However, due to the limitation of organizational characteristics, there are some problems in the staff training of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper studies the problems existing in the training of employees in small and medium-sized enterprises, and finds that the training plan is out of line with the needs of employees, so as to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, improve the training system of enterprises, enhance the quality of employees and promote the stable development of enterprises.展开更多
