引进外资贵在优化结构管理

当前我国正在实施西部大开发,引进外资越来越多,引进规模越来越大,引进层次越来越复杂,引进渠道越来越多样化。这对缓解我国资金紧张,促进我国经济建设大发展起了积极作用。然而在瞬息万变、错综复杂的国际金融市场中,引进外资必须紧紧抓住优化外资结构这个核心,才能达到防范风险、提高效益、事半功倍的效应。所谓优化外资结构管理,就是指引进外资中的投向结构、进出结构、利率结构、期限结构。

Study on the Industry Structure of Employment and Its Optimizing Measures in China

This article studies the change in the industry structure of employment in China based on the practical analysis of data of the change in the industry structure of employment and the production value of three major sectors and GNP. At the same time, the article studies the status quo of the industry structure of employment in China compared with other countries. On the basis of these studies, the article indicates the main problems in the industry structure of employment in China and gives some countermeasures to optimize it.
