文摘文中设计并制造了一种可用于测量气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)触头以及母线等关键位置温度的红外测温系统,可对GIS设备的过热故障进行监控和预警。本测温系统设计红外传感测温模组对温度数据进行模数转换、滤波、校准、补偿后通过远距离无线电(long range radio,LORA)协议进行无线传输。通过定制化的红外介质窗口和密封系统实现红外信号的通路并保证设备的气密性和可靠性。将测温模组安装于红外介质窗口,实现对测温模组的安装固定。针对触头和母线发射率低、表面结构差异大、介质窗口红外光衰减以及SF6气体对红外光的吸收和衰减等因素,开发了温度补偿算法,大幅提升了GIS测温的可靠性。该红外测温系统可以在10~150℃的温度范围内实现对GIS母线和触头表面温度的测量,并达到±2℃的测温精度,证明了本红外测温系统的可行性。
