三种优化精子处理方法的评价

目的:为了解上游法、Percoll梯度离心法、Isolate密度梯度离心法等精子优化处理方法处理精液的质量。方法:我们选取124例女性原因引起的继发不孕的夫妇,将男方的精液标本随机分四组,每组各31例,分别为对照组,上游组、Percoll组及Isolat... 目的:为了解上游法、Percoll梯度离心法、Isolate密度梯度离心法等精子优化处理方法处理精液的质量。方法:我们选取124例女性原因引起的继发不孕的夫妇,将男方的精液标本随机分四组,每组各31例,分别为对照组,上游组、Percoll组及Isolate组。用DNA荧光染色精子动静态分析系统(简称荧光CASA)分析精子密度、a+b级、正常形态率和绿色荧光精子率。结果:三处理组富集的精子a+b级活力、正常形态率、绿色荧光精子明显高于对照组(P<0.01),Percoll组和Isolate组与对照组的精子密度无显著差异(P>0.05),但上游组与对照组相比精子密度明显降低(P<0.01);三处理组之间比较,获得的精子a+b级活力、正常形态率没有明显差异(P>0.05),但精子回收Percoll密度梯度离心法和Isolate密度梯度离心法明显高于上游法(P<0.01),Isolate密度梯度离心法富集绿色荧光精子最多,对精子损伤最小。结论:Isolate密度梯度离心法比上游法、Percoll梯度离心法处理精液效果好,在辅助生殖技术治疗中应优先选择。 展开更多

双偏振雷达的一个重要应用是进行定量降水估测(QPE),常用的双偏振雷达降水估测方法主要有基于反射率(ZH)的R(ZH)关系、基于ZH和差分反射率(Z_(DR))的R(Z_(H),Z_(DR))关系、基于差分传播相移率(K_(dp))的R(K_(dp))关系、基于K_(dp)和Z_(... 双偏振雷达的一个重要应用是进行定量降水估测(QPE),常用的双偏振雷达降水估测方法主要有基于反射率(ZH)的R(ZH)关系、基于ZH和差分反射率(Z_(DR))的R(Z_(H),Z_(DR))关系、基于差分传播相移率(K_(dp))的R(K_(dp))关系、基于K_(dp)和Z_(DR)的R(K_(dp),Z_(DR))关系四种。本文利用厦门X波段相控阵雷达组网试验的36个降水时段的小时降水资料,采用最优化处理法,对S波段双偏振雷达适用的四种降水估测方法分别进行优化,使其适用于X波段相控阵雷达,并将优化后估测方法的测雨效果与X波段雷达自带的定量降水估测产品(X-QPE)进行对比评估,结果表明:(1)使用偏振参量K_(dp)的降水估测关系能够改善雷达的降水估测效果,R(K_(dp))、R(K_(dp),Z_(DR))的测雨效果相对于R(Z_(H))、R(Z_(H),Z_(DR))有明显提升。其中R(K_(dp),Z_(DR))在降水估测的误差以及稳定性方面表现最优,其效果优于X-QPE。(2)R(K_(dp),Z_(DR))对于稳定性以及混合性降水的估测效果略差于X-QPE,对于大雨量级的降水效果略差于R(Z_(H)),但对于暴雨量级的降水、对流性质的降水以及深对流降水,R(K_(dp),Z_(DR))测雨效果的提升非常显著。 展开更多

This paper proposes a cochlear prosthetic system with an implanted digital signal processor (DSP). This system transmits voice-band signals with a low data rate through the wireless link, free of the data-rate limitation and suitable for future development. By optimizing the speech processing algorithm and the DSP hardware design, the implanted DSP manages to execute the continuous interleaved sampling (CIS) algorithm at a clock frequency of 3MHz and a power consumption of only 1.91mW. With an analytic power-transmission efficiency of the wireless inductive link (40%), the power overhead caused by the implanted DSP is derived as 2.87roW,which is trivial when compared with the power consumption of existing cochlear prosthetic systems (tens of milliwatts). With the DSP implanted,this new system can.be easily developed into a fully implanted cochlear prosthesis. 展开更多

In this paper, a new evolutionary algorithm based on a membrane system is proposed to solve the dynamic or uncertain optimization problems. The proposed algorithm employs objects, a dynamical membrane structure and several reaction rules of the membrane systems. The object represents a candidate solution of the optimization problems. The dynamical structure consists of the nested membranes where a skin membrane contains several membranes, which is useful for the proposed algorithm that finds optimal solutions. The reaction rules are designed to locate and track the optimal solutions of the dynamic optimization problems (DOPs), which are inspired by processing the chemical compounds in the region of cellular membranes. Experimental study is conducted based on the moving peaks benchmark to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm in comparison with three state-of-the-art dynamic optimization algorithms. The results indicate the proposed algorithm is effective to solve the DOPs. 展开更多
