论县域经济与小城镇建设问题

县域经济是具有农村地域属性和资源禀赋特征的区域经济。县域经济发展的状况直接决定着小城镇建设的进程,而小城镇的发展又会促进县域经济的快速发展。发展县域经济,推动县域工业化,加快小城镇建设步伐,是解决“三农”问题,实现城乡统筹和农村可持续发展的基本动力。

Urban development relied on four pillars; the institutional, social, environmental and economic pillars. Urban regeneration is not a single concept; it is a group of strategies. This study concluded that those strategies include; the public action, certification programs and corporate responsibility theories.
