新常态下高职教育与区域经济协同创新

高职教育作为服务于区域经济发展的教育形式,越来越受到重视。文章从新常态视角入手,结合协同创新理论,梳理高职教育与区域经济在实际对接过程中存在的政府失范、行企失范和高校失范的问题,指出高职教育的专业设置要从以服务区域产业为主转向以对接产品价值链为主,高职教育与区域经济的合作要从资源、要素的互补式合作转为双赢的创新发展互助式合作,高职教育服务区域经济要从松散的远程"智力支撑、人才保障"式的面上合作转向协同创新、利益共享的机制化合作,并从制度协同、组织协同和环境协同三方面提出新常态下高职教育与区域经济协同创新的路径。
