Their mesostructural stability under different carbon content, aging time and acidity were conve...Various ordered mesoporous carbons (OMCs) have been prepared by evaporation-induced trieonstituent co-assembly method. Their mesostructural stability under different carbon content, aging time and acidity were conveniently monitored by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and N2 sorption isotherms techniques. The results show mesostruetural stability of OMCs is enhanced as the carbon content increases from 36% to 46%, further increasing carbon content deteriorates the mesostructural stability. Increasing aging time from 0.5 h to 5.0 h make the mesostructural stability go through an optimum (2.0 h) and gradually reduce framework shrinkage of the OMCs. Highly OMCs can only be obtained in the acidity range of 0.2-1.2 mol/L HC1, when the acidity is near the isoelectrie point of silica, the resulting OMCs have the best mesostructure stability. Under the optimum condition, the carbon content of 46%, aging time of 2.0 h, and 0.2 mol/L HCl, the resulting OMCs have the best mesostrueture stability and the highest BET surface areas of 2281 m2/g.展开更多

Some innovations in techniques are applied to restrain the short channel effect and improve the driving ability, such as 3nm nitrided oxide, dual poly Si gate electrode, novel super steep retrograde channel doping by heavy ion implantation, ultra shallow S/D extension formed by Ge PAI(Pre Amorphism Implantation) plus LEI(Low Energy Implantation), thin and low resistance Ti SALICIDE by Ge PAI and special cleaning, etc. The shortest channel length of the CMOS device is 70nm. The threshold voltages, G m and off current are 0 28V,490mS·mm -1 and 0 08nA/μm for NMOS and -0 3V,340mS·mm -1 and 0 2nA/μm for PMOS, respectively. Delays of 23 5ps/stage at 1 5V, 17 5ps/stage at 2 0V and 12 5ps/stage at 3V are achieved in the 57 stage unloaded 100nm CMOS ring oscillator circuits.展开更多

[Method] By using DD-RTPCR method,the differential expression cDNA f...[Objective] The research aimed to carry out the cloning,identification and differential expression analysis of carp interleukin-1β (IL-1β) cDNA. [Method] By using DD-RTPCR method,the differential expression cDNA fragments were gained. The cDNA library of carp peripheral blood leucocytes which was stimulated by the mitogen was screened,and the full length cDNA of carp IL-1β was cloned. Moreover,the sequence analysis and differential expression analysis were carried out. [Result] The positive clone which had a whole ORF that encoded 276 amino acids was obtained. The cluster analysis showed that the amino acid sequence of carp IL-1β and Japanese carp closely gathered as a branch,and the homoeology of amino acid sequence reached 95%. The clustering order was the carassius,zebra fish,pig,cattle,horse,human and mouse in turn. The differential expression analysis showed that the expression of IL-1β in the leucocytes significantly increased in the prior period (4 h) after the mitogen stimulated. But as the time went by (12 and 24 h),it didn't increase in the same period. The total trend of expression amount presented the peak type. [Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for further studying the expression manner,function characteristic,regulation mechanism of IL-1β in vivo and its action mechanisms in the inflammatory reaction,emergency reaction and immune response.展开更多
To solve the problem that the existing acoustic emission(AE) source location algorithms cannot always obtain accurate results for multilayer cylindrical media,a new acoustic emission source location method considering...To solve the problem that the existing acoustic emission(AE) source location algorithms cannot always obtain accurate results for multilayer cylindrical media,a new acoustic emission source location method considering refraction was proposed.AE source coordinates were solved by the complex method.Pencil-lead-break experiments were used to verify this method.The absolute distance errors of location results are less than 3 mm,much less than those by the traditional method.The numerical experiments were used to further analyze factors that affect location accuracy.The results of numerical experiments show that the location accuracy of the proposed method is not affected by the ratio of wave velocities but affected by the measurement accuracy of wave velocity.These results show that new method can obtain accurate AE source location in the two-layered cylindrical surface media such as the triaxial compression test.展开更多

Methods HEK293 cell line stably expressing CD16b was constructed by lentivirus system. The cell line was then overexpressed with a disintegrin and metalloproteinase 10 (ADAM10) or ADAM17, sup- pressed with short hairpin RNA of ADAM10 or ADAM I 7, and reconstituted with ADAM 10 or ADAM17, respectively. After each treatment, the cell line was stimulated with ionomycin or phorbol 12-myristate- 13-acetate (PMA) for 12 hours. The soluble CD 16b released from cell membrane was detected by immuno- precipition and immunoblot. Quantitation was then implemented to compare the amount of soluble CD 16b in cell supernatant after stimulation. Results HEK293 cell line stably expressing CD16b was successfully established. When CDI6b ex- pressing cell line was overexpressed with ADAM 10, shedding of CD 16b was increased after stimulation with ionomycin but not PMA; when the cell line overexpressed with ADAM I7, shedding of CDI6b was increased after stimulation with PMA but not ionomycin. Similarly, when ADAM10 was suppressed by short hairpin RNA, CD 16b shedding was decreased after stimulation with ionomycin; when ADAM 17 was suppressed by short hairpin RNA, CD16b shedding was decreased after stimulation with PMA. The shedding of CD16b was increased again when CD16b expressing cell line was reconstituted with ADAM10 and stimulated by ionomycin or reconstituted with ADAM 17 and stimulated by PMA. Conclusions Both ADAM10 and ADAM17 could shed CD16b, but they possess differed prefer- ences. ADAM10 is the main sheddase under stimulation of ionomycin, while ADAM17 is the main sheddase under stimulation of PMA.展开更多

Their structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffra...A series of spinel Li-Mn-Ni composite oxides with theoretical chemical formula of LiNixMn2-xO4 (0〈_x〈_1.0) were synthesized by liquid phase method. Their structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. The stability of these Ni-substituted spinel oxides prepared at different temperatures was investigated in acidic medium as well. The results show that Ni can be brought into the spinel framework completely to form well-crystallized product when x〈_0.5 and the optimized synthesis temperature is 800℃. LiNi0.4Mn1.6O4 prepared at 800℃ can maintain the spinel structure and morphology with Li extraction ratio of 30.37%, Mn extraction ratio of 8.78% and Ni extraction ratio of 1,82% during acid treatment. The incorporated Ni not only inhibits the dissolution of Mn, but also reduces the extraction of Li due to the lattice contraction展开更多

We discuss the reason why the ...The aims of the present paper are twofold. At first, we further study the Multiple-Relaxation-Time (MRT) Lattice Boltzmann (LB) model proposed in [Europhys. Lett. 90 (2010) 54003]. We discuss the reason why the Gram Schmidt orthogonalization procedure is not needed in the construction of transformation matrix M; point out a reason why the Kataoka-Tsutahara model [Phys. Rev. E 69 (2004) 035701(R)] is only valid in subsonic flows. The yon Neumann stability analysis is performed. Secondly, we carry out a preliminary quantitative study on the Richtmyer- Meshkov instability using the proposed MRT LB model. When a shock wave travels from a light medium to a heavy one, the simulated growth rate is in qualitative agreement with the perturbation model by Zhang-Sohn. It is about half of the predicted value by the impulsive model and is closer to the experimental result. When the shock wave travels from a heavy medium to a light one, our simulation results are also consistent with physical analysis.展开更多
Platichthys stellatus is an economically important marine bony fish species that is cultured in China on a large scale.However,very little is known about its immune-related genes.In this study,the transcriptome of the...Platichthys stellatus is an economically important marine bony fish species that is cultured in China on a large scale.However,very little is known about its immune-related genes.In this study,the transcriptome of the immune organs ofP.stellatus that were intraperitoneally challenged with the pathogen Edwardsiella ictaluri JCM1680 is analyzed.Total RNA from four tissues(spleen,kidney,liver,and intestine) was mixed equally and then sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform.Overall,28 465 813 quality reads were generated and assembled into 43 061 unigenes.Similarity searches against public protein sequence databases were used to annotate 28 291 unigenes(65.7%of the total),368 of which were associated with immunoregulation,including 188 related to immunity response.Additionally,the transcript levels of immunity response unigenes annotated as related to tumor necrosis factor(TNF),TNF receptor,chemokine,major histocompatibility complex,and interleukin-6 were investigated in the different tissues of normal and infected P.stellatus by real-time quantitative PCR.The results confirmed that the unigenes identified in the transcriptome database were indeed expressed and up-regulated in infected P.stellatus.To our knowledge,this is the first report of the sequencing and analysis of the transcriptome of P.stellatus.These findings provide insights into the transcriptomics and immunogenetics of bony fish.展开更多

Wes...Background: Understanding leisure time physical inactivity is a priority in study sought to address this priority by examining whether the extraversion mediated through Elliot's (1999) 2 x 2 achievement goals. The present and emotional instability to leisure time exercise relationships were Methods: Participants were 116 female and 97 male volunteers from a Southwestern community (mean age = 37.21 years, range 24-69) who completed measures of extraversion, emotional instability, approach-avoidance achievement goals, and 7-day recall of leisure-time exercise. Multiple mediation models (Preacher and Hayes, 2008) were run to specifically examine our hypotheses. Results: The mastery-approach goal mediated the relationship from extraversion to overall exercise and strenuous intensity exercise. Results indicated emotional instability had direct effects on overall and strenuous leisure time exercise while also having significant (p 〈 0.05) indirect mediation paths through the performance-approach and avoidance goals. The extraversion and emotional instability models accounted from 15.89% to 29.82% of variance in the various self-reported exercise measures. Conclusion: The results suggest the promotion of leisure-time exercise would be improved in the studied personalities by manipulation of achievement goals. Mesoporous TiO_2-B/anatase microparticles have been in-situ synthesized from K_2Ti_2O_5 without template.The TiO_2-B phase around the particle surface accelerates the diffusion of charges through the interface,while t...Mesoporous TiO_2-B/anatase microparticles have been in-situ synthesized from K_2Ti_2O_5 without template.The TiO_2-B phase around the particle surface accelerates the diffusion of charges through the interface,while the anatase phase in the core maintains the capacity stability.The heterojunction interface between the main polymorph of anatase and the trace of TiO_2-B exhibits promising lithium ion battery performance.This trace of 5%(by mass) TiO_2-B determined by Raman spectra brings the first discharge capacity of this material to 247 mA · h ·g^(-1),giving 20%improvement compared to the anatase counterpart Stability testing at 1 C reveals that the capacity maintains at 171 mA·h·^(-1),which is better than 162 mA·h·g^(-1) for single phase anatase or 159 mA·h·g^(-1) for TiO_2-B.The mesoporous TiO_2-B/anatase rnicroparticles also show superior rate performance with 100 mA·h·g^(-1) at 40 C,increased by nearly 25%as compared to pure anatase.This opens a possibility of a general design route,which can be applied to other metal oxide electrode materials for rechargeable batteries and supercapacitors.展开更多

An analytic method to solve this kind of problem is in a need of reestablishment. The classical method of Green's function and Newman product principle in a new way are used to solve the unsteady state flow problems of various shapes of well and reservoir while considering the TPG. Four Green's functions of point, line, band and circle while considering the TPG are achieved. Then, two well models of vertical well and horizontal well are built and simultaneously the function to calculate the moving boundary of each well model is provided. The results show that when considering TPG the pressure field is much different, which has a sudden pressure change, with a moving boundary in it. And the moving boundary of each well model increases with time but slows down rapidly, especially when the TGP is large.展开更多

The results showed that the lipase activity was stable when the volume fraction of olive oil was 25% and the temperature was at 40℃ with PH=7.5. Under the proper conditions, the effects of anionic and nonionic surfactants were investigated. The effect of nonionic surfactants on the activity of lipase was less than that of anionic surfactants. Finally, the analysis method was used to determine the activity of the lipase in the commercial detergent products. The results showed that the method can be used for the determination of lipase activity in both liquid detergent and laundry powder. However, the temperature and pH value of the detergent solution should be controlled strictly during the conduction of the determination.展开更多

When a shock wave travels from a light medium to a heavy one, the simulated growth rate is in qualitative agreement with the perturbation model by Zhang-Sohn. It is about half of the predicted value by the impulsive model and is closer to the experimental result. When the shock wave travels from a heavy medium to a light one, our simulation results are also consistent with physical analysis.

文摘Platichthys stellatus is an economically important marine bony fish species that is cultured in China on a large scale.However,very little is known about its immune-related genes.In this study,the transcriptome of the immune organs ofP.stellatus that were intraperitoneally challenged with the pathogen Edwardsiella ictaluri JCM1680 is analyzed.Total RNA from four tissues(spleen,kidney,liver,and intestine) was mixed equally and then sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform.Overall,28 465 813 quality reads were generated and assembled into 43 061 unigenes.Similarity searches against public protein sequence databases were used to annotate 28 291 unigenes(65.7%of the total),368 of which were associated with immunoregulation,including 188 related to immunity response.Additionally,the transcript levels of immunity response unigenes annotated as related to tumor necrosis factor(TNF),TNF receptor,chemokine,major histocompatibility complex,and interleukin-6 were investigated in the different tissues of normal and infected P.stellatus by real-time quantitative PCR.The results confirmed that the unigenes identified in the transcriptome database were indeed expressed and up-regulated in infected P.stellatus.To our knowledge,this is the first report of the sequencing and analysis of the transcriptome of P.stellatus.These findings provide insights into the transcriptomics and immunogenetics of bony fish.
文摘Background: Understanding leisure time physical inactivity is a priority in study sought to address this priority by examining whether the extraversion mediated through Elliot's (1999) 2 x 2 achievement goals. Westernized nations where participation rates are low. The present and emotional instability to leisure time exercise relationships were Methods: Participants were 116 female and 97 male volunteers from a Southwestern community (mean age = 37.21 years, range 24-69) who completed measures of extraversion, emotional instability, approach-avoidance achievement goals, and 7-day recall of leisure-time exercise. Multiple mediation models (Preacher and Hayes, 2008) were run to specifically examine our hypotheses. Results: The mastery-approach goal mediated the relationship from extraversion to overall exercise and strenuous intensity exercise. Results indicated emotional instability had direct effects on overall and strenuous leisure time exercise while also having significant (p 〈 0.05) indirect mediation paths through the performance-approach and avoidance goals. The extraversion and emotional instability models accounted from 15.89% to 29.82% of variance in the various self-reported exercise measures. Conclusion: The results suggest the promotion of leisure-time exercise would be improved in the studied personalities by manipulation of achievement goals. 文摘Mesoporous TiO_2-B/anatase microparticles have been in-situ synthesized from K_2Ti_2O_5 without template.The TiO_2-B phase around the particle surface accelerates the diffusion of charges through the interface,while the anatase phase in the core maintains the capacity stability.The heterojunction interface between the main polymorph of anatase and the trace of TiO_2-B exhibits promising lithium ion battery performance.This trace of 5%(by mass) TiO_2-B determined by Raman spectra brings the first discharge capacity of this material to 247 mA · h ·g^(-1),giving 20%improvement compared to the anatase counterpart Stability testing at 1 C reveals that the capacity maintains at 171 mA·h·^(-1),which is better than 162 mA·h·g^(-1) for single phase anatase or 159 mA·h·g^(-1) for TiO_2-B.The mesoporous TiO_2-B/anatase rnicroparticles also show superior rate performance with 100 mA·h·g^(-1) at 40 C,increased by nearly 25%as compared to pure anatase.This opens a possibility of a general design route,which can be applied to other metal oxide electrode materials for rechargeable batteries and supercapacitors.
文摘The method of coupled mode is introduced for investigation of bi-static distant bottom reverberation of impulsive source in shallow water, which will not contradict with principle of reciprocity in all cases. And the method of multi-pole for directional source is also introduced. It shows that in case of layered medium, intensity of bi-static bottom reverberation will decease according to the cubic power of receiving time t, and the transverse spatial correlation of bottom reverberation is a little greater than longitudinal correlation for equal separation of receivers, and both vary in form with the receiving time.

文摘The flow behavior in porous media with threshold pressure gradient(TPG) is more complex than Darcy flow and the equations of motion, and outer boundary and inner boundary with TPG are also different from Darcy flow for unsteady flow of a producing well in a reservoir. An analytic method to solve this kind of problem is in a need of reestablishment. The classical method of Green's function and Newman product principle in a new way are used to solve the unsteady state flow problems of various shapes of well and reservoir while considering the TPG. Four Green's functions of point, line, band and circle while considering the TPG are achieved. Then, two well models of vertical well and horizontal well are built and simultaneously the function to calculate the moving boundary of each well model is provided. The results show that when considering TPG the pressure field is much different, which has a sudden pressure change, with a moving boundary in it. And the moving boundary of each well model increases with time but slows down rapidly, especially when the TGP is large.

文摘B^0(B+s)→γvv decays are useful to determining the decay constants f_B(f_B_s) and B(B_s) meson wavefunction.Using the B meson wave function determined in hadronic B(Bs) decays,we study the uncertainties due tothe types of B meson wave functions.We find that the branching ratios are sensitive to the type of wave functions andinput parameters,but the energy spectrum is independent.The predicted branching ratios are (0.45-1.04) ×10^(-9) and(2.14-3.27) × 10^(-8) for B^0 and B_s decay,respectively.
文摘In this article, the dynamical process of the dielectric particle in the optical tweezer using the counter-propagating Gaussian pulses is investigated by the Langevin equation concerning the Brownian motion. The temporal stabilities of particle is simulated. The influence of the duration, repetition period and delay time between pulses on stability is discussed.

文摘The activity of lipase was determined by alkaline titration method and the conditions for the determination of lipase activity were studied. The results showed that the lipase activity was stable when the volume fraction of olive oil was 25% and the temperature was at 40℃ with PH=7.5. Under the proper conditions, the effects of anionic and nonionic surfactants were investigated. The effect of nonionic surfactants on the activity of lipase was less than that of anionic surfactants. Finally, the analysis method was used to determine the activity of the lipase in the commercial detergent products. The results showed that the method can be used for the determination of lipase activity in both liquid detergent and laundry powder. However, the temperature and pH value of the detergent solution should be controlled strictly during the conduction of the determination.
