Climate change has altered locally singletype disasters to large-scale compound disasters because of increasing intensity and frequency of extreme rainfall events.The compound disasters can combine small-scale floods,debris flows,shallow landslides,deep-seated landslides,and landslide lakes into a large-scale single disaster event.Although simulation models and evaluation tools are available for single-type disasters,no single model is well developed for compound disasters due to the difficulty of handling the interrelationship between two successive single-type disasters.This study proposes a structure for linking available single-type simulation models to evaluate compound disasters and provides a useful tool of decision making for warning and planning of disaster reduction. 展开更多

Control strategy for energy recovery system in hybrid forklift

After analyzing the working condition of the conventional diesel forklift,an energy recovery system in hybrid forklift is considered and its simulation model is built.Then,the control strategy for the proposed energy recovery system is discussed,which is validated and evaluated by simulation.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can achieve balance of the power and keep the state of charge(SOC) of ultra capacitor in a reasonable range,and the fuel consumption can be reduced by about 20.8% compared with the conventional diesel forklift.Finally,the feasibility of the simulation results is experimentally verified based on the lifting energy recovery system. 展开更多

为破解南宁市“快环不快”交通困局,对沿线交通节点进行整治改善十分必要。以快速环路邕武立交改扩建工程为例,对城市互通立交改扩建设计进行了研究。在对邕武立交现状、存在的问题、立交功能及交通特点进行分析的基础上,梳理了立交改... 为破解南宁市“快环不快”交通困局,对沿线交通节点进行整治改善十分必要。以快速环路邕武立交改扩建工程为例,对城市互通立交改扩建设计进行了研究。在对邕武立交现状、存在的问题、立交功能及交通特点进行分析的基础上,梳理了立交改造思路,总结了立交方案选择的要点。基于现状和改造后的立交型式分别建立微观仿真模型,对立交改造后效果进行分析。结论为:立交改造后,交通顺畅、连续,改善效果显著。最后总结指出:城市改扩建立交的功能定位应与城市总体规划、综合交通规划相适应,在满足交通需求的前提下,从征地拆迁、工程投资等多方面进行方案比选;设计方案应便于施工组织,减少改扩建工程对既有道路交通和沿线居民生产生活的影响。 展开更多

This paper introduces the basic viewpoints and characteristics of Bayesian statistics. Which provides a theoretical basis for solving the problem of small sample of flight simulator using Bayesian method. A series of formulas were derived to establish the Bayesian reliability modeling and evaluation model for flight simulation equipment. The two key problems of Bayesian method were pointed out as follows: obtaining the prior distribution of WeibuU parameter, calculating the parameter a posterior distribution and parameter estimation without analytic solution, and proposing the corresponding solution scheme. 展开更多
