专利池作为一种"一站式"的专利授权制度安排,有效地解决了分割的专利市场的授权问题,并对产业创新产生了重要影响。近年来,专利池呈现出明显的代际演化现象,在此过程中专利池业务模式不断升级、应用范围显著扩大,已有研究对... 专利池作为一种"一站式"的专利授权制度安排,有效地解决了分割的专利市场的授权问题,并对产业创新产生了重要影响。近年来,专利池呈现出明显的代际演化现象,在此过程中专利池业务模式不断升级、应用范围显著扩大,已有研究对这一问题却缺乏深入分析。通过对光碟和MPEG两个专利池的代际演化过程进行深入剖析和比较,探讨了专利池代际演化的过程、模式和发展趋势。研究发现随着内外部环境的变化,专利池的专利数量不断增加、成员类型日益多元、治理结构逐步完善,现代专利池正在向"池中池"和"多元专利池组合"等超级专利池模式演化。研究结论对知识产权管理理论和我国的产业创新实践都具有重要的贡献和启示。 展开更多

不同代际科技企业孵化器孵化绩效差异比较——基于广东省的实证研究 被引量:22

孵化器提质增效是未来中国孵化器发展的重要任务,但提质增效的前提是辨析不同类型孵化器是否实现其价值主张与功能定位。本文以孵化器价值主张和提供服务功能为标准,对孵化器进行代际划分,利用单因素方差检验进行组间对比分析,在此基础... 孵化器提质增效是未来中国孵化器发展的重要任务,但提质增效的前提是辨析不同类型孵化器是否实现其价值主张与功能定位。本文以孵化器价值主张和提供服务功能为标准,对孵化器进行代际划分,利用单因素方差检验进行组间对比分析,在此基础上利用Tukey检验进行两两组间对比分析,探究不同代际孵化器投入产出关系与孵化绩效之间的差异。研究结果表明:尽管孵化绩效表现上,高代孵化器表现更佳,但其服务投入也远远高于低代孵化器。从投入产出的角度看,高代际孵化器并非一定强于低代孵化器。不同代际的孵化器服务对象不同,我国孵化器质量提升,不仅仅是盲目鼓励孵化器低代际向高代际的演化,更重要是有针对性地提升每一种代际孵化器,使其高质量实现自身的主要孵化功能,尤其是在我国区域发展不均衡的现实国情下,每一个代际孵化器都有存在的必要性和合理性。本文结合实证结论,从孵化器差异化绩效评价、提升服务能力、孵化器品牌化经营三个方面提出了相关的管理启示。 展开更多

Temporal Evolution of Carbon Storage in Chinese Tea Plantations from 1950 to 2010 被引量:7

Tea (Camellia sinensis), an economically important crop grown in mountain regions, has been planted for thousands of years in South China. Tea plantations can potentially act as carbon (C) sink in local agrosystems due to their high plant biomass and provide soil conservation service. To assess the contribution of tea plantations to C sequestration, the chronosequence variations of C storage were assessed in the plants and soils (0-20 cm) of tea plantations in China from 1950 to 2010, and then the inter-annual and decadal variabilities of total C storage were estimated. TotM C stocks in tea plants and soils in 2010 were 34.4 and 93.45 Tg, respectively. Carbon sequestration from 1950 to 2010 was 30.6 and 39.0 Tg in the plants and soils, respectively. The highest C sequestration happened during the 1980s and the lowest during the 1950s. The decadal average C sequestration rate ranged from 20.4 to 113.9 g m2 year-1 in the standing tea plants, and from 54.6 to 98.8 g m-2 year-1 in soils during the period of 1950 to 2010. The average ratio of C storage in soils to that in plants was 3.00 ± 0.35 before 1970 and 2.44 ±0.18 after 1970. The results suggested that tea plantation ecosystems made an important contribution to the C sinks in Chinese tea-producing regions. 展开更多

Spatial-temporal variation characteristics of global evaporation revealed by eight reanalyses 被引量:2

On the basis of eight atmospheric reanalyses, we analyzed the spatial-temporal characteristics of global evaporation and also briefly evaluated the eight reanalyses. The results indicate that the long-term mean annual evaporation obtained from different reanalyses are consistent over most regions, with significant maritime-continental contrasts, as well as differences in meridional directions, and the land evaporation generally decreases with the increase of altitude. In addition, the temporal evolution of global evaporation varies significantly among the datasets, MERRA, ERA-Interim, NCEP-NCRA, and NCEP-DOE are very similar, whereas CFSR agrees best with ERA-40. Comparison of the inter-annual to inter-decadal variability of land evaporation reveals large differences among the reanalyses, whereas MERRA, CFSR, and NCEP-DOE are exactly similar. The temporal variation of evaporation over the oceans showed a relatively high consistency, which indicates that the quality of the reconstructed evaporation values over the oceans is higher, and even greater uncertainties lie in the estimates of evaporation over the land. In general, MERRA and NCEP-DOE may appropriately reflect the spatial-temporal characteristics of global evaporation, showing strong representativeness. The CFSR and ERA-40 are capable of revealing the characteristics of land evaporation, whereas ERA-Interim, NCEP-NCAR, OAFlux, and HOAPS are relatively applicable for research focused on the evaporation over the oceans. According to ERA-40, NCEP-NCAR, and OAFlux, global evaporation significantly decreased for the period of 1958–1978. In contrast, most of the eight reanalyses show a significant linear increase for the period of 1979–2011, and evaporation over the oceans was even more pronounced. Furthermore, the results are presented for the mean annual cycle of global evaporation, the changes at the low latitudes in the Northern Hemisphere are most distinct, and the monthly variation amplitude of the land evaporation was higher than that of the evaporation over the oceans. 展开更多
