Vehicle routing optimization algorithm based on time windows and dynamic demand

To provide the supplier with the minimizum vehicle travel distance in the distribution process of goods in three situations of new customer demand,customer cancellation service,and change of customer delivery address,based on the ideas of pre-optimization and real-time optimization,a two-stage planning model of dynamic demand based vehicle routing problem with time windows was established.At the pre-optimization stage,an improved genetic algorithm was used to obtain the pre-optimized distribution route,a large-scale neighborhood search method was integrated into the mutation operation to improve the local optimization performance of the genetic algorithm,and a variety of operators were introduced to expand the search space of neighborhood solutions;At the real-time optimization stage,a periodic optimization strategy was adopted to transform a complex dynamic problem into several static problems,and four neighborhood search operators were used to quickly adjust the route.Two different scale examples were designed for experiments.It is proved that the algorithm can plan the better route,and adjust the distribution route in time under the real-time constraints.Therefore,the proposed algorithm can provide theoretical guidance for suppliers to solve the dynamic demand based vehicle routing problem. 展开更多

以联合收获机中多个并联脱粒滚筒为对象,研究并联型轴系的动平衡方法。针对联合收获机存在多级传动、振源复杂及不便于在整机上研究多滚筒动平衡等问题,依据传动包角的计算方法对联合收获机中的一般传动路径进行提炼、分类,并对传动链... 以联合收获机中多个并联脱粒滚筒为对象,研究并联型轴系的动平衡方法。针对联合收获机存在多级传动、振源复杂及不便于在整机上研究多滚筒动平衡等问题,依据传动包角的计算方法对联合收获机中的一般传动路径进行提炼、分类,并对传动链进行了受力分析,设计了多滚筒动平衡试验台。通过有限元约束模态分析,得到了脱粒滚筒与试验台架的前6阶模态频率和振型。通过有限元仿真与模态试验结果的对比分析,得知模态频率相对误差低于7.2%,且振型一致,验证了有限元模型的正确性。模态分析结果表明:在脱粒滚筒工作转速下,试验台不会产生共振现象并对动平衡试验产生干扰,本试验台可用于开展联合收获机存在多级传动及多源激振耦合特性研究。 展开更多

A novel method of global optimal path planning for mobile robot was proposed based on the improved Dijkstra algorithm and ant system algorithm. This method includes three steps: the first step is adopting the MAKLINK graph theory to establish the free space model of the mobile robot, the second step is adopting the improved Dijkstra algorithm to find out a sub-optimal collision-free path, and the third step is using the ant system algorithm to adjust and optimize the location of the sub-optimal path so as to generate the global optimal path for the mobile robot. The computer simulation experiment was carried out and the results show that this method is correct and effective. The comparison of the results confirms that the proposed method is better than the hybrid genetic algorithm in the global optimal path planning. 展开更多

The paper proposes a method of global path planning based on neural network and genetic algorithm. We constructed the neural network model of environmental information in the workspace for a robot and used this model to establish the relationship between a collision avoidance path and the output of the model. Then the two-dimensional coding for the path via-points was converted to one-dimensional one and the fitness of both the collision avoidance path and the shortest distance are integrated into a fitness function. The time-frequency analysis of the signal acquired by a single ground-based microphone shows a two-dimensional interference pattern in the time-frequency plane,which is caused by the time delay of the received signal emitted from a low flying aircraft via the direct path and the ground-re-flected path. A model is developed for estimating the motion parameters of an aircraft flying along a straight line at a constant height and with a constant speed. Monte Carlo simulation results and ex-perimental results are presented to validate the model,and an error analysis of the model is presented to verify the effectiveness of the estimation scheme advocated. 展开更多
