Exploration and Construction of New ＂4-to-l＂ School- enterprise Cooperation Model in Private Colleges and Universities

The new ＂4-to-1＂ school-enterprise cooperation model is constructed in combination with the automation program provided by Tianshi College. The new school-enterprise cooperation model is an effective way for Tianshi College to train high-quality skilled personnel, an important carrier to deepen the production-study-research cooperation education, and also an important part to improve the work quality of personnel cultivation. In China, it is an urgent need of the current employment situation, but also an important strategy for Tianshi College to attain a lon^-term stable develot^ment.
