To improve the human-physical-virtual coordination and integration of the digital twin workshop,3D visual monitoring and human-computer interaction of the digital twin workshop was studied.First,a novel 6D model of th...To improve the human-physical-virtual coordination and integration of the digital twin workshop,3D visual monitoring and human-computer interaction of the digital twin workshop was studied.First,a novel 6D model of the 3D visualization interactive system for digital twin workshops is proposed.As the traditional 5D digital twin model ignores the importance of human-computer interaction,a new dimension of the user terminal was added.A hierarchical real-time data-driven mapping model for the workshop production process is then proposed.Moreover,a real-time data acquisition method for the industrial Internet of things is proposed based on OPC UA(object linking and embedding for process control unified architecture).Based on the 6D model of the system,the process of creating a 3D visualization virtual environment based on virtual reality is introduced,in addition to a data-driven process based on the data management cloud platform.Finally,the 6D model of the system was confirmed using the blade rotor test workshop as the object,and a 3D visualization interactive system is developed.The results show that the system is more transparent,real-time,data-driven and more efficient,as well as promotes the coordination and integration of human-physical-virtual,which has practical significance for developing digital twin workshops.展开更多

In order to effectively conduct emotion recognition from spontaneous, non-prototypical and unsegmented speech so as to create a more natural human-machine interaction; a novel speech emotion recognition algorithm base...In order to effectively conduct emotion recognition from spontaneous, non-prototypical and unsegmented speech so as to create a more natural human-machine interaction; a novel speech emotion recognition algorithm based on the combination of the emotional data field (EDF) and the ant colony search (ACS) strategy, called the EDF-ACS algorithm, is proposed. More specifically, the inter- relationship among the turn-based acoustic feature vectors of different labels are established by using the potential function in the EDF. To perform the spontaneous speech emotion recognition, the artificial colony is used to mimic the turn- based acoustic feature vectors. Then, the canonical ACS strategy is used to investigate the movement direction of each artificial ant in the EDF, which is regarded as the emotional label of the corresponding turn-based acoustic feature vector. The proposed EDF-ACS algorithm is evaluated on the continueous audio)'visual emotion challenge (AVEC) 2012 dataset, which contains the spontaneous, non-prototypical and unsegmented speech emotion data. The experimental results show that the proposed EDF-ACS algorithm outperforms the existing state-of-the-art algorithm in turn-based speech emotion recognition.展开更多

The method can extract optimized gridding parameters based...This paper presents a reasonable gridding-parameters extraction method for setting the optimal interpolation nodes in the gridding of scattered observed data. The method can extract optimized gridding parameters based on the distribution of features in raw data. Modeling analysis proves that distortion caused by gridding can be greatly reduced when using such parameters. We also present some improved technical measures that use human- machine interaction and multi-thread parallel technology to solve inadequacies in traditional gridding software. On the basis of these methods, we have developed software that can be used to grid scattered data using a graphic interface. Finally, a comparison of different gridding parameters on field magnetic data from Ji Lin Province, North China demonstrates the superiority of the proposed method in eliminating the distortions and enhancing gridding efficiency.展开更多

This algorithm can solve valid range of parameters such as radius and coordinate of centre points of parametric models with only linear segments and circles. The result of the study shows that all values within the valid range provided by this algorithm can ensure that the topological shape of a geometric object does not change after reconstruction, and to some extent, this algorithm can significantly promote the efficiency of parametric drawing system design and the intel- lectual level of human-computer interaction. The analysis shows that complexity of this algorithm is O(n2).展开更多
