Improving corporate social responsibility image can further improve consumers’ consumption ability. This paper analyzes the current situation of responsibility of e-commerce enterprises in environmental protection, social welfare, consumer rights and interests protection, and discusses the impact of CSR fulfillment on improving consumer consumption power. It is found that increasing the investment of enterprises in environmental protection and social welfare can enhance the brand identity and loyalty of consumers, and improve the consumption willingness and expenditure level. Strengthening consumer protection and improving employee welfare can enhance consumer trust and consumption ability.展开更多
