目的探索并澄清生命价值观导向的叙事遗嘱概念内涵,以促进其在护理教育、管理和科研领域的理论发展和实践创新。方法在Web of Science、PubMed、EBSCO、中国知网、万方及维普等中外数据库中系统检索叙事遗嘱相关研究,检索时限为建库至2...目的探索并澄清生命价值观导向的叙事遗嘱概念内涵,以促进其在护理教育、管理和科研领域的理论发展和实践创新。方法在Web of Science、PubMed、EBSCO、中国知网、万方及维普等中外数据库中系统检索叙事遗嘱相关研究,检索时限为建库至2023年7月。采用改良版Rodgers演化概念分析法对筛选出的文献进行分析,并通过德尔菲专家咨询进一步完善叙事遗嘱的概念框架。结果基于对479篇纳入文献的分析及2轮专家咨询,得到叙事遗嘱的概念,并阐释了概念的6个关键属性(生命价值观主导、承认个体独特性、尊重个体意愿和需求、叙事生命成长、生命价值传承、动态发展)及5方面先决条件(个体需求和意愿的表达、多学科团队的支持、组织支持、制度完善及法律保障),分析了叙事遗嘱与预立医疗指示(包括生前预嘱和医疗授权书等)及预立医疗照护计划等概念的区别。结论叙事遗嘱是对生命价值意义的充分尊重和肯定,明确相关概念属性,有助于深化安宁疗护学科体系。展开更多

Cultural confidence is the positive emotional experience generated by the full affirmation on culture of people, whose basic function is to give value and affirmation to psychology and behavior in practical activities, and to form an adaptive socio-psychological model and personality traits. High school students are in a critical period of self-identity construction. They need to explore the questions of “who am I” “where do I come from” and “where am I going” and to unify these questions. Faced with so many and complicated questions, adolescents have changed from carefree to full of confusion and bewilderment. Cultural confidence can help students to shape positive and correct values of life, so that they can understand life in a scientific way, improve their own personality, realize the value of life, and bravely take social responsibility in the future.展开更多
