And this will influence much on enterprises for the new rules are more adjusted in many aspects. Through comparing with the old assets rules, the paper has analyzed the characteristics of the new assets devaluating rules. Compared with the old rules, the more different characteristics are that in the new rules, assets devaluating confirmation is defined, tangible amount calculation is prescribed in detail, the conception of "Assets Group" is raised for the first time, and the processing method of creditworthiness is set. The most important thing is that the new rules provide that once the assets devaluating preparation is confirmed, it will not be withdraw. At the same times, from comparing the confirmation of devaluating assets, tangible amount and dealing with devaluating loss, assets devaluating influence of the new rules and the old on enterprises' profit and loss is analyzed and an instance is used in the analysis.展开更多

The novelty of such moments is underscored by the rarity with which players have performed this complex skill during national or international tournaments. The rarity of these occurrences is both a product of perceptions that it is a high-risk, low return skill and by the fact that there is a dearth of scientific research on the biomechanics of the technique. Two genera can be discerned based on starting position: 1) back-facing the goal, and 2) side-fac- ing the goal. The current study, using 3D motion capture technology and full-body biomechanical modeling, identi- fies elements that govern entrainment of the technique by examining jumping, kicking and falling phases of the skill execution. Motor sequencing during the first two phases can be characterized by analyzing the following pa- rameters: 1) angle between the player's thighs (humerus bones) upon take-off, 2) the whip-like control of the kicking leg, 3) timing between ball motion and joint co- ordination and, for the side-facing bicycle kick, 4) rotation of the player's trunk during the jumping phase. Dispersion of energy during falling after the kick is accomplished by sharing the load using a sequence of partial landings. Collectively, this information could help entrainment of the skill. Virtuosic in appearance, more frequent use of the kick can only enhance the excitement of the game.展开更多

In this paper we surveyed the enterprise competitiveness's differences in various stages of the life cycle and the evolution model of three aspects of enterprise com- petitiveness as resource, capability and dynamic capability by questionnaire survey. The result shows that there are significant differences between different life cycle stages of en- terprise competitiveness in China. The enterprise competitiveness is stronger and stronger during the periods from the enterprise's birth to maturity, while in the enterprise's recession period the competitiveness becomes much weaker. The competitiveness's constitutive features in each stage are as follows: in the enterprise's born stage the enterprise is lack of resources and its competition mainly relies on the ability; in the enterprise's growth stage the enterprise's resources become richer and are as important as enterprise's ability in the constitution of enterprise competitiveness; in the maturity stage the enterprise's people, money and material resources all become very rich but the role of capability in enterprise competitiveness begins to decrease; in the enterprise's recession stage the en- terprise resources begin to exhaust, and the enterprise's competitiveness returns to rely on capability, and in this period the enterprise's learning ability, innovation ability and dynamic mechanisms perform worst, which will affect the enterprise's revival and lead to the ultimate death of enterprise. These conclusions have great value for reference to the enterprise's competitive strategy making for different life cycle stages.展开更多
