The SMEs need a precise accounting information system, thus the SMEs could improve the accuracy, validation data, productivity, and the competitiveness of enterprises. The problem of this research is how the SMEs accounting information systems in a cluster of Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. To develop accounting information systems in a SMEs cluster of Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, this research used research and development (R&D) method. Data obtained through analysis of the company's business processes. Results of data analysis used to develop accounting information systems in a SMEs cluster of Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. The knowledge and experience of employees is a source of competitive advantage, however, whether this is realised or not may depend on having the right HR policies. Managers therefore seek to implement best practice, and in multinationals there is the potential for intra-organizational learning across national boundaries. The human being is the most important element in the development process and its ultimate goal. Attention to the management of human affairs and the effort to make man an effective contributing member in the development plans within organizations, is the responsibility of those working in the field of human resources management (HRM) which has become a distinguished field of management worldwide and plays an important role especially in the developing countries. However, even when benefits of transfer pricing are evident, multinational organizations still face legal challenges, including performing parts of transactions in another jurisdiction and motives of tax officials in investigating transfer pricing. This is especially true when countries do not want to lose benefits from tax collection. Therefore, many countries and organizations such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Pacific Association of Tax Administrators (PATA), the European Union (EU), and Vietnam have introduced requirements for transfer pricing documentation to prevent transfer pricing manipulation and maintain benefits from taxes. The aim of this research was to assess the compliance of those requirements of foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises in Vietnam. This article which is a summary of our research includes the following sections: (1) OECD guidelines of transfer pricing documentation; (2) Vietnam regulations of transfer pricing documentation; (3) results of the research; and (4) discussion and conclusion.展开更多
