数字普惠金融高质量发展中人与技术协同关系的思考

金融科技和互联网技术的高速发展,为商业银行以数字化手段推进落实普惠信贷政策、深化普惠信贷服务的广度和深度发挥着越来越重要的作用,有效促进了我国普惠金融事业的发展。在进一步落实以新发展理念推动普惠信贷高质量发展的新阶段,... 金融科技和互联网技术的高速发展,为商业银行以数字化手段推进落实普惠信贷政策、深化普惠信贷服务的广度和深度发挥着越来越重要的作用,有效促进了我国普惠金融事业的发展。在进一步落实以新发展理念推动普惠信贷高质量发展的新阶段,聚焦新形势、新要求,有必要对过去一个阶段的经验和教训做出全面深入的总结分析,客观审视科技进步与数字金融发展过程中的利弊及由此产生的人技协同失衡等问题。通过分析问题背后存在的深层次原因,对标数字普惠金融高质量发展新阶段的目标和要求,明确进一步推动人与技术有效协同发展的重要意义。本文通过重新梳理总结,理顺发展数字普惠信贷业务过程中人与技术应有的良好协作关系,并提出相应的优化方向和措施,助力于推进数字普惠信贷高质量发展。 展开更多

The article presents a fragment of research and development, which objective was to develop technical tools and methodology to improve exploitation processes of energy systems. The author's model includes synergy of artificial intelligence and augmented reality. This solution, which combines modem technologies in order to improve the activities related to the continuity of energy supply, and reduce costs associated with the time needed to carry out exploitation activities and employment of qualified staff, is presented. This paper presents both theoretical foundations as well as the development of technical systems. The characteristics of exploitation processes of energy systems and possible technical conditions, as well as factors characterizing them, are discussed. The physical and software structures of the system and individual modules, as well as dependencies connecting them are demonstrated. The dependencies between physical and logical elements during the exploitation processes of energy systems, that determine decisions related to the evaluation of technical states and related activities are described. The advantages and limitations of the developed model which connects methods of data processing and analysis, interactive visualization processes and possible areas of application are as well discussed in detailed. 展开更多

Our collaborat... Digital humanities has grown and changed over the years; we have moved away from expecting technology to be a tool to make humanities research easier and faster into one where we are now equal partners. Our collaborative projects drive forward the research agendas of both humanists and technologists. There have been other changes too. The focus of our scholarly interest has moved away from its historical origins in text-based scholarship, although that now has many more possibilities, and we are seeing an interest in exploring culture and heritage more widely. Where the progress is slower is in our moves towards openness and inclusivity, and this is to some extent hampered by a lack of linguistic diversity. This is being addressed with specialist groups within the major DH organizations on a national and a global level. DH has grown rapidly in China, and the anglophone world could do more to engage with practitioners and potential colleagues in this new vibrant and emerging area. There are certainly Western centres that specialize, particularly in Chinese texts and historical documents, but this needs to be extended further if we are not to impose limits on the conversations, synergies and collaborations that can result. 展开更多

Multiple unmanned air vehicles(UAVs)/unmanned ground vehicles(UGVs) heterogeneous cooperation provides a new breakthrough for the effective application of UAV and UGV.On the basis of introduction of UAV/UGV mathematical model,the characteristics of heterogeneous flocking is analyzed in detail.Two key issues are considered in multi-UGV subgroups,which are Reynolds Rule and Virtual Leader(VL).Receding Horizon Control(RHC) with Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) is proposed for multiple UGVs flocking,and velocity vector control approach is adopted for multiple UAVs flocking.Then,multiple UAVs and UGVs heterogeneous tracking can be achieved by these two approaches.The feasibility and effectiveness of our proposed method are verified by comparative experiments with artificial potential field method. 展开更多
