Along with the rapid development of communications,the Internet,and smart terminals,mobile Internet has become a hot topic with both opportunities and challenges.In this article,a new perspective on edge content deliv...Along with the rapid development of communications,the Internet,and smart terminals,mobile Internet has become a hot topic with both opportunities and challenges.In this article,a new perspective on edge content delivery service for mobile Internet is described,based on cooperating terminals.A mobile cloud architecture named Cloudlet Aided Cooperative Terminals Service Environment(CACTSE) is proposed as an edge network service environment.The Service Manager(SM),a cloudlet like module,is introduced into the local service domain in order to manage the in-domain terminals and help coordinate the content delivery requests for better bandwidth efficiency as well as user experience.The reference model is presented in this article with architecture and mechanism design.Moreover,the research progress and potential technology trends of CACTSE are analysed based on the related R&D directions.展开更多
Objective:Uterus-to-abdominal-wall fistula is a very rare complication after uterine-incision delivery over the last decades.It can even lead to death.Mainly,the fistula occurs when big tension and critical infection ...Objective:Uterus-to-abdominal-wall fistula is a very rare complication after uterine-incision delivery over the last decades.It can even lead to death.Mainly,the fistula occurs when big tension and critical infection exist within the incision of uterus and abdominal wall.Methods:The authors described the clinical presentation,pathology of uterus-to-abdominal-wall fistula,and reported their experience in 6 cases who underwent Z-plasty operation for this rare complication from January 1998 to January 2008.Results:All flaps survived completely and all the wounds in abdominal walls healed very well.The six cases were followed up for 1 to 5 years,and no fistula recurrence occurred.Conclusion:Z-plasty technique is a very simple and efficient approach to repair uterus to abdominal fistula after uterine-incision delivery.展开更多

A...Enterprises are looking to adapt to this scenario focusing on performance, seeking to improve the level of service and reduce costs in an attempt to differentiate and increase the perceived value of their customers. A strong partner to achieve these goals is the information technology （IT）. IT has an important role in the performance of companies, providing a flow of information that makes the supply chain more robust and resilient, without compromising efficiency. To achieve the objective of this research, a survey of the literature on the four models was studied and then a field research with professionals was conducted in the areas of IT and supply chain management （SCM） of various companies of Sao Paulo. To collect the data needed for analysis, we used the exploratory research of a qualitative nature. Thus, we conclude that the use of IT impacts supply chain in five surveyed areas as planning, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and delivery but does not impact the return area.展开更多
We analyze an infinite horizon difference game between four aggregated industries-production of producer goods, production of consumption goods, federation of labor unions, and commercial banking sector. Consumers do ...We analyze an infinite horizon difference game between four aggregated industries-production of producer goods, production of consumption goods, federation of labor unions, and commercial banking sector. Consumers do not behave strategically. They make their decisions on the basis of maximization of average discounted utility. Therefore, we do not include them in the set of players in the game. The payoffof each production industry and the commercial banking sector is equal to the average discounted sum of real dividends of its owners. The payoff of the federation of labor unions is equal to the average discounted sum of real wages and real unemployment benefits. A strict strong perfect general equilibrium is the applied solution concept for the game. It requires that there does not exist a coalition of players that can weakly Pareto improve the vector of continuation payoffs of its members in some subgame by a coordinated deviation. It is a refinement of Rubinstein＇s concept of a strong perfect equilibrium. We formulate and prove the sufficient condition for its existence. It is based on the assumption that no one of the aggregated industries can have a positive output without using some minimal amount of output of each other aggregated industry as an input. By definition, in each subgame, the equilibrium payoff vector in a strict strong perfect general equilibrium is strictly Pareto efficient. Thus, if each consumer either has only income from wage and unemployment benefit or receives dividend from only one aggregated industry, and his nominal income in each period along the equilibrium path exceeds social minimum, it is not possible to weakly Pareto improve the vector of consumers＇ average discounted real incomes. This holds not only for the whole game but also for each subgame starting in the first phase of some period.展开更多
