And then it was analyzed and evaluated using environment science, ergonomics and fussy mathematics analysis. Basis of the statistics and analysis of the measured noise level some measures, such as applying the new materials and improving the construction of the equipment, were carried out. The resuts show that they can reduce the noise level, improve the working environment and enhance the work efficiency.展开更多

The hand is composed of an independent palm and five identical modular fingers, and each finger has three degree of freedom (DOFs) and four joints. All the actuators and electronics are integrated in the finger body and the palm. Owing to using a new actuator, drivers and a novel arrangement, both the length and width of the finger is about two third of its formner version. By using the wire coupling mecha- nism, the distal phalanx transmission ratio is kept exactly 1 : 1 in the whole movement range. The packing mechanism which is implemented directly in the finger body and palm not only reduces the size of whole hand but also make it more anthropomorphic. Additionally, the new designed force/torque and position sensors are integrated in the hand for increasing muhisensory capability. To evaluate the performances of the finger mechanism, the position and impedance control experiments are conducted.展开更多

Methods 268 eligible subjects of Pudong ShangGan community, aged 45-80 years, volunteered to participate in this cross-sectional survey. Fasting insulin was measured by means of a radioimmunoassay. Results Anthropometric parameters ,fasting blood glucose and insulin, increased in a linear fashion across quartiles of HOMA-IR after adjustment for age and sex. HOMA-IR was significantly associated with measures of anthropometry (BMI,r = 0. 30; waist circumference, r =0. 35; and waist-to-hip ratio,r =0.21), fasting (glucose,r =0. 41; insulin,r=0. 71), and cardiovascular risk factors ( cholesterol, r = 0. 23; triglyceride,r = 0. 31; systolic blood pressure,r= 0. 25; and diastolic blood pressure, r = 0. 20; all P < 0. 0001). In logistic regression analysis, odds ratios indicate that individuals with obesity ( high levels of BMI and waist circumference) were more than 4 times likely to have elevated HOMA-IR. With increase of log triglycerides, the risk of having elevated HOMA-IR increased more than 2. 4 times. For increase in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, the likelihood of having elevated HOMA-IR increased >1. 8 times. Conclusion HOMA-IR was significantly and independently associated with risk factors of cardiovascular disease in this study.展开更多

Over the past 50 years, considerable research has focused on the chemical constituents, pharmacological action, and clinical applications of ginseng. In this review, we examine the current state of research on ginseng, including the main active ingredient ginsenoside, its pharmacological effects on the cardiovascular system, and mechanisms of action. We focus on what is known of the effects of ginseng against atherosclerosis, arrhythmia, myocardial ischemia, and its inhibition of ventricular remodeling, providing a basis for expanding the clinical applications of ginseng.展开更多
