伦理守则的采用和实施可以从以下几方面对企业道德行为产生影响:首先,伦理守则的采用可以提高员工对道德问题的意识程度和重视程度;其次,伦理守则具体内容的制定有利于员工做出符合本企业道德要求的道德判断并且提供可能采用的行为方案... 伦理守则的采用和实施可以从以下几方面对企业道德行为产生影响:首先,伦理守则的采用可以提高员工对道德问题的意识程度和重视程度;其次,伦理守则具体内容的制定有利于员工做出符合本企业道德要求的道德判断并且提供可能采用的行为方案;再次,伦理守则的具体实施有利于提高企业决策活动符合道德要求的机率。要使伦理守则真正发挥作用还需要以下一些条件:第一,企业伦理守则与企业价值观的契合度;第二,企业伦理守则意思表述的清晰度;第三,伦理守则沟通传达的效度;第四,伦理守则实施范围的广度;第五,伦理守则具体可操作度;第六,领导者和管理者对企业伦理守则实施的支持力度;第七,企业其他制度对企业伦理守则的保障力度。目前中国企业就伦理守则方面而言,存在以下突出的问题:第一,制定和实施伦理守则的企业凤毛麟角;第二,企业伦理守则和企业经营行为不符;第三,企业领导者在执行伦理守则中没有起到模范作用。 展开更多

Malaysia has long been involved in the initiative of becoming a high income country by the year 2020. In this essence, fighting and eliminating any means of corruption in the public and private companies have been one of the key challenges in the long run. The globalization of businesses has somehow led to an increase in the number of unethical conduct and hazardous corruption. In the urge to enliven ethics and integrity in a company and among employees, the whole business processes and stakeholders should position code of ethics and integrity at its highest standard. However, can ethics and integrity really increase the company's reputation, strengthening its business operations and sustainability, and deliver trust amongst employees and employers? The objective of this study is to analyze the perceptions of employees on issues pertaining ethics and integrity. The study has been conducted in one of the giant telecommunication companies in Malaysia where a sample of 7,056 employees were the participants involved in the survey. The study has used questionnaires to collect data. The data have then been analysed using the SPSS data analysis software. The findings explained that employees view the company as an ethical place to work where the finance department is deemed to have the highest level of integrity. While in matters of corruption risk areas, there are still practices of bribery. It is also founded that a majority of respondents about 93% agree that the company's initiatives are effective in building business integrity and that the level of business ethics and integrity has improved over the last two years. Running a business with ethics and integrity while selecting the fight business partners will create a corporation of ethics, integrity, and anti-corruption. 展开更多

Culture is the temperament and style reflecting of the spirit and the consciousness of human beings and even the individuals. Enterprise is an organization which unites the established development goals and the individuals. Naturally, this humanistic enterprise groups should have a certain "temperament" and "style." Compared with the persons, this temperament and style, is the result of the collision, agitation, adjustments, tuning and optimized, representing the collective personality. Instead leaded by the individual consciousness, it is collective, organizational personality and style expressed by individual deeds and awareness and. In other words, corporate culture is a long-term production and business activities in the form of consciousness, and the comprehensive reflection of the business purpose, values and ethical conduct abided by the majority of employees. 展开更多
