目的:了解四氧嘧啶致小鼠糖尿病模型建立的实验条件和主要影响因素。方法:观察小鼠性别、体重、禁食时间、四氧嘧啶剂量、四氧嘧啶溶媒的不同组合,对造模成功率、死亡率的影响。结果:选择体重27~29g的雄性小鼠禁食24 h,并用pH值为4.... 目的:了解四氧嘧啶致小鼠糖尿病模型建立的实验条件和主要影响因素。方法:观察小鼠性别、体重、禁食时间、四氧嘧啶剂量、四氧嘧啶溶媒的不同组合,对造模成功率、死亡率的影响。结果:选择体重27~29g的雄性小鼠禁食24 h,并用pH值为4.5柠檬酸缓冲液溶解的160 mg/kg四氧嘧啶腹腔注射,获得成模率较高、死亡率较低、血糖较持续稳定的糖尿病小鼠模型。结论:本次造模条件组合优化,充分考虑了各影响因素之间的关联与制约,筛选出较理想的造模条件。 展开更多

目的比较不同基质配方的普萘洛尔对豚鼠耳背部皮肤银屑病模型的干预作用。方法将24只豚鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组、模型基质组1、模型基质组2、模型基质组3,每组6只。空白对照组,双耳外侧每日外涂凡士林软膏,模型组用不同基质配方的5%... 目的比较不同基质配方的普萘洛尔对豚鼠耳背部皮肤银屑病模型的干预作用。方法将24只豚鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组、模型基质组1、模型基质组2、模型基质组3,每组6只。空白对照组,双耳外侧每日外涂凡士林软膏,模型组用不同基质配方的5%的普萘洛尔软膏均匀涂于豚鼠双耳耳背部,每日涂3次,共20 d。10 d、20 d后分别对豚鼠耳背部皮肤进行数码相机拍照和采用游标卡尺测量耳部厚度。处死,取左耳部皮肤做病理。结果不同基质配方5%普萘洛尔干预10 d后,三组模型基质组豚鼠耳背部皮肤出现明显红斑、红点,部分出现结痂,以模型基质组2最为明显。干预20 d后,豚鼠耳背部皮肤上述现象已不十分明显。不同基质配方的5%普萘洛尔干预10 d后,与空白对照组比较,3组模型基质组豚鼠耳背部皮肤厚度明显增加,以模型基质组2增加最为明显(P<0.05)。5%普萘洛尔干预20 d后,与空白对照组比较,3组模型基质组豚鼠耳背部皮肤厚度明显增加,以模型基质组1和2增加最为明显(P<0.05)。不同基质配方的5%普萘洛尔干预20 d后,与空白对照组比较,3组模型基质组豚鼠耳背部皮肤均出现表皮增厚,明显的角化不全或角化过度,颗粒层变薄或不连续,颗粒细胞减少,棘层肥厚,真表皮交界处呈波浪状起伏。真皮层见有少量炎症细胞浸润。模型基质组2病理改变最为明显。结论不同基质配方的普萘洛尔对豚鼠耳背部皮肤均可造成银屑病模型,以5%普萘洛尔(含透皮剂)+35%PVA(成膜材料)组效果最为明显。随着干预时间的延长,病变有减轻的倾向,说明这种造模方法模拟的是银屑病急性期的病理改变。 展开更多

Automatic Optimization of Chirp Setting Parameters in Medical Ultrasound Contrast Imaging

Medical ultrasound contrast imaging is a powerful modality undergoing successive developments in the last decade to date Lately, pulse inversion has been used in both ultrasound tissue harmonic and contrast imaging. However, there was a tradeoff between resolution and penetration. Chirp excitations partially solved the tradeoff, but the chirp setting parameters were not optimized. The present work proposes for the first time combining chirp inversion with ultrasound contrast imaging, with the motivation to improve the contrast, by automatically optimizing the setting parameters of chirp excitation, it is thus an optimal command problem. Linear chirps, 5 μm diameter microbubbles and gradient ascent algorithm were simulated to optimize the chirp setting parameters. Simulations exhibited a gain of 5 dB by automatic optimization of chirp inversion relative to pulse inversion. The automatic optimization process was quite fast. Combining chirp inversion with ultrasound contrast imaging led to a maximum backscattered power permitting high contrast outcomes and optimum parameters. 展开更多

This paper presents a method to reconstruct symmetric geometric models from point cloud with inherent symmetric structure. Symmetry types commonly found in engineering parts, i.e., translational, reflectional and rotational symmetries are considered. The reconstruction problem is formulated as a constrained optimization, where the objective function is the sum of squared distances of points to the model, and constraints are enforced to keep geometric relationships in the model. First, the explicit representations of symmetric models are presented. Then, by using the concept of parameterized points (where the coor-dinate components are represented as functions rather than constants), the distances of points to symmetric models are deduced. With these distance functions, symmetry information, for both 2D and 3D models, is uniformly represented in the process of reconstruction. The constrained optimization problem is solved by a standard nonlinear optimization method. Owing to the explicit representation of symmetry information, the computational complexity of our method is reduced greatly. Since the complex impeller structure and the difficult remanufacturing process may easily cause advance remanufacturing or excessive use,an optimized design method of impeller and service mapping model was presented for its proactive remanufacturing with setting up to explore the best remanufacturing time point in this work.Considering a certain model of long distance pipeline compressor impeller with the Basquin equation and the design method of impeller,the mathematical relationship between the changes of structure and life of the impeller was established.And the service mapping model between the structure and life was set up and simulated by ANSYS software.Thus,the service mapping model was applied to feedback the original design for proactive remanufacturing.In this work,the best proactive remanufacturing time point of impeller was analyzed with the service mapping model,and the structural parameter values could be optimized at this time point.Meanwhile,in the results of this simulation,it proves that the impeller under this optimization performance could satisfy the impeller operating demands.Therefore,comparing with the traditional optimization design method,the remanufacturing optimized design based on the service mapping model is feasible in proactive remanufacturing for sustainable development. 展开更多
