优化医院感染控制对提升静配中心输液管理质量的意义分析 被引量:7

目的探讨优化医院感染控制对提升静配中心输液管理质量的应用效果。方法对2018年3月—2019年3月静配中心的输液管理质量进行总结与分析,并于2019年5月—2020年5月实施相应的院内感染控制优化措施。对比优化前后的输液管理质量水平。结... 目的探讨优化医院感染控制对提升静配中心输液管理质量的应用效果。方法对2018年3月—2019年3月静配中心的输液管理质量进行总结与分析,并于2019年5月—2020年5月实施相应的院内感染控制优化措施。对比优化前后的输液管理质量水平。结果经过优化措施后,静配中心内空气、医疗用品、物体表面以及医护人员手部的细菌菌落均有显著减少(P<0.05);且工作区域空气、医疗用具、工作人员手部以及操作平台等方面的消毒合格率也有明显提升(P<0.05);此外经过优化措施后,各科室对静配中心操作环境、操作质量、操作效率以及药品包装等方面的满意度评分均明显提升(P<0.05)。结论在静脉用药调配中心采取相应的医院感染控制优化措施,对其输液管理质量水平的提升具有重要意义。 展开更多

目的通过优化病案质控措施,对比措施优化前后病案质量的变化,提出提高病案质量的方法与措施。方法选取2020年1月1日-2020年12月31日42015份和2021年1月1日-2021年12月31日52398份终末病案质控的数据进行对比分析,采用Excel 2010版对不... 目的通过优化病案质控措施,对比措施优化前后病案质量的变化,提出提高病案质量的方法与措施。方法选取2020年1月1日-2020年12月31日42015份和2021年1月1日-2021年12月31日52398份终末病案质控的数据进行对比分析,采用Excel 2010版对不同年份终末病案的缺陷类型和住院病案首页缺陷状况进行描述性分析,使用SPSS 24.0进行卡方检验分析病案质控措施优化前后病案质量的差异性。结果病案质控措施优化后,病案缺陷份数由2020年的9682份降到了2021年的8025份;作为病案缺陷的主要类型的住院病案首页(3583份,44.65%)和病程记录(985份,12.28%),2021年二者的份数和占比均出现了较大幅度的下降;病案质控措施优化前住院病案首页主要缺陷是入院途径错误,优化后主要缺陷转变为离院方式错误;病案质控措施优化后病案甲级率从2020年的98.66%上升至2021年的99.02%,乙级率从1.1%下降至0.85%,丙级率由0.24%下降到0.13%,卡方分析结果显示,不同年份的病案质量差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论通过病案质控措施的优化,采取人工质控与信息化质控相结合的方式,大大提高了病案质量和病案数据效能。 展开更多

Review of pre-processing technologies for ice cores

High-resolution ice core records covering long time spans enable reconstruction of the past climatic and environmental conditions allowing the investigation of the earth system's evolution. Preprocessing of ice cores has direct impacts on the data quality control for further analysis since the conventional ice core processing is time-consuming, produces qualitative data, leads to ice mass loss, and leads to risks of potential secondary pollution. However, over the past several decades, preprocessing of ice cores has received less attention than the improvement of ice drilling, the analytical methodology of various indices, and the researches on the climatic and environmental significance of ice core records. Therefore, this papers reviews the development of the processing for ice cores including framework, design as well as materials, analyzes the technical advantages and disadvantages of the different systems. In the past, continuous flowanalysis(CFA) has been successfully applied to process the polar ice cores. However, it is not suitable for ice cores outside polar region because of high level of particles, the memory effect between samples, and the filtration before injection. Ice core processing is a subtle and professional operation due to the fragility of the nonmetallic materials and the random distribution of particles and air bubbles in ice cores, which aggravates uncertainty in the measurements. The future developments of CFA are discussed in preprocessing, memory effect, challenge for brittle ice, coupling with real-time analysis and optimization of CFA in the field. Furthermore, non-polluting cutters with many different configurations could be designed to cut and scrape in multiple directions and to separate inner and outer portions of the core. This system also needs to be coupled with streamlined operation of packaging, coding, and stacking that can be implemented at high resolution and rate, avoiding manual intervention. At the same time, information of the longitudinal sections could be scanned andidentified, and then classified to obtain quantitative data. In addition, irregular ice volume and weight can also be obtained accurately. These improvements are recorded automatically via user-friendly interfaces. These innovations may be applied to other paleomedias with similar features and needs. 展开更多

A class of networked control systems is investigated whose communication network is shared with other applications. The design objective for such a system setting is not only the optimization of the control performance but also the efficient utilization of the communication resources. We observe that at a large time scale the data packet delay in the communication network is roughly varying piecewise constant, which is typically true for data networks like the Internet. Based on this observation, a dynamic data packing scheme is proposed within the recently developed packet-based control framework for networked control systems. As expected this proposed approach achieves a fine balance between the control performance and the communication utilization: the similar control performance can be obtained at dramatically reduced cost of the communication resources. Simulations illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

The multi-source and single-sink(MSSS) topology in wireless sensor networks(WSNs) is defined as a network topology,where all of nodes can gather,receive and transmit data to the sink.In energy-constrained WSNs with such a topology,the joint optimal design in the physical,medium access control(MAC) and network layers is considered for network lifetime maximization(NLM).The problem of integrating multi-layer information to compute NLM,which involves routing flow,link schedule and transmission power,is formulated as a nonlinear optimization problem.Specially under time division multiple access(TDMA) scheme,this problem can be transformed into a convex optimization problem.To solve it analytically we make use of the property that local optimization is global optimization in convex problem.This allows us to exploit the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) optimality conditions to solve it and obtain analytical solution expression,i.e.,the globally optimal network lifetime(NL).NL is derived as a function of number of nodes,their initial energy and data rate arrived at them. Based on the analysis of analytical approach,it takes the influence of data rates,link access and routing method over NLM into account.Moreover,the globally optimal transmission schemes are achieved by solution set during analytical approach and applied to algorithms in TDMA-based WSNs aiming at NLM on OMNeT++ to compare with other suboptimal schemes. 展开更多
