优洁脂质水胶泡沫敷料预防脊柱俯卧位手术病人术中额面部压力性损伤的效果 被引量:1

目的:探讨优洁脂质水胶泡沫敷料预防脊柱俯卧位手术病人术中额面部压力性损伤的效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2021年12月于我院骨科就诊并行脊柱俯卧位手术治疗的病人70例作为研究对象,遵循随机原则将病人分为研究组与对照组,各35例。两... 目的:探讨优洁脂质水胶泡沫敷料预防脊柱俯卧位手术病人术中额面部压力性损伤的效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2021年12月于我院骨科就诊并行脊柱俯卧位手术治疗的病人70例作为研究对象,遵循随机原则将病人分为研究组与对照组,各35例。两组病人均接受手术配合护理,对照组病人面部受压处使用多爱肤标准敷料水胶体敷料;研究组病人的面部受压处使用优洁脂质水胶泡沫敷料。比较两组病人术中额面部压力性损伤发生情况(发生例数、分期情况、损伤个数、损伤面积)、术后受压部位疼痛程度、术后舒适度、住院时间、治疗费用及护理满意度。结果:研究组术中额面部压力性损伤发生率低于对照组,损伤面积小于对照组(P<0.05)。经重复测量方差分析,两组术后12 h、24 h、72 h受压部位疼痛程度(VAS)评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组病人术后1 d、3 d、7 d简化舒适状况量表(GCQ)中生理、心理精神、环境、社会文化4个维度评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组住院时间短于对照组,治疗费用低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:优洁脂质水胶泡沫敷料用于预防脊柱俯卧位手术病人术中,可降低额面部压力性损伤发生率,减轻术后受压部位疼痛程度,提高病人术后舒适度,并可缩短病人的住院时间,降低治疗费用,提高病人的护理满意度。 展开更多

目的观察优洁泡沫敷料治疗Ⅱ期压疮创面的临床疗效。方法 83例Ⅱ期压疮患者随机分成实验组(43例)和对照组(40例),实验组采用优洁泡沫敷料换药处理,对照组则采用皮维碘外敷换药方法处理,比较两组的疗效。结果实验组治愈率为88.4%(38/43)... 目的观察优洁泡沫敷料治疗Ⅱ期压疮创面的临床疗效。方法 83例Ⅱ期压疮患者随机分成实验组(43例)和对照组(40例),实验组采用优洁泡沫敷料换药处理,对照组则采用皮维碘外敷换药方法处理,比较两组的疗效。结果实验组治愈率为88.4%(38/43),明显高于对照组的62.5%(25/40),实验组的换药次数较对照组明显减少,愈合时间亦明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论在Ⅱ期压疮创面中运用优洁敷料换药的方法效果优于使用皮维碘换药的方法。 展开更多

The experimental study was carried out to optimize the nozzle shape and dimension for the pulse cleaning of a ceramic filter candle. A bench scale unit of ceramic filter consisting of four commercial filter elements was used to measure the traces of the transient pressure around the nozzle and the overpressure in the filter cavity during the pulse-jet injection of pulse gas. Overpressure in the filter cavity is related to the pulse cleaning force. Nozzle design is concerned to increase the overpressure at the open end of filter element of pulse cleaning inlet, as well as to minimize the consumption of pulse gas. Convergent nozzle induces more secondary flow and generates higher pulse cleaning effect than straight nozzle. Nozzles of different convergent ratio (ratio of outlet to inlet diameter of nozzle) by changing the convergent angle and height were tested. The outlet diameter of convergent nozzle seriously influences the cleaning effect. The optimum convergent ratio increases with the increase of pulse gas pressure The nozzle position (distance of nozzle tip from the open end of filter inlet) is also important to decide the nozzle dimension. Nozzle of large outlet diameter accepts high pressure of pulse gas to provide large overpressure in the filter cavity of top position by applying long distance. 展开更多

Optimizing GSHP Performance with ICT and RETScreen Plus

RETScreen Plus is a freely ... Under the RHO (renewable heat obligation), public buildings in the Republic of Korea must achieve an 11% overall reduction to thermal energy consumption in buildings more than 10,0O0 m^2. RETScreen Plus is a freely available software tool developed by the Canadian Government which can be used to develop energy baselines of clean energy technologies. Using curve-fitting and statistical methods like CUSUM, the software can combine actual energy performance with near real time weather information from NASA. We developed a method to simulate the performance of a GSHP (ground source heat pump). The three distinct energy zones involve heating, no-energy, and cooling. RETScreen Plus methodology is used to develop curve fits for each distinct zone as it builds a correlation with NASA satellite data. The model then factors the impact of ICT (information and control technologies) as a means to improve and lower the building's energy consumption. Two values of COP (coefficient of performance) are used--the first is a standard ICT COP, while the second is an improved ICT COP with a smart controller. This methodology can then be expanded to incorporate current and future smart meter technologies, time of use rates, energy price signals, demand response and electricity storage options. In summary, this methodology enables a building owner or energy conservation official to quickly and accurately determine the baseline energy for a building and the potential impacts of smart ICT technologies, especially for buildings equipped with GSHP technologies. 展开更多

In this paper there is described a system architecture to find time-optimal dynamic route for garbage trucks within "Smart Clean City" project which unites an approach to put special electronic devices on the garbage containers with the developed software responsible for the detecting the filled up containers and building the optimal way to collect the garbage. There is proposed a formal mathematical model of the task of dynamic optimal route and formal the optimization criterion for time-optimal garbage collection of all waste from landfills. It is proved exact in the sense that local optimizers of a nonlinear program are precisely the optimizers of the associated penalty function under some nondegeneracy assumption. It is simple in the sense that the penalty function only includes the objective function and constrained functions, and it doesn't include their gradients.
