浙江省与“一带一路”沿线国家贸易现状及发展思路研究

"一带一路"是中国特色社会主义新时代进一步深化开放的重大战略部署。浙江省现阶段处于工业化中后期,而"一带一路"沿线国家处于不同的工业化阶段,形成了不同的优势产业类型,浙江与"一带一路"沿线国家贸易潜力巨大。本文选取越南、印度尼西亚、泰国、沙特阿拉伯、伊朗、南非6个国家作为分析样本,采集杭州海关与上述国家进出口数据,进行产业内贸易指数计算,并对机电、纺织、化工三大重点行业国际贸易情况进行分析,最后对浙江与"一带一路"沿线国家外贸发展提出建议。总体发展思路是,针对"一带一路"沿线国家不同的产业梯度及其与浙江省产业不同的竞争状态,对于产业内贸易指数高的行业,应着重产品差别化,对产业内贸易指数较低、互补性强的行业,则应着眼于利用"一带一路"带来的战略机遇,大力拓展新兴国家市场。

Current Status and Development Strategies of Chinese Cosmetic Industry

Current status and existing problems in the Chinese cosmetic industry areanalyzed from the aspects of industry scale, technology and management level, R&D investment andhuman resources. Strategies to promote the industry are also put forward, such as increasing entrybarrier to optimize industry structure, tightening regulatory controls to improve quality assurance,fostering innovation and actively exploring modes of collaboration, and training more technical andmanaging professionals.

Process-oriented organizational structure and its application in real estate development enterprises in China

This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current organizational structure of real estate development enterprises in China. Integrating the idea of Business Process Reengineering （BPR） with organizational reformation, the authors bring out a process-orlented organizational structure. A further study on the application of process-oriented organizational structure in real estate development enterprises is carried out in a test case. Using residence-development process as an example, the authors illustrate the composition and operation of the business process system of real estate development enterprises.

Regional Clustering and Synchronization of Provincial Business Fluctuations in China

In this article, we propose a novel, multilevel, dynamic factor model, to determine endogenously clustered regions for the investigation of regional clustering and synchronization of provincial business fluctuations in China. The parameter identification and model estimation was conducted using the Markov Chain Monte Carlo method. We then conducted an empirical study of the provincial business fluctuations in China(31 Chinese provinces are considered except Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan due to the data unavailability), which were sampled from January 2000 to December 2015. Our results indicated that these provinces could be clustered into four regions: leading, coincident, lagging, and overshooting. In comparison with traditional geographical divisions, this novel clustering into four regions enabled the regional business cycle synchronization to be more accurately captured. Within the four regional clusters it was possible to identify substantial heterogeneities among regional business cycle fluctuations, especially during the periods of the 2008 financial crisis and the ‘four-trillion economic stimulus plan'.

Study on the environmental information disclosure of Chinese forestry enterprises

Environmental accounting is a kind of accounting which focuses on the compensation for the resources spending. It combines the theories of environmental economics and traditional accounting and uses scientific as well as systematic ways to coordinate the development of economics and the protection of environment. It is just in the primary process for forestry enterprises in China to introduce the research and practice of environmental accounting. Based on discussion about the principle of environmental information disclosure and analysis on the current situation of the environmental information disclosure of the forestry enterprises, this paper attempted to propose that the supplementary report mode of information disclosure should be appropriate for the forestry enterprises, which provide the balance sheet of environment, the income statement of environment besides the original three financial report to reflect the general environmental information of the enterprise.

Empirical research on the SMEs＇ credit-guarantee in China

After the authors' thorough study of the experiments of other countries and regions, it is posed that credit-guarantee is the key for solving the problem of the difficulties of SMEs' financing.Based on two surveys and interviews with 57 SMEs and some commercial banks' staff, this study on the practice and implement action of SMEs' credit-guarantee revealed some problems existing in the practical process. A series of policy suggestions are given for improving the SMEs' credit-guarantee in China.

Does Market Timing Affect Capital Structure？： Evidence for Chinese Firms

This paper investigates the market timing hypothesis of capital structure using a sample of 1,077 Chinese firms for the period 1992 to 2007. We find that market timing plays a significant role in capital structure decisions. However, market timing effects are not persistent and disappear within three years. The results suggest the prominent role played by the government in timing of security issues.

CifNet Network Multi-Well Data Management System

The CifNet network multi-well data management system is developed for 100MB or 1000MB local network environments which are used in Chinese oil industry. The kernel techniques of CifNet system include: 1, establishing a high efficient and low cost network multi-well data management architecture based on the General Logging Curve Theory and the Cif data format; 2, implementing efficient visit and transmission of multi-well data in C/S local network based on TCP/IP protocol; 3,ensuring the safety of multi-well data in store, visit and application based on Unix operating system security. By using CifNet system, the researcher in office or at home can visit curves of any borehole in any working area of any oilfield. The application foreground of CifNet system is also commented.

Strategic thinking on improving the environmental competitiveness of Chinese enterprises

Environmental competitiveness, price competitiveness and non-price competitiveness make up the undivided vital part of product＇s competitiveness. Environmental competitiveness can not only help improve the enterprise＇s key competitiveness directly, but also strengthen it indirectly by improving the products＇ price competitiveness and non-price competitiveness effectively. Instead of being confined to the product itself, there are several element＇s that can determine and influence the product＇s environmental competitiveness, including the manufacturing process, the management of enterprise＆the life circle of the products, etc. Measuring these elements by setting “environmental suitable degree ”, and building up the echelon model to evaluate the environmental competitiveness can help us see about the standard of the enterprises＇ environmental competitiveness. Though many of the national enterprises have price competitiveness to some extend, restricted by all kinds of elements like systems, techniques, policy, the enterprises are weak in environmental competitiveness. Beginning with systems redesign, carrying out the sustainable development, strengthening inner enterprises management, making more efforts on technique innovation, and widely publicizing and teaching the ecological concept, Chinese national enterprises can improve their environmental competitiveness and improve their key competitiveness.

Research on the Sustainable Development of Chinese Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises-Con-struction and Application of R&D Strategic Alliance

R ＆D strategic alliance is important for enterprises＇ sustainable development and it is a worth research for us. This paper firstly analyzes the condition and situation of tho small and medium-sized enterprises＇ strategic alliance. Then it points out that the small and medium-sized enterprises should choose a sttieable alliance organization, ally themselves with big enterprises, strive for the support of the government, and develop their technology through technology unions. Finally, it suggests that the government should create better innovation environment for R＆D strategic, alliance. A new way is also put forward for the applicotion and foundation of the small and medium-sized enterprises ＇ R＆D ,strategic alliance in China. It is also helpful for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Roof structure theory and support resistance determination of longwall face in shallow seam

This paper presents the structure models founded in shallow seam, the roof asymmetry arch with three articulations in roof first weighting and the step voussoir beam in roof periodic weighting. These structure models are differ from classic theory, it establishes the new roof control theory of instability structure roof, especially in shallow seam. Based on the new roof structure theory, the support working state of "given sliding load" is put forward, and the factor of load transmitting is introduced to determine the load on roof structure. Therefore, the proper and accurate calculating methods of support resistance are established. Based on this, the dynamic structure theory in shallow seam could be predicted.

Research on Firm Size, Firm Performance and Internal Auditing Modes——Based on Listed Manufacturing Companies of China

This paper is based on the samples of listed manufacturing companies of China, taking the financial performance as criterion, and then does research on the firm performance with different internal auditing modes, using Cross-sectional data to analyze the distribution of internal auditing modes and the characteristics of the firm performance. The conclusion is that setting up internal auditing is good for the development of companies, but the function of internal auditing has not been widelv fulfilled.

The Sustainable Development of ICTs in China:An Empirical Study of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

The wide application of new information and communication technologies(ICTs) has been argued to be critical to business success of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) ,especially to those in the developing countries.Drawing upon existing literature,this article will examine the determinants of ICTs application in SMEs in China based on data collected from interviews with top managers and/or owners of 70 SMEs.We identify 20 factors affecting ICTs application in SMEs in China and divide them into four broad categories,namely pressures,firm specific factors,technical factors and local milieu.We also pay special attention to the Chinese business environment affecting ICTs application.Our analysis shows that local ICT infrastructure,external pressures from competitors and ICT knowledge of employees are the determinants of Internet application by SMEs,while product characteristics and market target are important factors of e-commerce adoption.

Cost control system for real estate development projects in China - Part 2: A case study in Chongqing

This paper discusses the background and purpose, and reviews the current situation of the domestic and international cost control theory of real estate development projects, and introduces the research methods. The case study method is used.. The management idea is the summary of management practices, and case study can improve management theory, and in certain sense, can help combining theory with practice. The analysis of practical projects of real estate development, can help clarify theory, and is helpful for grasping theory in practical work and improve actual ability of the real estate development enterprise. Through the case study in Chongqing, the basic situations of real estate in Chongqing are introduced and relevant theory and procedure of cost control are used in the case study.

Pyramidal Structure of Chinese Publicly-Listed Private Firms:Motivations, Correlations and Paths to Governance

It is generally believed in academia that there are two theoretical explanations of tunneling and financing advantage for the creation of pyramidal structure. However, there is no definitive conclusion on which explanation holds sway. Based on non-equilibrium panel data of seven years between 2004 and 2010, this empirical study uses the product market competition variables of ＂inter-sector competition＂ and ＂intra-sector competition＂ and the hierarchy and complexity of pyramidal structure, examines the correlation between pyramidal structure of Chinese private manufacturing listed firms and product market competition and patterns of change, and reveals the major causes of pyramidal structure. Empirical result indicates that, for Chinese private manufacturing listed companies, there is a significant negative correlation between product market competition and the hierarchy and complexity of pyramidal structure, which indicates that the creation of pyramidal structure has a preference on tunneling by controlling shareholders. On the basis of further considerations on corporate tunneling and financing restraint categorization, high-tunneling firms and firms with low financing restraint demonstrate significant tunneling motivations; low-tunneling firms and firms with high financing restraint demonstrate significant effect of financing advantage, which further testifies both theoretical explanations for the creation of pyramidal structure. Conclusions of these studies have not only enriched and supplemented relevant studies on the root causes for the creation of pyramidal structure by Chinese private business groups, but provide practical support for firms to make correct and effective use of pyramidal structure as well.
