新型无煤柱开采技术的研究应用

无煤柱开采是一项先进的开采技术,它有利于提高煤炭回收率,同时也可以消除或减少因煤柱引起的灾害。长期以来,为减少巷道掘进及回采期间的动压影响,在工作面设计煤柱时一般按20m留设,从而造成大量的煤炭资源浪费。为此各单位都在积极利用无煤柱开采技术,所采用的方法有粉煤灰充填技术、化学材料充填等技术。根据矿井地质条件,该单位采取了锚索梁、密集及单体支柱作为沿空留巷的支护方式,并取得了成功。留巷期间为了防止向采空区露风,采用水泥袋装入黄土砌墙的方法进行封堵;采用顶板离层指示仪与十字布置法观测巷道顶板、底板和两帮的相对移近量,提供巷道矿压显现规律,为沿空留巷提供科学依据。
