Howev...In Vietnam, in the current period, public investment plays an important role in the improvement of technical infrastructure systems, economic and social development of motivation to promote national development. However, the question is how to ensure that these sources of funds are used most effectively in terms of limited resources. In this article, the author would like to emphasize the critical role of the state auditor which is not only in the transparency of information, in enhancing the trust of the citizens, but also in providing important and reliable information to the public sector agencies, units, investors, and people in the society. From that, it could help to serve the management and administration of revenues and expenditures of the state budget as well as reasonably and efficiently using financial resources and assets. In case of perfectly conducting those tasks, they will contribute the power to the economy, fight corruption as loss or waste, and detect and prevent violations of law; improve the efficient use of the budget, the money, and property of the state; and serve effectively for the operation of the National Assembly and People＇s Councils at all levels of the implementation and monitoring function to decide important issues of national and local governments. With the above information, these matters in Vietnam will be solved through this paper that consists of five parts： （1） the basics about the current public investment in Vietnam; （2） the role of state auditing in improving performance management and monitoring of investment; （3） the limitations of state auditing in public investment; （4） many solutions to promote the role of state auditing in improving the effective investment activities; and （5） conclusion.展开更多
Background and aim:Social Media is a global tool where information is disseminated and accessed within twinkle of an eye,it reaches the target audience within seconds locally,continentally or cross-continentally.Socia...Background and aim:Social Media is a global tool where information is disseminated and accessed within twinkle of an eye,it reaches the target audience within seconds locally,continentally or cross-continentally.Social Media usage in nursing practices across globe is a burning issue in contemporary 21st century,as its negativity is widely spreading unprofessional code of conducts.Therefore,the study is to examine the effect of social media usage among 21st century nurses in Nigeria.Methodology:This analytical study was carried out using previous studies on related subject matters,and review the outcomes of the subjects.Nurses in Federal Republic of Nigeria were used as the sample via WhatsApp group and Facebook closed group,hence,it was conducted on examining how impactful is the usage of social media among Nigerian nurses.Results:Findings revealed that social media has come to stay in nursing,and the potential should be harnessed and integrated into nursing practices and curriculum,which will translate into professional care.Nurses should be educated on its negative usage as it delineates from professional conduct.There is a need for Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria(NMCN)as matter of urgency upgrade the code of professional conduct to accommodate the current trend of social media usage.Conclusion:It was concluded that Nurses in Nigeria should uphold professional code of practice while using social media as it’s a good source of litigation.It was recommended that nursing training curriculum should reflect current trend of social media and NMCN should review its code of professional practices highlighting the usage of social media.展开更多
Three votive monuments dedicated to the cult of Diana have been identified to date in the territory of Roman Municipium Timacum Minus. Accord...Three votive monuments dedicated to the cult of Diana have been identified to date in the territory of Roman Municipium Timacum Minus. Two of them are related to erection and restoration of the temple of Diana. According to onomastic formulae of the dedicants’ names, the first monument may be dated into the period of Emperor Hadrian’s rule or immediately after it, and the other into the period of the reign of Marcus Aurelius or directly following it. The main methodological approach in this paper was researching Diana’s cult in general, and then also examining analogies to votive monuments from Timacum Minus in the territory of Serbia. Even though there have been only five such monuments identified to date, analogies show that it was already in 2nd century that the influence of Romanisation in the territory of Serbia was well under way, and that in worshipping Diana, her companions the nymphs, and Apollo-Diana-Silvanus, it was indeed Roman deities that were being worshipped and not interpretatio Romana of indigenous deities. Socio-economic position of the dedicants indicates that they belonged to middle or upper social strata （legatus legionis VII Claudiae piae fidelis, duumvir, pontifex, eques Romanus）.展开更多

This paper refers to the analysis of Naqoyqatsi＇s （2002） contents, which have to be approached through some key questions： What is the director Godfrey Reggio communicating through this non-fictional work？ What i...This paper refers to the analysis of Naqoyqatsi＇s （2002） contents, which have to be approached through some key questions： What is the director Godfrey Reggio communicating through this non-fictional work？ What is the film＇s main theme？ What is the relationship between its parts？ And above all, which underlying concept attains a central place for the understanding of this film that can be considered as an audiovisual poem？ In these terms, the paper＇s purpose is to unveil Naqoyqatsi＇s meaning through a thematic and modal analysis. The aim is to contemplate both the film＇s narrative and formal aspect, in order to deeply understand the way it represents a basic human contradiction： the subjugation provoked by gravity （necessity） and the will to overcome this superior structural force through action （freedom）. Therefore, this paper intends to show that such a monumental audiovisual work is a very profound cinematographic thesis about human condition, also reflecting about the reason of social conflicts and sorrows. The method adopted in this paper implies both a conceptual film analysis and a glance over the audiovisual style, considering the intersections between the varieties of languages used by Reggio to compose this huge film indexed as a documentary and literally being a creative treatment of＂reality＂.展开更多

It is one of the most important Polish films. The purpose of the text is to examine the philosophical contexts in this film, and the relationship between ＂orders＂, ＂art＂, and ＂science＂. The research method is： semiotics, psychology of perception and comparative research. Corals are comparatively abundant in the upper member of the Baiyun'an Formation (upper Aeronian to lowerest Telychian, Llandovery, Silurian) of Huaying, eastern Sichuan Province, Southwest China. Three coral asso...Corals are comparatively abundant in the upper member of the Baiyun'an Formation (upper Aeronian to lowerest Telychian, Llandovery, Silurian) of Huaying, eastern Sichuan Province, Southwest China. Three coral associations have been recognized, i.e., in ascending order, the Mesofavosites Association, the Dentilasma Association, and the Paraceriaster Association. The Mesofavosites Association occurs at horizons indicating a shallow and high-energy environment. It is dominated by large favositids accompanied by a few broken pieces of halysitids and small solitary rugose corals. The Dentilasma Association has a pretty high coral diversity, dominated by the solitary rugose coral Dentilasma meitanense, together with some subordinative heliolitids and favositids. The sedimentary evidence shows that this association might live in a quiet and nutritive shallow water environment. The Paraceriaster Association yields in the grayish green calcareous mudstone indicating a comparatively deep water environment. Systematically it contains abundant fasciculate Paraceriaster micropora and a few favositids. The distinction among these three coral associations shows that corals could adopt different adaptive strategies under different environments, which provide some new data for the investigation on the ecology of Silurian corals and further study on the "Lower Red Beds".展开更多
