Happiness Index-oriented Tourism Area Management

The establishment of happiness index evaluation system for tourism resorts is an effective approach to enhance the scientific development of resorts and the well-being of people. Through analyzing happiness indexes of population in tourism resorts, this study aims to provide references for the scientific development of resorts.

从先秦“文”的观念史中挖掘“文—化”的教育意涵

当代教育学的理论构造与生活实践已经与“文化”这个词密不可分,中国教育学的深化发展很有必要追溯早期“文”的观念以接续自身的思想根源。从甲骨文到战国文字,人形“文”与交错“文”的两类特征就存在着发展融合的轨迹。“文”的初义可能有两种不同走向但又彼此联系的起源,分别是表达与祖先神、上帝沟通的能力或状态的“通神”义,以及来自图腾、甲骨兆纹、礼器纹饰所代表的神秘图案的“纹理”义。春秋战国文献中“经天纬地”“因天之生也以养生”的“文—武”之“文”,以及赞颂圣王德行及其开创传统的“文—德”之“文”,有可能是由“通神”义所演化而来;与此同时,表示贯通隐显、具有信息指示作用的结构纹理的“文—明”之“文”,表达内在理据、法则、结构的“文—理”之“文”,以及表达显化、装饰等功能的“文—质”之“文”,有可能是由“纹理”义所演化而来。对先秦“文”观念的梳理,有助于中国教育学对本土“文—化”传统的自知自明,彰显“文”与“心”的关联意义以优化诠释“以文化之”,提炼“文—养”的观念来深化诠释“文而化之”,发掘“观—文”的思想以与时俱进、勇于创新并拓展对“文”“道”关系的讨论。

Study on the Residential Planning and Design in Subu Town of Anhui Province

The scientific research theory of Chinese contemporary art residential environment were carried out from the aspects of the people-centered and ecological environment. This study absorbed the essence of Chinese local ecological of the residential environment, for the use of contemprorary design. Through the practice of residential planning in Subu Town of Anhui Province, based on the protection of rural environment, the research completed according to local conditions and strategies for sustainable development.

On English teaching from psychology and cognition

In English teaching, it is necessary to pay attention to students＇ psychology and cognition in order to make them harmonious and effective. Therefore, English teacher would change their teaching opinions, realizing teaching object, guiding student＇s minds and ideas to study by some measures, such as accordant teaching and study, making students as a base in study, and students＇ self-study. In other words, making student study actively rather than passively is much better for their English abilities.

Effectiveness of fire needle combining with moist healing dressing to promote the growth of granulation tissue in chronic wounds:A case report

In this case study,we analyzed the wound-healing process of a patient with a chronic wound who underwent fire needle treatment,and we tracked the coverage of granulation tissue and decrease of slough and exudate.An 85-year-old man had repeated right shoulder and back pain,itching,and skin festering for more than 1.5 years.A fire needle was administered combined with moist dressing once every 5 days to promote wound healing.After six rounds of fire needle treatment,granulation tissue formed over the surface of the wound base,the depth of the wound had become shallow,and the wound area was reduced.No complications occurred during the intervention.Fire needle therapy combined with a moist wound-healing dressing can be an effective alternative approach in managing chronic wounds.

Art making and expressive art therapy in adult health and nursing care:A scoping review

Objectives:While receptive art engagement is known to promote health and wellbeing,active art engagement has not been fully explored in health and nursing care.This review is to describe the existing knowledge on art making and expressive art therapy in adult health and nursing care between 2010 and 2020.Methods:Relevant studies and grey literature were searched and identified between March 17 and April 10,2020 from EBSCO,CINAHL,Medline and ERIC databases and a general Internet search.Following data charting and extraction,the data(n=42 papers)were summarized and reported in accordance with PRISMA-ScR guidelines.Results:In the included papers,both art making and expressive art therapy were seen in different health care and nursing contexts:yet not the home care context.The emphasis of art activities were group activities for chronically or terminally ill residents,adults aged 65 years or older.A focus on personal narrative was often seen,which may explain why art activities appear to be linked to acknowledging and building new strengths and skills,making meaning of experiences,personal growth,symptom alleviation,and communication;all used to foster collaboration between patients,patients’near-ones and health care professionals.Conclusions:Art activities appear to be suitable for every context and can promote personcenteredness and the measurement of nursing outcomes,and they should be considered an essential part of health and nursing care,nursing education and care for health care personnel.

Health care of elderly military veteran cadres

With the development of our economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the person's life span has been greatly prolonged. Accordingly, there are more and more requirements on health care. The retired cadres in military sanatoriums are heroes in the revolution of our country, and are treasures to our country. However, with the increase of their age, various kinds of diseases have become the main problem bothering the cadres. At present, our party and government are very concerned about veteran cadres. Hence, the medical workers are facing a new problem and challenge as to how to prevent the diseases and improve the medical treatment, and health care for military veteran cadres. We insist on "the people-oriented service and treatment" and try hard to improve service on "prevention, medical care, rehabilitation, and health care". In this way, they may suffer from less pain of diseases, have better prognosis, enjoy happier life, and their disease prevalence and mortality may be lower.

People and culture coexist and human resources development and regional cultural ecology integrate.The present thesis for the first time puts forward the integration mode of human resources development and cultural ecology,argues that personnel innovation should be attracted by motive injection,open culture,resources integration,culture dilution,thinking blending and people-orientation and discusses the transmission mechanism for functions of integration mode of human resources development and cultural ecology from the aspects of cultural values,living styles and cultural industry.

Justifying a Study on Constructing a National Human Resource Development Model as Practiced in Malaysia

The globe has been confronting a new set of challenges. Such challenges are unique to each country context. The overarching challenge, all above other challenges is, to seek appropriate knowledge as a tool and mean to resolve such challenges. A critical such knowledge to be accumulated in all days is on how to develop people or human resources. However, with the existing knowledge claims in this regard, countries have been unable to resolve such challenges. Human Development, one such knowledge claim, is too broader, and therefore, no guided protocol is suggested in finding solutions. Human Resource Development, as another such knowledge claim is too limited in scope to address broader level challenges. National Human Resource Development （NHRD） has emerged to bridge this gap, emphasising people oriented solutions to resolve country level challenges. The NHRD literature encourages NHRD country case studies, and that, justifications for starting NHRD country case studies is needed. This study justifies such a research on NHRD practices in Malaysia＇s country context, using content analysis. As a result, this study has shown higher level country challenges, derived a need of people based approach in resolving such challenges, highlighted NHRD as capable as possible in guiding to establish people development knowledge claim, and finally justified an NHRD research to be done within Malaysia＇s context to see how Malaysia practices NHRD.

Nature of Valuational Consciousness in Good Life

I make an attempt in the paper to argue in favor of the person-centered view of good life, where becoming a good person involves seeking to qualitatively transform oneself into a worthy human being. I maintain that becoming fully a person and respecting others as persons are achievements that are not assured for all of us. Thus, for the purpose I prepare the ground for an account of good life that rests on valuational consciousness. I propose that one may ascribe valuational consciousness to a person who is a value-sensitive rational being striving to attain a kind of inner transparency. Evidently, to say that a person has valuational consciousness is to stress the values, which are built into personal consciousness. The life of a person, whether that of truth, courage, nobility, justice, kindness, is a life marked by ego transcending personal consciousness that reaches out to humanity at large. And such a repository of values enables a human being to attain the ideal of good life. The ideal of good life, I contend, consists of attaining the higher order posture of selflessness--a posture of inner transparency. It is to shake off the egocentric partiality that characterizes our usual attitudinal stance towards one another.

Dimensions and Approaches of University Development Under the Guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development

This study analyzed the performance of university development which deviated from the scientific outlook on development, then elaborated four dimensions of sustainable development in universities including the cultural perspective dimension of people-oriented, the qualitative perspective dimension of personnel training, the innovative perspective dimension of academic research, and the strategic perspective dimension of scientific development. Finally, this article analyzed the scientific development approaches on coordinating the university extensive expansion and content development, special development and overall development, teaching and research as well as interests of current and long-term development were proposed.

Research on the Construction of College Student Cadres Team From the Perspective of the Hierarchy of Needs Theory

In this paper, I carried on the research under the guidance of the theory of hierarchy of needs, and preventing a detailed work plan. During the research, we cleared for measures, which were ＂adhere to the people-oriented, mining the potential of students, make up the insufficient to properly resolve the crisis, to create a learning atmosphere＂. So it provides a new idea for promoting the construction and development of college student cadres, and maintains the stability of the campus and the construction of harmonious campus.

An Integrated Approach for Decision Support through Multi-objective Optimization with Application to an Ill-posed Design Problem

In the current scenario of global competition and short product life cycles, customer-defined satisfaction has attracted interest in artifact design. Accordingly, intelligent decision-making through multi-objective optimization has been proposed as an efficient method for human-centered manufacturing. However, previous vast researches on optimization have been mainly focused on optimization theory and optimization techniques and paid little interests on the process of problem formulation itself. In this paper, therefore, the authors present a total framework for supporting multi-objective decision making. Then, the authors try to solve the formulated multi-objective optimization problem that involves both qualitative and quantitative performance measures as a general consequence from the above procedure. Taking especially quality as a qualitative measure, the authors gave a new idea to evaluate the quality quantitatively. Additionally, to facilitate the portability of the proposed method in multidisciplinary decision-making environments, the authors implement the proposal algorithm in an Excel spreadsheet and validate the effectiveness of the approach through a case study.

Simple but Dominant： How to Re-shine Depeche Mode on Album Covers After 80＇s

The aim of this paper is to analyze the album covers of English band Depeche Mode after 80＇s according to the principles of graphic design. Established in 1980, the musical style of the band was turned from synth-pop to new wave, from new wave to electronic, dance, and alternative-rock in decades, but their message stayed as it was： A non-hypocritical, humanist, and decent manner against what is wrong and in love sincerely. As a graphic design product, album covers are pre-print design solutions of two dimensional surfaces. Graphic design, as a design field, has its own elements and principles. Visual elements and typography are the two components which should unite with the help of the six main principles which are： unity/harmony; balance; hierarchy; scale/proportion; dominance/emphasis; and similarity and contrast. All album covers of Depeche Mode after 80＇s were designed in a simple but dominant way in order to form a unique style. On every album cover, there are huge color, size, tone, and location contrasts which concluded in simple domination; domination of a non-hypocritical, humanist, and decent manner against what is wrong and in love sincerely.

Incorporating Humanist Ethical Approach to Remedy Environmental ＂Abuses＂ in Ghana

The influence that traditional Ghanaian norms, taboos, and folktales had in ensuring environmental protection and sustainability has been greatly minimized by the inroads of foreign cultures and religions such as Christianity and Islam. Currently, modem methods of environmental protection and sustainability have not achieved the desired goals. As a result, Ghana is at the mercy of countless forms of environmental abuses to the extent that Ghana is ranked the seventh dirtiest nation and also second in open defecation worldwide. This paper examines how the incorporation of Humanist ethical principles to integrate with the traditional Ghanaian environmental taboos and modem technological methods to salvage the continuous and relentless environmental abuses in Ghana.

Human-centered design of Stubble-Mulch Rotocultivator for Boat Tractor

With the development of mechanization popularity in rural area, agricultural machinery product not only needs to meet the production goals, and also requires the simple operation and human-centered. Human-centered design is always, on the basis of the user＇ s requirement and usage, to think over the issues by regarding operator as the center, and to design the products by emphasizing the ease of use and understandability during design and manufacture. In this study, Stubble-Mulch Rotocultivator for Boat Tractor （SMRBT） is chosen as the design object. The coordination approach of the user, machine and environment is discussed by deeply investigating their relationship, which is an empirical study of the human-centered technology of agricultural machinery.
