Through the questionnaire survey of 162 paired sample data, the results show that: work connectivity behavior after-hours positively predicts task crafting;job autonomy plays a partial mediating role between work connectivity behavior after-hours and task crafting;occupational future time perspective moderates the role of job autonomy in the influence of work connectivity behavior after-hours on task crafting. Specifically, the mediating effect is more significant in the context of high occupational future time perspective. The research findings can provide theoretical and practical reference for the development of employees’ active behaviour.展开更多
