Implementing knowledge management can integrate dispersed and unordered knowledge into organic and organizational knowledge system. Effective application and continuous enhancement of organizational knowledge system can from the core competence of software enterprise. For the characteristic that the software enterprise gives priority to software development, the paper uses the knowledge in the process of software development as the core (it is limited to time and energy and doesn' t involve the knowledge of the other departments), and develops the research on the construction of knowledge system of software enterprise.
