Considering the influence of reagent adjustment in different flotation bank on the final production index and the difficulty of establishing an effective mathematical model,a coordinated optimization method for dosage...Considering the influence of reagent adjustment in different flotation bank on the final production index and the difficulty of establishing an effective mathematical model,a coordinated optimization method for dosage reagent based on key characteristics variation tendency and case-based reasoning is proposed.On the basis of the expert reagent regulation method in antimony flotation process,the reagent dosage pre-setting model of the roughing–scavenging bank is constructed based on case-based reasoning.Then,the sensitivity index is used to calculate the key features of reagent dosage.The reagent dosage compensation model is constructed based on the variation tendency of the key features in the roughing and scavenging process.At last,the prediction model is used to finish the classification and discriminant analysis.The simulation results and industrial experiment in antimony flotation process show that the proposed method reduces fluctuation of the tailings indicators and the cost of reagent dosage.It can lay a foundation for optimizing the whole process of flotation.展开更多

Under some appropriate assumptions on the profit and utility functions, the open-loop Stackelberg equilibrium solution which is time- dependent is obtained. Result shows that 1) the optimal strategies derived from differential game and traditional unilateral optimal control approaches are different; 2) both marginal profit rate and the market rate of interest have great effect on the equilibrium solution; and 3) the government should think about the firm’s potential reaction when selecting tax rates and the timing of taxation.展开更多
Molecular docking method plays an important role on the quest of potential drug candidates, which has been proven to be a valuable tool for virtual screening. Molecular docking is commonly referred to as a parameter o...Molecular docking method plays an important role on the quest of potential drug candidates, which has been proven to be a valuable tool for virtual screening. Molecular docking is commonly referred to as a parameter optimization problem. During the last decade, some optimization algorithms have been introduced, such as Lamarckian genetic algorithm (LGA) and SODOCK embedded in the AutoDock program. On the basis of the latest docking software AutoDock4.2, we present a novel docking program ABCDock, which incorporates mutual artificial bee colony (MutualABC) into AutoDock. Computer simulation results demonstrate that ABCDock takes precedence over AutoDock and SODOCK, in terms of convergence performance, accuracy, and the lowest energy, especially for highly flexible ligands. It is noteworthy that ARCDock yields a higher success rate. Also, in comparison with the other state-of-the-art docking methods, namely GOLD, DOCK and FlexX, ABCDock provides the smallest RMSD in 27 of 37 cases.展开更多
