我国台湾地区“评量人才养成工作坊”及其启示

评价素养是教师的核心专业素养之一。教师是评价领域的实践者，但却缺乏评价素养。教师之所以缺乏评价素养，与教师培养与培训对评价素养的忽视有关。台湾“评量人才养成工作坊”项目是根据台湾地区学生学习成就评量资料库（TASA）建设的需要运行，更反映了评价专业化的需求，旨在提升台湾地区教师使用、运用多元评量及纸笔测验命题技巧的能力。深入分析该项目的运行机制，能为我国大陆教师培训提供借鉴，更期待引起对教师评价素养的重视。

乡村振兴人才研究进展与热点透视——基于CiteSpace文献计量分析

以知识图谱和文献计量为研究视角,基于2017-2021年CNKI数据库中乡村振兴人才建设领域的777篇文献,运用CiteSpace进行知识图谱可视化分析,分析了中国乡村人才研究文献的发文数量、高被引文献和核心作者,并绘制了乡村振兴人才研究文献的关键词共现以及聚类图,以展示我国乡村人才研究进展、热点和主题。研究表明:乡村人才研究主要经历了3个阶段,且发文量自2017年一直呈上升趋势;虽然相关研究成果增长迅速,但研究学者之间的合作交流较少,高质量的文章占比较小;乡村振兴人才研究的主题方向为:人才需求、人才挑战、人才建设对策和人才评价体系四个方面。加强乡村人才的完整性、注重人才体系的构建、完善人才评价体系和防范可能出现的“冲突”将是未来研究的重点。

工匠精神引领下高职人才培养质量标准的创新发展研究

人们对于知识的学习意识和认知都发生了明显的改变,各行各业对于“工匠精神”的渗透也都有了更加深刻的表现。这也在一定程度上使得“工匠精神”得到了广大群众的关注。经过首次对于“工匠精神”的了解,也引起了教育部门的教学专家以及各个学校的教师对其的关注。在高职学校中,学生们学习的大多数都属于技术性的专业,而且他们一离开校园就会面对整个社会带来的考核,对于这样的考核,学生们不仅需要过硬的专业性知识和技术,同时也需要拥有一些出众的优良品质,这也是社会对于他们的考验。所以,高职学校对于人才的养成进行了相关的发展策略的研究。

Teachers Are Key Factors of Universities Peking Female Higher Normal College 1917-1922

The successful experiences that cause Peking Female Higher Normal College （PKFHNC） to complete a relatively large scale of talents training task and become the birthplace of modern female intellectuals in early 20th century China in spite of disorder of social circumstance outside and regular educational system inside are as follows. First, with the endeavor of Chen Zhongfan, Dean of Chinese Department, PKFHNC gathered lots of leading scholars both from old school and new school during May Fourth Movement; second, these leading scholars＇ diversified academic thoughts, political ideas, and educational experiences encouraged students to think freely and critically; finally, their deep concerns about the future of China society, academic disciplines, and women＇s liberation and education caused all superficial changes and differences of PKFHNC to form an united spiritual power, which promoted this group of female students＇ development deeply.

On Integration of Corporate Operations into BE Courses

With the rapid development of e-commerce under the globalization, international trade is roaring up as well. Such increase in e-business created a gap between the demand and supply of BE talents, esp. those of e-business. Yet on the other hand, most academies with BE majors in China are sticking to the traditional schedule of talent cultivation, focusing on the language skills and cultural knowledge. Some colleges have detected new modes for such BE talent cultivation by integrating foreign trade firms into the BE courses and have provides us with many valuable inspirations. Study of the cases can offer more practical tips on such cooperation, so far as the academies are ready to adopt to the new situation and reform their teaching schedules. Study shows that such cooperation is beneficial to the academies, to the firms, and above all, to the students.

On the ways of cultivating the creativity of talents

The creative talents are of constructive significance to the development of the country. Starting from the early exploration and the scientific definition of the creativity of the talents, this article summarizes the research achievements of the creativity of talents in China from three aspects of the determination of the nature and the research of the structural model, the research of the relationship between creativity and other factors, and the development and research of the cross cultural creativity. And from the perspective of the theory and the practice, the author puts forward the ways to cultivate the creativity of the talents from the five dimensions of optimizing the development of the brain functions, improving the abilities of the thinking, judgment and control, debugging the emotional stability and the creative personality, striving to improve the teachers＇ creativity, and drawing lessons from the practical experience of training innovative talents in western countries.

20世纪早期广州市市立美术学校西洋画教学研究

作为20世纪早期广东地区最早的以西洋画教育为主的公立美术学校,广州市市立美术学校西洋画的教育理念和课程体系,直接来源于赤社美术研究会的西洋画教学和留日、留美陆续归国的西洋画画家所移植回来的西方科学油画教育内容。它不仅带来了兼容并包的艺术理念和开放自由的创作风格,由此形成的以素描和写生为主的教学体系为广东地区培养了正统的西洋画创作和教育人才。它培养的学生,也在毕业后陆续以现代化的艺术展览、旅游写生、艺术社团、艺术协会、艺术刊物等方式实践和传播着西洋画系的教育理念,建构着广东地区乃至全国西洋画的认知维度和审美面貌。
