区域会展业协同创新发展模式及路径研究

会展业以会议业、展览业、节事活动和奖励旅游为核心,是一个新兴的服务行业。随着经济的发展和相关制度的不断完善,使得会展业得到了大力发展。本文就目前我国区域会展业的现状,提出了若干会展经济在发展过程中所暴露的问题,并在方案可行的前提下探讨了相关问题的改善建议。既应该抓住会展业带来的发展机遇,更应该解决现存的问题,并确定合理的发展方向,才能实现区域会展经济的稳步健康发展。

Analyzing and Pondering on the Regulation of Urban Construction Land Expansion

Along with the economic development and the acceleration of urbanization,urban construction land expands rapidly in China,and has resulted in a series of socio-economic problems.This article summarized the major points of controlling the unchecked and rash expansion of construction land in the academic circle,and analyzed the problems of regulating the expansion of construction land from three aspects.First,this article analyzed the relationships between socio-economic development and urbanization from the historical viewpoints,and pointed out that the expansion of construction land is a historical phenomenon which will be surely appeared in the development of human race.Second,the authors utilized two-sector model to analyze the importance of urbanization in the socio-economic development from the academic angles.At last,the authors utilize four-quadrant model and bidrent curve model to analyze the influence that brought by the strict control of construction land expansion.Through analysis,this article drew some conclusions.First,the expansion of construction land is a phenomenon which will surely appear in the social development.It is impossible to accomplish the national modernization on the basis of dualistic structure between urban and rural areas.Second,under the function of rent gradient gap,strict control of construction land expansion will not only obtain the anticipated effects,but also cause a series of socio-economic problems,such as land-levying contradiction,the appearance of limited property right house,and being dependant on lease instead of expropriation.Third,unreasonable policies and governmental behaviors are the roots of the unchecked and rash expansion of urban construction land.Based on these conclusions,this article proposed that three transformations should be realized to regulate the unchecked and rash expansion of construction land:transfers from quantity regulation to quality regulation,from direct regulation to indirect regulation,and from single-measure regulation to multi-measures regulation.

Identifi cation of national priority areas for adaptation to climate change in China

The problem of global warming has been identif ied as the f irst in the list of the top ten environmental prob-lems in the world.As climate change will seriously affect the social and natural world that people live in,so it may lay serious repercussions on economic progress,social improvement,and sustainable development.International bodies everywhere and many of the countries' governments are responding urgently to this call.In recent years,climate change has affected different regions in China in different ways.In its national agenda,the Chinese government should address the problem of climate change and its negative impact on socio-economic development.In this endeavor the nation should introduce policies which will help its people and economy to adapt to these effects and changes.Priorityf ields of adaptation to climate change are the sensitive areas or departments which are more vulnerable to the negative influences of climate change.The negative impacts of climate change in some parts of China are considered to be very serious indeed as they affect the whole economy and community.As a result,priority should be given to these more affected regions for the limited state f inancing.This paper def ines adaptation and discusses the basic principles and programs in the identif ication of national priority areas where adaptation should be exercised.Based on the past studies,four priority areas in China are identif ied,namely,disaster prevention and mitigation,water resources,agriculture,and ecosystem.An analysis on the identifi cation procedures,and the reasons and tasks involved are given for each.

Research on Willingness and Influenced Factors of Delayed Retirement

Extending the retirement age is an inevitable trend with the extension of the life expectancy of the population, reducing the financial burden of pensions, increasing the utilization rate of human capital, alleviating the shortage of the labor market and other social problems. More and more countries are beginning to impose extended retirement policies, like United States, South Korea, Canada and Nordic countries and so on, all have taken some measures to delay retirement. However, the general social recognition is not high. Both the aged group, the education level and the individual＇s lifestyle have a significant impact on the delayed retirement age policy. Severe aging situation puts the future pension system at risk, based on the interests of the country, delayed retirement will help utilize the human capital and relieve the country＇ s financial pressure; from individual perspective, extending retirement age can help reduce the provision for the aged people. This article based on previous literatures review, through conducted the survey of people in Halmstad to analyze the local citizen＇s perception on delayed retirement and the influencing factors behind. Concluded that willingness of delayed retirement among people is not very high, reasons vary from different kinds of people.

Explored on more fair and sustainable social security system

State Policy on the Environment in Vietnamese Handicraft Villages

Handicraft villages play an important role in promoting social and economic development in rural areas as well as Vietnam＇s economy. Nowadays, Vietnam＇s handicrafts have a foothold in the world market, and are exported over 163 countries and territories （Tuan, 2010）. However, the production activities of the handicraft village have a lot of shortcomings, especially the problem of environmental pollution （Chi, 2010）. Therefore, government policy plays a very important role to minimize environmental pollution villages, contributing to improving environmental quality and public health. This paper focuses on： 1）. Current status of state policy environment in handicraft villages shows the achievements and limitations of the policy, from which reviews state policy in environments in handicraft villages （through fieldwork in the handicraft villages）; and 2）. Solution to improve state policy on environmental protection in handicraft villages in Vietnam.

A Study on the Remarriage Issues of the Rural Elderly

Sustainability Aspects of the Wheat Sector

In the frame of the present study, we examined the wheat sector with respect to economic and social sustainability. Accordingly, two research questions were formulated： （1） Is wheat production sustainable in economic terms？ and （2） Is wheat production sustainable in social terms？ Our view is that the content of sustainability can be defined on a case-by-case basis, and in our case, wheat production provides this content. To answer the research questions, we collected statistical data on the production area, average yield, production volume, selling price, consumption of wheat, and evaluated the tendencies prevalent in the sector. We suppose that in social terms, sustainability means maintaining consumption at least at a constant level, knowing that this sector produces considerable share of the direct and indirect food raw materials. A chief dilemma is that world population is continuously growing, although the size of the cultivated area in the wheat sector has not indicated significant changes over the past few decades. Unless increasing the yields, severe decrease may occur in the per capita production of wheat in the long run. In this case, the current consumption level will not be sustainable in the medium run. In addition, in the long run, it may even have influence on the consumption level of other commodities.

System Dynamics Modeling for Sustainable Water Management of a Coastal Area in Shandong Province, China

Water is one of the basic materials in human existence and the development of society and economy. Its sustainable management has always been an eternal subject for the management of human society and also a complex systemic problem. How to take advantages of water has been a big event in such an agricultural country like China. As economically developed areas, coastal areas are facing water shortage problems due to the rapid economic and social development and inappropriate and unsustainable water management measures. To fully understand and study such problems faced by the coastal areas needs a systematic and integrated framework to consider the various social-economic, natural and engineering factors that affect the sustainable development of water in those areas. The SD （system dynamics） methodology, which is an approach that has been successfully used in solving complex systematic problems in general, and in solving water management problems in particular for more than 50 years, was applied to a typical coastal area, Longkou City in Shandong Province of China, to study and analyze the future sustainable water management of this city. Then the quantitative modeling and analysis of the water development were carried out through scenario analysis. Four different scenarios （business as usual, economic development, water resources protection, and comprehensive） were designed by changing the values of decision-making variables. The total water demand in 2030 of these four scenarios are 0.455 billion m3, 0.793 billion m3, 0.412 billion m3 and 0.487 billion m3, respectively; the corresponding water deficit of these scenarios are 0.292 billion m3, 0.634 billion m3, 0.254 billion m3 and 0.329 billion m3, respectively. The comparison results indicated that the comprehensive scenario is the optimal one among these designed scenarios. To totally solve the water shortage problem with the economy developed in Longkou City needs to take more effective measures to reduce water consumption and improve water conservation technologies.
