采用单因素实验研究提取时间、温度、料液比和乙醇体积浓度对鳞杯伞(Clitocybe squamulosa)子实体多糖提取率和含量的影响,通过响应面法确定子实体多糖的最佳提取工艺参数;采用扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、离子色谱仪、多角度激光光... 采用单因素实验研究提取时间、温度、料液比和乙醇体积浓度对鳞杯伞(Clitocybe squamulosa)子实体多糖提取率和含量的影响,通过响应面法确定子实体多糖的最佳提取工艺参数;采用扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、离子色谱仪、多角度激光光散射凝胶渗透色谱系统、流变仪等对子实体多糖的结构特征和功能特性进行研究。结果表明:鳞杯伞子实体多糖的最佳提取条件为3.6h、80℃、料液比1∶30(g∶mL)、乙醇体积浓度80%,多糖的提取率为(4.07±0.05)%,与响应面法预测值接近。该多糖主要由不规则的球状结构相连组成,无核酸与蛋白质残留,含有吡喃糖环骨架,相对分子质量为1.95×10^(4),由葡萄糖、甘露糖、半乳糖和鼠李糖组成,摩尔比为1.07∶0.38∶0.11∶0.02;此外,在不同浓度、温度和pH处理条件下,多糖溶液的表观黏度均随剪切速率的增大而降低,呈现典型的假塑性非牛顿流体特性,并有良好的持油性(5.92±0.20)g·g^(-1)与乳化性(94.92±1.19)%。 展开更多

(UU, 2n = 2x = 14) were characterized using SDS-PAGE analysis and molecular approaches. SDS-PAGE analysis showed that the 1Ux subunits from four different accessions possessed electrophoretic mobilities close to, or slower than, that displayed by the 1Dx2.2 subunit of common wheat. The electrophoretic mobilities of the 1Uy subunits were generally similar to those shown by the 1Dy subunits of common wheat. The complete open reading frames of the 1Ux and 1Uy genes were amplified by PCR and subsequently cloned and sequenced. Amino acid sequence comparisons suggested that the primary structure of the 1Ux and 1Uy subunits were identical to that of published HMW glutenin subunits from related species, Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the HMW glutenin subunits of Ae. umbellulata were most closely related to those encoded by the D genome of Triticeae. 展开更多

Inversion Vibrational Energy Levels of PH3^+(^~X^2A″2) Calculated by a New Two-dimension Variational Method

A new 2-D variational method is proposed to calculate the vibrational energy levels of the symmetric P-H stretching vibration (vl) and the symmetric umbrella vibration (inversion vibration) (v2) of PH3^+(^~X... A new 2-D variational method is proposed to calculate the vibrational energy levels of the symmetric P-H stretching vibration (vl) and the symmetric umbrella vibration (inversion vibration) (v2) of PH3^+(^~X^2A″2) that has the tunneling effect. Because the symmetric internal Cartesian coordinates were employed in the calculations, the kinetic energy operator is very simple and the inversion vibrational mode is well characterized. In comparison with the often used I-D model to calculate the inversion vibrational energy levels, this 2-D method does not require an assmnption of reduced mass, and the interactions between the vl and v2 vibrational modes are taken into consideration. The calculated vibrational energy levels of PH3^+ are the first reported 2-D calculation, and the average deviation to the experimental data is less than 3 cm^-1 for the first seven inversion vibrational energy levels. This method has also been applied to calculate the vibrational energy levels of NH3. The application to NH3 is less successful, which shows some limitations of the method compared with a full dimension computation. 展开更多

In order to realize safe and accurate homing of parafoil system,a multiphase homing trajectory planning scheme is proposed according to the maneuverability and basic flight characteristics of the vehicle.In this scenario,on the basis of geometric relationship of each phase trajectory,the problem of trajectory planning is transformed to parameter optimizing,and then auxiliary population-based quantum differential evolution algorithm(AP-QDEA)is applied as a tool to optimize the objective function,and the design parameters of the whole homing trajectory are obtained.The proposed AP-QDEA combines the strengths of differential evolution algorithm(DEA)and quantum evolution algorithm(QEA),and the notion of auxiliary population is introduced into the proposed algorithm to improve the searching precision and speed.The simulation results show that the proposed AP-QDEA is proven its superior in both effectiveness and efficiency by solving a set of benchmark problems,and the multiphase homing scheme can fulfill the requirement of fixed-points and upwind landing in the process of homing which is simple in control and facile in practice as well. 展开更多

In this study, to explore the radiation protection effects of Lyophyllum Decastes Sing (LDS), a hot distilled-water extract of LDS was orally administered at a dosage of 250mg/kg every other day for a period of 2 weeks in irradiated mice. An automatic blood cell counter was used to measure white blood cells (lymphocytes, monocyte, and granulocytes) one day before X-ray irradiation, and 3 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 15 days and 30 days after irradiation. The Dunnett test was used to examine statistical significance of differences. The peripheral blood cell counts in the Lyophyllum-administered non-irradiation group revealed an increase in the numbers of ieukocytes, lymphocytes and monocytes. For 2 Gy whole body radiation, a significant statistical difference was found between the X-ray group and the Lyophyllum plus X-ray group in the numbers of leukocytes, lymphocytes and monocytes. The results suggest that Lyophyllum restrains blood cell-count falling after irradiation, which is probably mediated at least in part by hemopoietic function, and NK and LAK activities seems to play a role in preventing secondary irffections associated with irradiation. 展开更多

Septoria carvi belong to the fungi recently detected on caraway plants in the Polish climatic conditions. In many European countries, this fungus causes significant losses in caraway cultivation and decreases the quality and quantity of the herb material. The aim of the present work was to study the fungus harmfulness towards the sowing materials, stems, leaves and umbels of caraway. The pathogenicity tests according to Koch's postulates were carried out for isolates ofS. carvi using post-culture liquids and a water suspension of conidia to inoculate the plants' parts. The studies were conducted in the laboratory, the climatic chamber and in field conditions. S. carvi caused disease symptoms in the form of spots and necrosis on all tested plants organs. The infection was followed by natural openings what was shown by scanning electron microscope (SEM) microscopic observations. The efficiency of inoculation increased injuries and anatomical dipping of plant epidermal tissue. The study showed the ability for asymptomatic S. carvi colonization of inoculated plants' parts. The performed pathogenicity tests and microscopic observations SEM showed that the tested isolates of S. carvi were occasional pathogens of caraway. 展开更多
