances are reviewed here.This review presents the current developments with regard to heavy-duty legged robots.Also,the main characteristics of high-performance heavy-duty legged robots are determined and conclusions are drawn.Furthermore,the current research of key techniques of heavy-duty legged robots,including the mechanical structure,force distribution,control method,and power source,is described.To assess the transportation capacity of heavy-duty legged robots,performance evaluation parameters are proposed.Finally,problems that need further research are addressed.展开更多
