高速铁路联调联试过程中,试验列车根据地面信号机允许运行的信号或列控车载设备允许运行的速度值运行,由调度员向列车司机发布调度命令来指挥列车运行。通过分析特殊场景调度命令发布情况,结合联调联试试验计划提前制定的特点,在联调联... 高速铁路联调联试过程中,试验列车根据地面信号机允许运行的信号或列控车载设备允许运行的速度值运行,由调度员向列车司机发布调度命令来指挥列车运行。通过分析特殊场景调度命令发布情况,结合联调联试试验计划提前制定的特点,在联调联试行车组织办法中明确特殊场景不再发布调度命令,并在联调联试运输组织日计划中公布试验内容,实现有计划的特殊场景。调度员无须发布调度命令,有利于减轻调度员、司机的工作量;有利于提前将相关内容在运输组织日计划中公布,以便相关人员掌握;还有利于在确保安全的前提下,进一步提高联调联试效率,为高速铁路联调联试安全、高效开展提供技术规章支撑。 展开更多

To integrate different renewable energy resources effectively in a microgrid, a configuration optimization model of a multi-energy distributed generation(DG) system and its auxiliary equipment is proposed. The model mainly consists of two parts, the determination of initial configuration schemes according to user preference and the selection of the optimal scheme. The comprehensive evaluation index(CEI), which is acquired through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) weight calculation method, is adopted as the evaluation criterion to rank the initial schemes. The optimal scheme is obtained according to the ranking results. The proposed model takes the diversity of different equipment parameters and investment cost into consideration and can give relatively suitable and economical suggestions for system configuration.Additionally, unlike Homer Pro, the proposed model considers the complementation of different renewable energy resources, and thus the rationality of the multi-energy DG system is improved compared with the single evaluation criterion method which only considers the total cost. 展开更多

The classical method for selection... The optimization process of embedded, or DG (distributed generation) is a very complex task, and it should be evaluated and compared by means of multi-criteria methods of analysis. The classical method for selection is usually based only on a single criterion analysis, and it is defined by thermal or economic aspects. The problem of optimal dispatch of DG is typical example of optimization, because it differs from the classical problem of generation dispatch in the power system, due to the specific criteria related to the DG interconnection. The most important goals are to maximize the renewable production and to minimize the total cost, while satisfying additional constraints related to the operation of a distribution network. As there are many DGs in a distribution network, it is very complicated to decide the optimal DG outputs to satisfy all the criteria and constraints imposed by the distribution network. Another problem is the lack of the dispatcher control over DGs, and very often, the only available action is to switch on or off the generator. Finally, network operator and DG owner perspective are often opposed regarding appropriate control action in the network. In this paper, a multicriteria decision support based on AHP (analytical hierarchical processes) method is proposed for the choice of the dispatching action. The method is illustrated on the choice of the DG to be switched off in the case or reverse power flow. 展开更多

This paper presents a novel design procedure for optimizing the power distribution strategy in distributed generation system. A coordinating controller, responsible to distribute the total load power request among multiple DG units, is suggested based on the conception of hierarchical control structure in the dynamic system. The optimal control problem was formulated as a nonlinear optimization problem subject to set of constraints. The resulting problem was solved using the Kuhn-Tucker method. Computer simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can provide better efficiency in terms of reducing total costs compared to existing methods. In addition, the proposed optimal load distribution strategy can be easily implemented in real-time thanks to the simplicity of closed-form solutions. 展开更多

A design method for light-emitting diode (LED) array is proposed to achieve a good uniform illumination distribution on target plane. By using random walk algorithm, the basic LED array modules are optimized ftrstly. The optimized basic arrays can generate uniform illumination distribution on their target plane. The optimized basic LED array mod- ules can be integrated into a large LED array module with more than tens of LEDs. In the large array, we can select a sub-array with K LEDs (K〉7), which can produce the good uniform illumination distribution. By this way, we design two LED arrays which consist of 21 and 25 LEDs, respectively. The 21-LED array and 25-LED array can generate uniform illumination distributions with the uniformities of 95% and 90%, respectively. 展开更多
